Brand new RV and TOTAL GARBAGE!! I've owned my 2022 for less than a year and the roof has separated at the corner and caused extensive water damage. Potentially a total loss and I still have it financed. Venture won't return my calls and dealership is saying it's a bad seal and they are only warranty covered for 90 days. Insurance says it's wear and tear. I am now out 39,000, have no rv, and need to find an open space to set it on fire!!
I've owned a trailer or motor home for 25 years and have never seen such poor construction with such a hefty pricetag!!

Since I have been a child I've always gone camping and was my dream to own my own and travel trailer. In 2020 I finally saved enough to purchase my first and to be completely honest It has been a nightmare since I got it here is a list of things I have had to deal with. Cracked skylight leaked water into the unit, nails coming up through the floor, front of the furnace floor gave out, entertainment stand falling apart, kitchen cabinets cracking amd crumbling, wall separates from cabinets, the fresh water tank connection outside was leaking into the wall and in the room, the pipes leaked under the kitchen sink, and for the kicker both pipes behind the toilet and the connection to the outside sink broke when I was at work and flooded the unit end to end and my dog sitter got ahold of me when they were going to take my dog out and let me know what happened I called my insurance and it was totalled now I'm homeless very upset with the quality of this unit over the two years

I purhcased this RV in August 2021 and used it 2times before season was up so I accumulated a list of warranty work to have done. I took it in and they had my unit til march of the next year but they got all things fixed and covered under warranty. I used the camper that camping season and took it in again in September 2022 before my warranty period was up to get more things fixed quite a list seals to slides ripped and some falling off dvd/stereo system had several different issues, slides not going in and out correctly, ref doors not shutting correctly, the electric jacks on the front trip and shut off with a lot less pressure than the rear ones do, led lighting on exterior coming off and some lights not working, i found there was dirt/debris under rubber roofing and the front window had cracked one day when the unit was parked and i was just sitting inside in the morning watching the news and not even traveling down the road. So after having it in for service they called and said there was several things that they were not covering under warranty: the roof was not covering the debris under the rubber membrane is not an issue and is sometimes normal, the jacks they said even tho front and back are working different they are unable to verify an issue and they say that’s normal, and the front window they said it had to be done by something hitting it and not covering! After being told this the company doing the work said they are charging me for looking at the things that were not being covered under warranty, without giving any estimates and wont give me my camer back without paying!? I cant believe Venture RV is that kind of a company and would never recommend the brand when they do business like that and same goes for the service company “Good Life RV” in bevington Iowa! Horrible companies to do work like that. Letting everyone Know! Beware!

The front axle bent somehow
I can't run the water heater on propane because it sets off the carbon monoxide detector. Solved by switching to propane.
The glass cover for the stove shattered between sites. Not being able to find a replacement, I waited to be in a site I knew I'd be in for a while and ordered one, doing the replacement myself.
The latest is the slideout. Operation is come and go. It drags the floor, snaps and makes loud bangs. Again, I'll have to wait till I'm in a place I intend to be for a while and get someone to repair it.
Had I known how cheaply this trailer was built, I wouldn't have bought it.

We love our Sonic. With that said. Its a great lite weight trailer for livability and function. We bought it in Nov 2020 so we did not use it until spring of 2021. Now Aug of 2022 little over one year we noticed that the tongue looked like it is bending upward. We compared it to our photos when it was new and sure enough it is bending. So I called the dealer, sent photos and wouldn't you know it, its no longer covered in the ONE YEAR WARRANTY. It has not been off road other than a developed campgrounds. The roads and highways here are probably worse than off roading so I'm not surprised things bend. So it appears that the C channel cross member is very weak. Some frame manufacturers have 2 year warranties. Bad luck for me. So it is up to me to get it fixed. I would make sure before buying a Venture RV product that they warrant the frame if made by BAL for longer than 1 year. Now Im stuck with getting it repaired. I sent an email to Venture but have not heard back.

We purchased this trailer for our seasonal site as the previous one we owned was too small for regular use.
We are a couple with no overnight guests and two small dogs. We use the trailer at least two nights every week and for extended stays on our vacations.
This is a great trailer for a couple, it wins in many categories, including abundant storage, adequate counter and cooking space, great appliances, entertainment systems and climate control.
The large slide out has a comfortable sofa (ours is the sofa model, not the theatre seating) and comfortable dinette. Our previous trailer's dinette was quite awful as the cushion foam was too soft and caused a sore back.
The bathroom in this rig has a perfect shower and a high quality toilet. The sink is a good quality steel sink, but lacks counter surface around it - still, if this is the only complaint, it is a great bathroom. The overhead fan vents very well and operates on a wall switch, the shower head and tap handles are exceptional.
The master bedroom at the tongue end of the trailer is a very comfortable bed with gas shock lift for storage. It ships with a super comfortable mattress and two fine pillows from Sealy. The cabinetry in the bedroom is well thought out, holds lots of stuff and has strategically placed shelves and plugs that make life easy. The overhead fan is quiet and works on a remote control. It is easy to stay cool most nights without running the AC.
There are options to turn our sofa into a bed, it is a spring loaded hide-a-bed type which would be very functional, and the dinette also sets up as a potential sleeping area, but given the layout of the trailer, these are not ideal for guests. This was designed as a couple's trailer and really needs to be seen as that.
I saw an unfavourable review on this unit and feel it was quite unfair. This is a high quality trailer with excellent amenities, quality parts and equipment, quiet AC, good antenna, nice entertainment unit, a quality TV, and a cozy fireplace which is great for us in a seasonal site with electricity rather than running the propane furnace.
The hot water tank runs on electric or gas, with the option to run both simultaneously which works very well if you have two successive showers.
We feel this is a five star trailer on every level. The only reason we gave 4 stars on layout is because the bathroom vanity is so spartan - our previous budget trailer had a much better bathroom vanity (Coleman Lantern 18BH).
The solar panel on this unit does a great job of keeping the battery charged and the fridge running during power outages. Our rural Ontario seasonal spot is prone to regular power failures. It is nice to know the beer will still be cold when we arrive on Friday evening, right?
