This trailer was perfect for our family. From the outdoor kitchen to the bunkhouse with lights and USB outlet, each person had their favorite. One thing I really liked was all the storage. Not limited to the passthrough storage. There was a pantry, storage in the kitchen and below the TV. Storage under the main bed. The largest storage was fold up storage found under lower bunk. This was a 2021 model and built before the huge increase in production that led to so many quality issues in other campers. We never had an issue with anything. Highly recommend.

Mechanically good: tow hitch, propane tanks, suspension, etc. Although I had to build a new rear bumper because the original was of such light gauge steel it totally buckled after a very slight impact. The "build-out" is of exceedingly poor quality. Virtually all "wood" componets (bed, cabinets, trim, etc.) are low grade and put together with staples. Many staples were not "set" properly and we have been sliced open on exposed staples many times. We have had to replace the water heater 3 times and the very noisy water pump twice. After driving over uneven ground - very slowly in a National Forest campground - the trailer "wracked" (twisted) and now the bathroom door no longer fits its opening and won't close. The fiberglass bath vent hood fell apart after 3 years. So many more things to complain about. The dealer - 120 miles from my home - was of little help.

Great living space with open floor plan. High quality, modern features. Nice large bathroom which is hard to find in a travel trailer. Queen size bed and a convertible dinette, sleeps a total of 4 people. My wife’s family has always cherished camping, making it a treasured tradition for nearly every holiday. After marrying, we eagerly joined them but always stayed in her parents’ trailer. Anyone who’s camped in a small space knows how quickly it can become challenging—especially sharing with family. So, when my wife excitedly said, “We should buy our own trailer!” it seemed perfect for creating our family memories. We visited dealership after dealership, touring countless trailers until they blended together. One day, my wife burst through the door exclaiming, “I found the perfect trailer!” Her excitement was contagious, and we immediately planned to see it. At Bish’s RV, the salesperson warmly showed us the trailer. I specifically asked about an inverter, and she assured me it was “wired for one but doesn’t include it.” Comfortable with that, we discussed financing. She confidently promised they could beat any other bank by 50%, an offer that seemed fantastic. We slept on it and, convinced we’d found our dream trailer, returned the next day to complete the paperwork. After clearly agreeing on our maximum affordable payment, we were shocked to see the actual payment higher than agreed. Despite this, we moved forward, eager for joyful camping memories. Our excitement quickly turned to frustration. During our first trip, we found water leaking beneath the trailer when flushing the black tank. Disappointed, we returned it to Bish’s RV, who also replaced a missing dust cap. With hopes restored, we believed our troubles were over. However, while winterizing, we discovered the water heater bypass valve wasn’t functioning, forcing another visit. The following season brought more disappointment—the water heater wouldn’t start. After a week-long stay at the dealership, we learned it was due to loose wiring. Our breaking point came on our most recent outing. My daughter sat down, and the bench collapsed beneath her. Her shock deeply saddened me. Inspecting further, I found the supports poorly stapled, careless and avoidable. Later, my wife quietly asked, “Does the fridge look strange?” Our hearts sank as we saw it falling into the cabinet, shattering our dreams of joyful, relaxing trips. Feeling disheartened, we contacted BishFix. Despite the warranty, they required a $190 upfront fee. We reluctantly paid, enduring a month of delays and frustrations as the technician awaited BishFix authorization. Another traumatic moment was the door lock failing, locking us out. Since we live in our trailer full-time due to my wife’s role as a camp host, this was more than inconvenient—it was terrifying. After dinner with family, we found the key spinning uselessly in the lock. Panic overwhelmed my youngest daughter, who had a heartbreaking panic attack. Roadside assistance repeatedly asked for my details, promising callbacks but never helping. Desperate and exhausted, I pushed out a window screen and lifted my nephew inside to unlock the door. Finally, I drove an hour and a half to Bish’s RV to speak directly with someone. After repeatedly explaining our situation, feeling unheard and overlooked, they arranged for a technician the next day. Upon arrival, the technician confirmed my suspicion that the blinds were installed backward. The always polite and professional service desk employee promised the Regional Manager would contact me. When he did, rather than providing solutions, he shared unrelated frustrations about delays on his expensive home project. Feeling even more unheard and dismissed, he eventually promised to evaluate our trailer’s current value, leaving us waiting again. We’ve documented numerous build-quality issues, heartbreakingly evident from our very first trips. Photos show these issues clearly, but the emotional toll—the disappointment, broken promises, and seeing my family’s excitement dashed repeatedly—is immeasurable. Even the door, randomly locking or refusing to open, symbolizes our experience. We share this hoping other families can avoid the heartache we’ve endured.

I put a $1000.00 dollar mattress in to replace the 4” foam and a brand new convection oven that I never used. I have all the accessories needed to go and use immediately. It still has just under 2 years of warranty left that I can transfer. I am willing to sell it for what I owe on it I just need to sell it since I no longer have the ability to use it. Contact me if you’re interested and I will give you the payoff information. This is a great deal for someone who wants a like new RV for wholesale!

I’ve owned many different RV’s over the years and my Sonic is an absolute gem. The quality of build and high end material is second to none. My one and only issue is that like other Sonics my front stargazing window was installed poorly and after a rain I noticed the inside window ledge had water coming in. Thank goodness I caught it in time and quickly covered up the trailer with a cover. Of course it was not covered under warranty as it was already 3yrs old. I can’t say enough about the great service the dealership where I purchased it from . They took out the window and installed it properly and absolutely no leaks. It cost me $1,500 for the repair but now I have total piece of mind. I highly recommend this RV to anyone, but check the window out first 👍

We own a 2024 FR WW and highly recommend against purchasing. Very cheaply made. While the extra service warranty we purchased runs for six years, it is a real pain getting authorization. But, that’s not the main complaint. The stuff that really goes to crap is what’s not covered after one year. Sliding doors, didn’t last two camping trips before they were a real pain to open and close. The island for the kitchen, didn’t even make it to our first camping trip. I lifted it up and it is such thin wood that it cracked. Bathroom sink, the drain valve just snapped. While it is an easy and cheap fix, on our camper it’s a one piece pipe that was glued on and the entire sink needs to be replaced. The bedroom area is just inconvenient and poorly configured and I don’t know who designed the bathroom, but they must have been under 5 feet tall and weighed less than 100 pounds. Bottom line, the inside of the camper is nothing but cheaply made material that will not last.

If you plan on purchasing it for a small trip a few times a year I guess it is fine. Other than that, it is pretty much all practical board and tin and not holding up. They use practical now in RV's so most car can pull them and try to keep them as light weigh as possible. You will never get your money back new in fact you will lose money. I recommend buying used and find someone that hardly ever used it. If you want to purchase an RV to live in buy an older model they are made solid. My dad gave me an 5th wheel wheel when it was 20 years old and I got 10 more years out of it. They were made to last back then.
