It's 2026 and I bought this RV new in 2017. We love all the features and open floor plan. It's been extremely durable and impervious to the weather without any leaks or mechanical issues. The salespeople at the dealership emphasized how well built these trailers by Evergreen are and they are worth the extra money if you plan on keeping it for a long time. I would highly recommend owning one of these lightweight RV's over other lesser quality brands. Show less

While on our 2nd trip with trailer, we noticed a crease in the vinyl floor in front of the fridge. There is an 18" -+ noticable valley in floor. Looks like an obvious flaw in the underlayment. After months of communication with Grand Design, there only solution is to patch the floor. In a high traffic area this would not last and hurt resale value. Also, the drawers by the front door wobbled and banged up against the door frame. This I fixed with heavy duty Blum sliders that had no side to side play. Grand Design does not back their product, we'll never buy their product again. Show less

We have use out trailer about 5 time since we got it and about 5 nights each trip. One problem is the door latch which I have tried to adjust several time. It works with some effort. Give the reviews on Camping Worlds service, I won't take it to them. NOW the BIGGER problem. The battery is an Electric World and it started smoking and overheating. I looked up the reviews on this battery and there were 7 reviews. One had 3 stars but after reading the review I felt he was over generous. The other 6 were one star with the same problem. I just added one more 1 star review. If you go to Camping World BEWARE. If you do buy a camper, make sure they don't use this cheap piece of horse poop. Show less

Well, where do I start Bought the thing on Jan 15th and Feb 9th no hot water. This has the on demand tankless hot water heater. Called and paid for Good Sam service to come out and check it out. Well, they needed to order a part and come back at a later date to install it. So now we are showering in the bath house at the campground. this goes on for months of replacing different part until they decided to replace the who unit. So, we are excited that we are finally going to be able to shower in our new camper again. WRONG Does not work. Now we are going on 6 months and still no hot water. I am starting a different job in Georgia and have a service tech come out to look at it there and he said he fixed the issue. WRONG Now we are in NC and had a service tech come out and replaced the regulator and not fixed. checked everything and is stumped. Not the exterior water house starts leaking in the wall. Tech ordered parts and came back at a later time and fixed that. A month later we have no heat. Called a service tech and he came out was here the whole day troubleshooting. Well, he said that he was glad to be there as the unit could have caused an explosion, so he took the unit to his shop to bench test it. It ran all day perfect in his shop, so he returned with the operating unit. Mind you it is 0 degrees out and now we have to worry about the water lines as well as keeping ourselves warm. Installed the unit and bam not working. So the Lady from Keystone Amber (true angel) ended up giving him permission to bypass the original thermostat and install a separate t-stat and guess what does not work. So here we are again with no heat on these winter days and nights. As of today, the heater is still at the techs shop and he is waiting for parts. Since I am saying all this, I guess I will add that the kitchen counter on the island the laminate is all coming off around the sink bowl. The heat in the one recliner does not work. I already had to fix some of the wood trim on the slide outs as it just fell off on both ends. I have never had this issue with the old camper I traded in, and it was a Coleman. I thought hey we buy a new camper and we will have something nice. That was a joke I should of took 65,000.00 and gave it to a charity or a homeless guy. Overall, this has been the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I really would like to take this back to the dealer and get something different. Poor workmanship and quality of materials used in this camper is bottom of the barrel. I will never buy anything that has a keystone name on it as they could care less about all this. Amber Gardner at least offered to pay for us to go get a space heater however a space heater for this big space would do nothing. This should really be taken back under the lemon law and I am really thinking about looking into having this matter looked at further. Oh and by the way there is still a problem with the tankless hot water have to turn it on multiple times before you can get it to work. SO BAD Show less

Worst quality in a RV that I have ever seen I would never recommend jayco RV’s to anyone This is my third RV and I will never buy another Jayco product again I cannot wait to get back home to sell this rig wife was washing dishes and the rear grey water tank dropped to the ground and after doing research she found out that others have had the same issue Show less

We bought this Cherokee Forest River Wolf Pack Toy Hauler and had nothing but trouble with it from the first camping trip. They sold it with only one air condition unit, and it needed two, because the unit could not keep up. We only used this camper three times in a year and two of those times were miserable due to no air conditioning or refrigerator. On the first camping trip there was no air conditioning, refrigerator quit, molding came off from the slide out, tear in leather seating when let down in toy hauler, door latch broke and could not latch or lock trailer. We bought it late February 2025 and have been in the shop since July 11, 2025, and is still there on 2/23/2026. They put on a new air conditioning unit and had to move the solar panel, which one service manager stated we needed a new roof due to addition of new air unit. Forest River warranty department manager Ashley and Lori have been of no assistance. They told us that once it went to Camping World it was their problem. I would not buy a Forest River Product. Ours is a complete lemon. Show less

The overall experience with this model is the fact that it lacks quality products inside the trailer itself. Its durability in bones of a travel trailer are excellent but after that it lacks interior quality completely. The radio is not a stable product at all. I have had to on several occasions take it apart to reset it because for some reason freeze up. The television didn't even last a year. The kitchenet faucet has come loose. The solar panels only keep the battery charged. The windows are not designed for winter months, and bugs have easy access to the inside. The cushions for the beds are not designed for long term usage. The shower head is useless and the microwave is not powerful at all. The front doorlatch is very cheaply made. However. The fact that it is extremely light weight, it is easy to pull. The awning (if taken care of) is Very nice. The deep sink in the kitchenet is nice. The stove being gas is fun to use. The microwave double as an convection oven and works great. The refrigerator is very nice plus the extra fridge in the back makes it perfect when using the exterior cook top. There is plenty of storage. And the TV is easily replaced for a better model. Show less

I would never buy another product from this company. We bought this rv new ,when we went to pick it up ac units did not work. First trip out fridge didn't work auto leveling did not work and black water tank valve did not hold black water back, so I took a black water shower, not fun the trailer has been in the shop more than we have been able to use it. I would check other brands before you buy one of these. Show less

Owned this camper since October 2024 and use it at least once a month from Feb - Nov. Over all quality of frame and camper itself is outstanding. Everything else is One-star. All components seem very cheap and the installation of them is comparable to a two year old putting an adult jigsaw puzzle together. Nothing is installed, square or attached properly. Counters are bubbled an warped. Plumbing under the kitchen sink is crooked and not connected properly. Drawers and cabinets are low quality with slides falling off, The mount for the camera on the back of the camper is crocked with screws put in at angles then smeared with excessive silicone to hold everything on place. Sliding doors to bedroom fell off after three trips. recliners screwed to the floor 2 inches from the wall on one side 5-1/2 inches from the wall on the other side. Purchased at Blue Compass and the service manger told me he has campers worth $150,000 - 250,000 he is working one he doesn't have time for my cheap camper. Told us he would never own a camper his idea of vacation is as far from camping as he can get. Awning snapped off where it connects to the arm and Blue Compass has been dragging their feet getting it repaired. Ordering $1400.00 arms so I can repair it myself. Starting to review campers of better quality to replace our Gran Design with in three years. I hope Blue Compass hasn't taken over all camper sales. Grand design has called me five times about a recall they want repaired. Blue Compass denies there is a recall. Tried to put me in the middle of the argument, I refuse their calls now. Basically. I am very disappointed with the purchase of a Grand Design. Show less

We purchased our 2021 Salem Hemisphere 25RBHL in early 2025, and it was absolutely immaculate—like a brand-new couple’s coach. It even still had that new RV smell inside. We camped almost every month throughout 2025, including Christmas, and we truly can’t put into words how perfectly this model has met our needs. The 25RBHL is the ideal size—not too big and not too small. The interior feels like home without needing to add a single thing. The rear bathroom is incredibly spacious! The theater seating features underlighting and illuminated cup holders, creating the perfect ambiance for watching an action-packed movie. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space along with a pantry, which is a huge plus. For a five-year-old trailer, the exterior still looks fantastic—clean and free of stains. Most people assume our Salem Hemisphere 25RBHL is much newer at first glance. The only item we needed to replace was the “H” hot water cap on the bathroom sink, which I found on Amazon for $5. My husband also performed routine annual maintenance on the water heater and replaced the anode rod, purchasing a two-pack for under $20. Other than that, we haven’t had to do a thing. Show less
