My wife and I purchased Keystone thinking we were getting a quality rv. We are sadly mistaken. It is the worst quality rv we have ever experienced. I highly recommend not buying any Keystone rv. We have an issue with a piece of trim over our slide out that appears to have been damaged during manufacturing and was patched and now their repair failed. Do not purchase a keystone product it is junk. Do yourself a favour and read reviews you will see how poorly built these units are. Show less

I discovered a flaw early after purchasing and Keystone sent the entire trailer back to their manufacturing plant, replaced the entire floor, and sent it back to me. I will never own any other RV brand - Keystone stole my heart. A+ company. We love the RV! Show less

We have used our Colt now for 5 years. Very happy with the layout. Washroom is accessible without opening the slide so we can use it at roadside stops easily. I like the narrow design for towing with our suv. Great features are the TV and radio. Microwave with convection oven. Kitchen has lots of counter space for a small trailer. Quality is good structurally and we have had no water leaks as reported by some owners. On the down side the finish is a little cheap especially on headliner trim where the vinyl covers wrinkle. The use of space could be much better. I modified upper cabinets in kitchen to make access easier. And added a second drawer below where vacant space was not used. There is large wasted space below the bed. If the wiring and plumbing was better planned there would be a large locker space accessible from inside. Poor water line installation in the washroom vanity uses most of the space. For the sake of a few elbows. I might redo this also. Question? Why would the black tank flush line need to run thru this vanity? Overall we are very happy with our Colt. Small enough to tow easily and enough space and features for a couple and 2 dogs. Show less

I'm the second owner of this RV. My wife and I love the layout of this trailer. It has loads of storage. Between the corner cabinet and the kitchen panty you have plenty of space for all of your kitchen needs. The most convenient thing I've found is the outdoor kitchen with a pass-thru to the living area. Since owning the camper we've been up and down the east coast and never had any problems with the camper towing. Everything on the unit is in great shape and works well. The next owner of this camper will have no problem with any system on board. Show less

We loved this camper but found when we traded it in for our 38 ft Rockwood the floor had rotted quite a way into the back of the camper so were happy we traded it when we did. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us in our family. We traded it for a larger camper so we could spend more time living in the new camper as the 24 ft would've somewhat cramped to spend too much time in it. Show less

Pros: Half Ton towable, affordable. Cons: The construction quality. All the trim is falling off. Staples aren’t fully hammered in. Silicone is the wrong color. One of the recliners broke, it was stapled together, the A/C to D/C converter stopped working and had to be replaced, MULTIPLE water leaks at the city water connection, the shower, the toilet, the water heater. The dinette table wabbles and won’t be staying long. This is a brand new camper and within the first year of owner ship it has been a constant project. Loved the layout BUT Keystone products are terrible. The craftsmanship and quality of their products are garbage. Shelly who is a keystone manager, never returns calls and avoid you at all costs. We bought the trailer at Camping World and the have been great, working with us and doing what they can. Thank you for that! I would NEVER EVER recommend a Keystone product and I know so many others who are also having major problems with their Keystone. The product and company don’t care about you after you buy it and that sucks. Never buy a Keystone but definitely go to Camping World for a purchase of another trailer. Show less

I DO NOT RECOMMEND KEYSTONE! We traded in our 2019 fully paid off sporttrek touring edition because our family composition changed and we needed bunks instead of a couples destination RV. We went with keystone because we heard the rave reviews about how great they are at upholding their warranties and how they back up the buyer and fix any issues CORRECTLY instead of finding the cheapest way to HIDE the issue. WELL IN MY OPINIONAND CURRENT EXPERIENCE, THEY DONT BACK UP THERE POORLY MADE PRODUCT, AT LEAST NOT OURS (THAT BTW IS AN ALMOST 50K PRODUCT!) We have an issue with the roof (STILL UNDER WARRANTY) where the staples have backed out in 2 separate locations and are almost poking through the rubber roof membrane AND the wood under them is very unstable and moving. There are areas around the outer edge of the roof line that are supposed to be sealed by the factory that was not seal AT ALL! The RV dealer actually agreed to seal the outer edge (I'm praying there won't be issues later but it is documented) after they said no because we missed some tiny window of roof repair after purchase.. BUT they quickly changed their mind and decided to fix it when I explained to them that as a consumer, I do not make these units so I was unaware that was an issue until I found the staples poking almost totally through the rubber membrane, the wood roofing part totally moving and was told the absence of the sealant was a HUGE issue as well.. Keystone now wants to place a "cap" over the areas that the staples are coming through the roof as a fix yet that does not stop the staples from penetrating through the rubber roofing membrane and it DOES POSE AN ISSUE that water can still get in under the cap(s) and damage the roof and we'd have no advanced warning that the roof is leaking and causing damage until it's too late. When I spoke to Keystone it's self and told them their OWN REPAIR COMPANY SAYS ITS NOT A PROPER FIX AND THEY WOULDNT DO IT ON THEIR OWN RV, and the proper fix is to roll back the roof and fix the improperly installed areas, KEYSTONE ASKED ME IF IM PAYING FOR IT TO GO NACK TO FACTORY AND HAVE IT FIXED PROPERLY.... UMM... NO!... ITS A BUILD ISSUE NOT A CUSTOMER ISSUE! So much for their warranties and their extended warranties.. This is not over.. KEYSTONE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT IMO! Show less
