We bought a 2023 NuCamp 620 Cirrus and have had many issues. Nothing but problems and we will not be considering getting this brand ever again. We bought ours in July 2024 (even though it's a 2023 it was "brand new") and have had nothing but issues. First the window over the bed was leaking inside the walls and eventually the wallpaper started getting rippled and bubbling. We took it back to the dealer where we bought it and they did a major hack job on our brand new unit trying to fix it. We were livid. So NuCamp said they would fix it right. We had to drive over an hour from home to drop it off in Sugarcreek OH. They had it for a while and supposedly fixed it but when we went to pick it up (another over hour drive) we found a few things they did not fix so they had to keep it again. This time when it was fixed they had someone drive it to our house and drop it off. That was November 2024. Now the fix they did to the window leak over the bed is peeling off and there is evidence of more leaking inside, the awning sporadically doesn't go all the way out, the jack remotes don't work anymore without being plugged in and only one works when plugged in. The awning LED's have a number of lights burned out. It has just been one disappointment after another! Our battery has also been very strange, not charged at times when it has been in the sun for days, and now I'm wondering if it's a solar panel issue, after reading about experiences others have been having. I have pictures if anyone would like to see them. Paul D. Kasper This is supposed to be a superior quality unit and it's definitely not. Also not cheap! We bought brand new because we didn't want to deal with these kinds of issues. And customer service is also not good. #nucamprv #cirrus620 nuCamp

We love our 2023 "little red" NuCamp 400 trailer. We bought is used from Apache Camping Center in Happy Valley, OR, in 2024. It is just the right fit for 2 people and a large dog. The queen sized bed is generous with 56" x 72" of space, large refrigerator, perfectly designed full bathroom with a shower, ample sized kitchenette with a 2-eye propane stove and sink, both with lift up covers, together with lots of lockable cupboard space. What makes this great for our dog Abby is that the dinette, located in the front of the trailer, transitions into a full sized bed. This gives us plenty of room to store carryall bags to one side of this bed, room for our 80 lb dog to stretch out, and our ability to tuck a couple grocery bags underneath the collapsed table. The trailer includes an Aldi heating and cooling system that is very efficient. Ample water, grey water, and black water tanks for boondocking for at least 3 days. An outside shower for dusty legs and dirty dogs. We really also like this model since it includes a 3-way switch for the refrigerator, the newer models only have a 2-way (removing the propane option). We got the best service possible from the salesman Charlie. After reviewing 5 campers on the lot we ended up coming back to this one and been happy ever since. One hiccup was our Subaru Outback erroneously is rated for 3,500 lb tow while in reality can only tow 2,600 lbs, due to the CVS belt system. We ended up buying "Billy" that is a 2015 Jeep Overland to take us on Holidays. Only wish Billy got better gas mileage - but hauls like a champ!

Viewing a number of trailers prior to purchase I found Nucamp's Tab 400 Boondock Lite (2019) light years ahead in quality to those viewed. Attention to detail, quality cabinetry (dovetail high-quality wood, no frigg'en particleboard), lighting, solar, towability, Alde system, layout, etc, etc, etc.... Quick response customer service. Major complaint, Dometic Cool Cat failed a few months after the warranty. Coolant leak in a closed system, meaning nothing can be done. $1300 for new unit. Labor not included. The insulation siding is great in that it will not deteriorate, but inadequate insulation. In Arizona and Florida direct sun and the AC struggles to keep unit cool.

A very well designed and constructed camper with advanced, reliable equipment and an indoor wet bath with flush toilet, sink and shower! Cabinets are beautiful with handy latches. Interior lighting is gentle LEDs and brighter overheads in cabin and bathroom. Bed is 72"x72" and tufted mattress pad rolls into a seat cushion. The tabletop pivots and can be used inside and outside the trailer - a very handy feature. One control panel has light and pump switches and tank level indicators. Four stabilizer legs keep it solid and stable, even in stiff winds. TV and AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo and bedside lamps complete a nicely comfortable little sanctuary. Really safe and easy to tow. GVWR is under 3000 pounds and equipped with trailer brakes. I would very highly recommend this model as a pleasure to own. Mine gives me absolutely no headaches, which is nice when you are out there relaxing!!

Well built but in an effort to be "different" and support their high price they have created a high maintenance product. If you don't mind the time and expense of taking it to a "qualified" RV dealer then I would recommend it. The heating system they use (Alde) in all their units works well "when it works" and in the 620 they installed it in such a way you have to remove the range top to do something as simple as change a fuse, etc. It was a great concept for a short-bed truck but the execution failed.

We are former tent campers who wanted HVAC and a toilet for nightime restroom visits. T@B delivers these and so much more at such high quality. Everything is so solidly built. Our friends with bigger campers notice the higher quality, too. We love the soft-close cabinets and drawers and all of the storage shelves inside. The heating, hot water and AC systems all work together so well to keep your sleep so very comfortable--just be sure to crack the vent at night to avoid steaming up this little guy. We keep our coffeemaker inside on the countertop, so we have coffee in bed in the mornings. (We have a filter on the water supply hose, so all of our water is filtered.) Love the outdoor kitchen with the cooktop and outlets. We don't use a microwave at home much, so we opted for more storage rather than the microwave. All of our dishes and utensils easily fit in the kitchen drawers, and our pots and pans fit under the sink, which leaves the kitchen cabinets for our pantry. We bring our toaster oven and pressure cooker with us now, so cooking is almost like home! Our only minor complaint is that the fridge is very tiny, so you can only store 2-3 days food in it; but again, we used to tent camp, so we are used to using coolers anyway. We keep our drinks in a cooler full of ice. And we purchased a refrigerated cooler/freezer to keep meat/seafood frozen or cold, depending on the length of our trip. The sound system inside and out is so great for setting the vibe. We even use this camper for entertaining outside at home. We pull it up to the patio, open the kitchen, turn on the music, set out the drinks and start cooking on our grill and the outdoor kitchen. We have not used the TV at all, however. Just not our thing when camping, but we can see how attaching a DVD player would be fun on rainy days or movies in bed. We purchased a Walker tent that attaches to the front of the camper so that we'd have a dedicated changing/sitting/eating area and could leave the bed down inside. This also makes us feel like we are still tent camping. Love it! And the outdoor shower is so nice when you come back from the beach and want to rinse off before going inside. We have not gotten to boondock with this camper but are excited that we could. Looking for opportunities.... We appreciate the solar power when we are home and cleaning the camper or have to go out to get something from it. Just turn the battery power on and you've got power. So nice! Needless to say, we LOVE this camper!!!
