Purchased camper 3 months ago. Got it home found are under bathroom full of water. Cut a hole in underbelly drained water, awning would not close properly, cup washer did not work, found 2 holes in roof, slide cables were sagging dealer said it was normal.. Dealer did pick up and repaired most but slide cables still sagging . We leased a camp spot at a campground parked camper for the season. Extended slide and slide cable mount bracket ripped off the slide the screws holding the plate were cut in half so they would fit and caulked. This is factory work🤬🤬 unbelievable… piece of junk once this thing is fixed we are getting rid of it and will never own another forest river product.. the warranty people are a joke and the dealer is also a joke Get a 3 rd party inspector to look over the camper before you buy it

This bunk bed floor plan has been perfect for the 7 of us to take on many šŸ–ļø beach and camping ā›ŗļø trips comfortably. It pulls down the road nicely. It has TONS of storage area, a high porcelain toilet, privacy queen bed room and 2 doors! The blue indoor/ outdoor lighting was always fun too. It really is a good trailer for the family vacations and would definitely be livable in a park setting as well! I would recommend this trailer!

Wolf Pup Black Label edition16FQBL: We LOVE it! Compared to the standard Forest River production units, the "Black Label" edition models really ARE a huge step above in quality, design and features. Easily worth another $3,000 over the standard models. How did we learn this? When my wife and I started looking, two of our couples friends had the standard Wolf Pup models, one was the 'Full Queen' 16FQ and one was the BH 'bunkhouse' layout. We absolutely loved the layout of the 16FQ but its owners were having problems with warranty repairs, and to our eyes things looked and felt cheap. We went looking for a better option with a similar layout to the 16FQ but didn't find anything with as large a bathroom/shower, as big a refrigerator or as much storage space in a small trailer. We'd told several sales people we weren't interested in Forest River 'quality' but one of them said 'have you seen a Black Label? She showed us a used one and we bought it on the spot. Two years later we absolutely LOVE it and our friends are so jealous. We found and fixed a few simple things and struggled with the infamous "Cherokee Sleep System" bed problem (eventually fixed it with five feet of 1x2 strips to raise the lower end, placing them as 'shims' under the attachment brackets) and now we love that too! If you've seen or owned one of the standard production Cherokee Wolf trailers, you won't want to skip over the entire brand till you've seen their Black Label models. Very good construction, excellent liveability and just darn beautiful!

Open app Your location Dennis Dillon RV 6772 W Targee St, Boise, ID 83709 RV dealer Kimberly Cory - Hepperle 407 points an hour ago They sold me a pre-owned trailer that they didn't inspect properly. The air conditioner didn't work first trip, heater didn't work, water lines were opposite and the shower hoses was off. Every trip we had we had problems. Every time we used it we either had a blow out, damaged wear to tire. Repeatedly we told the dealership. I purchased the extended warranty and additional tire coverage. Check your warranties they don't cover much. But we were told Dennis Dillon is the administrators. My axle is bent. My belief is they sold it to me without throughly inspecting the trailer or they would have caught these issues. My inspection report provided by Dennis dillon is blank. I've tried for over a month to request theirs. No response. I called and asked for the manager left a very detailed message for my call. I didn't know it was Joseph Muller as the manager. He didn't call me he emailed my husband because he dealt with him on the past issue. He knows what the issue is because I left a message and emailed him no response now for over a month. Don't purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. You're putting your life at risk. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and Dennis dillon won't respond to you should you need help. Warranty company only open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Ridiculous run around if you break down after hours and don't get pre authorization to tow your vehicle off the freeway. Joseph Muller service manager is evasive and non responsive. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. I've spent more time and money broken down repairing a trailer that should have been inspected and repaired before resale.

The 2021 Wolf Pup 16FQ is a very basic camper. It’s good for one or two people but too small for three due to space limitations. Major Quality Issues!!! Radio, back up camera, USB, and window had to be replaced. Too many shortcuts and wasted space in cupboards and below bed with walls put in on angles that don’t have to be. TV mount not centered on the wall. Holes behind toilet panel and other areas should have been filled during construction. No thermostat for Air Conditioner, it’s on or off and very loud. Furnace thermostat not accurate and not digital. Can’t adjust shelves in fridge without removing doors. BIG problem is a major opening in floor under the shower that is about 12ā€ x 14ā€ and should have been fixed by Forest River before putting in the shower. Only way to fix it is removing the shower. Should never have been left in this condition! Difficult working with Forest River for warranty work. Was unable to get specs for walls and wiring from Forest River. Would give quality and warranty/service a -0- if I could! If you buy one, go over it very carefully before you do.

Stay away from Forest River Travel Trailers. Their customer service is awful. My brand new 2024 Forest River Cherokee Timberwolf 16ML, which is permanently parked, was delivered with the gray water (and black water) pipe broken and they won’t send someone out to fix it and they won’t pay the full bill to fix it. Here is my experience. 1. My brand new Forest River trailer was delivered with a broken dishwasher and broken gray water pipe which means the black water pipe is also broken because the gray water drains out the black water outlet; so, because the gray water pipe isn’t connected, there is a huge hole in the black water pipe. 2. The dealership gave me 3 numbers to call to get help because the trailer is under warranty because it is brand new, and I’m too far away from the dealership for them to fix it. I called each number several times but only 1 number answered and there were no voicemails to leave messages at the 2 that didn’t answer. The people that did answer the phone told me they couldn’t help and gave me a new number & email. (So this is contact #4 at this point.) 3. I emailed and called the new contact. The person who emailed me back told me they couldn’t help me (in all caps like a lunatic) and gave a different email (contact #5) which was supposed to be directly to the warranty people. 4. I sent 2 emails to the warranty email address & waited. & no one ever responded. 5. I looked on the Forest River website for a contact and it said call the dealership. 6. I called the dealership again. They gave me a 6th contact’s phone number and email. I sent an email (with pictures of the broken pipe) to explain the situation. Note: I also called but I dialed incorrectly and left a voicemail on a complete stranger’s phone. Whoops! But that nice stranger actual texted me the correct phone number 10 minutes later. I got better service from that stranger than anyone at Forest River. Sad. 7. Apparently, my email got forwarded around and after almost a week of waiting, a Forest River representative told me they can’t send a tech out and gave me a list of mechanics who ā€œmightā€ help. And the representative told me to review the warranty; so, I don’t violate some condition and can’t get reimbursed. 8. I reviewed the warranty & learned that the warranty won’t cover the full cost of the repair for a problem that existed when the brand new trailer was delivered to me. (Have I mentioned the trailer is new and has never been used? šŸ˜‚) 9. I looked at the list of mechanics. The closest one is 60 miles away but most are 100+ miles away. No mechanic is going to travel 120 miles round trip to fix a pipe on a trailer. Recall: The trailer is permanently parked and the Forest River rep was told this repeatedly. 9. I reached back out to the Forest River rep and (and I was pretty irate at this point - so I wasn’t super nice - cuz I’m only human) explained I need a real solution that will actually fix the brand new Forest River trailer that was delivered to me broken. I explained no mechanic is going to travel 120 -200 miles (round trip) to fix the pipe on the brand new trailer. I also pointed out that it is ridiculous that Forest River will not pay for the entire repair cost. I asked for a real solution that will actually fix the brand new Forest River trailer that has never been used and can’t be used because it was delivered broken. Note: I’m not off the grid. I’m on the CA coast. 10. I got no response. None. 11. So I now have had a brand new Forest River trailer for almost 2 months that I cannot use and that has never been used because it was delivered to me broken & I am, of course, still paying for it. Do not buy from Forest River. They do not stand by their products or provide any customer service that will actually fix problems & their warranty is useless. You are throwing money away if you buy from Forest River.

The insulation in walls is also insufficient in part of the wall…. The 1 year warranty is a joke…. Since the vast majority of people will not use their trailer in cold weather. It only gives you 5 months at best.
