The Keystone Fuzion Impact 312 Toy Hauler is an amazing trailer for those who like their toys or need extra open storage space. First, it has a great open floorplan with bedroom up front, the garage is a generous 12' with a door in-between the garage and the main living area. This keeps the toys separate from the living area and/or gives people maximum privacy if someone is using the queen beds in the back. Its like having your own apartment! The 2 garage area electric beds can be raised to the ceiling to give room for the toys, and lowered to use the bottom one as opposing couches. Lower the ramp, drop the built in back screen and its feels like having your own outside porch! Most travel trailers do not have a generator and require buying a loud heavy portable one that you have to haul so many extra gasoline and/or propane tanks if you enjoy dry camping. The Impact 312 by Fuzion has a hefty Onan 5500 built in that easily runs 2 air conditioners plus lights. Its 30 gal. onboard gas tank fuels the generator as well as you can use its outside fuel station to fill up your toys. The fresh water capacity is a generous 106 gallons. The leather sofa in the living area has 2 recliners to make camping comfortable which are heated at a touch of a button and the blue LED lit up cup holders as well as under sofa lighting add an extra classy touch. The kitchen is ample enough to cook your meals and serve on the kitchen bar area or use the fold up matching table for sit down meals in front of the sofa. The two slides give plenty of room to walk around. The long awning outside is lit with LED lights to enjoy sitting outside on warm summer nights. This is a awesome sharp looking RV for families as it sleeps 8, or a couple who want extra room to move around in the back.

I bought a 2017 Keystone Fuzion 4141 new off the lot. There were several items not right with the unit. I took it in a couple of times to be fixed. I was told the last time it was out of warranty.
The items I am finding are stacking up to fast for me to fix all of them. I paid $80,000 for this unit and its no longer a high priority on there list.
I use this fifth wheel 4-5 times a year. The list of problems with this unit include the hot water heater (LP side) does not work. I have never even used it but I was told they would look at it but would cost a couple hundred to just find out what is wrong with it. I would think the dealer would have at least tested its functionality.
The garage rear slider door came off when I opened it yesterday. Its been messed up sense I picked it up but I was to naïve to know it. Trim on ceiling has come down in several places. General RV did nail it up once. The trim on the outside where two side wall panels join is coming off letting water in and delaminating the paint and side. The grey water valve used for dumping does not work, it stays open all the time.
This unit is not a true 4 season trailer. You can look down through the under skirting from the rear to the front. I walled it up for insulation and rodent infestation problems. If you do buy one of these poorly built units pay close attention when picking it up and get the full paint job. The sticker graphics fade and peal off. I have mentioned just a few problems with this Keystone there are many more.

Love my Highcountry BUT! BEWARE of Keystone RV Products! My High Country has had more than 20+ repairs during the 1st year of warranty and the dealer had it 130+ days of my Warranty! THE BIGGEST KICKERS WERE my CRE3000 Axle Alignment system fasteners/bolts came out while traveling in Wyoming out of the mountains. Could have been KILLED! My rubber roof 17 months of ownership was leaking into kitchen from the air/return under the central A/C to find out at a service center that KEYSTONE sent me to had a 3in dia. piece of roofing missing with a screw hole in the center of it where the factory tried to install the A/C and missed the return. they never repaired it and sent the coach out of the factory to LazyDays of Florida where I purchased it and the problem. Now I am concerned about black mold growing inside my walls and roof. Lets add the list of problems the 1st 6 months of ownership: toilet not holding water, screw under capret infront of bed, 10' exterior siding blew off 1st day of taking it off the lot (factory missed most all the sheetmetal of panel to attach to the unit), bedroom closet lite not working, no hot water, pantry shelving collapsed, refrig. moulding falling off, DVD stops in the middle of EVERY movie, window shades broken (most every one) in the down position and would not retract, recliner broken and hardware fell off under chair, kitchen pip under sink leaked, fuse box clicking all the time intermittently, living front window seal leaks, table splitting down center, large slide sticks and does not align outside at bottom, large slide makes loud banging noise upon cycling in/out, TV in livingroom always fuzzy when hooked to cable, large awning is coming out of framing at rear of awning, stove top floats during travel, large slide frt top cable got slack and broke, livinging room sound bar not loud enough and beeps, weather strip on outside RH cubbie door came down, stablizer panel does not stop showing error messages (had to reset 3 times), battery started dying about 1 yr of ownership and will not hold charge.
I have owned 2 Keystone products; this unit and a 2008 Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler (great unit)...
I wish Keystone would agree to buy this unit back thru Lemon Law... Owner Relations is a JOKE,,, nothing but the run around. I paid myself for the repair to my rubber roof, dead battery & recliner repairs (2nd repair). THEY DONT CARE.... DO NOT BUY KEYSTONE EVER!
