The kitchen has everything you need and big closet when you walk in the door. It also has a 2nd door in the bathroom so you can just come in from the outside and get right in the shower or to use the restroom without going in the rest of the camper. Ours had 2 AC units so keeping the camper cool was never a problem. Lots of space in the master as well. Overall great camper and we never had any issues.

We looked at smaller RVs first but felt they would be too cramped for us. My priority was a large kitchen with lots of counter space and lots of storage throughout, which this model delivers! The large panoramic kitchen window allows whoever is working in the kitchen to enjoy the view. I love the skylight in the bathroom and all the light from the windows. The clothes storage is enough for a lady with a large four season wardrobe! In the colder weather is so cozy to sit in the recliners with built in massage or heated seat, in front of the fireplace and watch the big screen TV or listen to the radio. Whether it was below zero or above 100 degrees, we were always comfortable. We always kept the exterior and interior immaculate.

We recently upgraded to the Cougar 32RLI, we were looking for more area in the living room, kitchen and bedroom this fit all of those needs. The great amount of storage, electrical and USB outlets also sold us.
When we were looking we thought the bathroom layout was good, however, this is the one room I think they fell short on design and practical functionality. Unless you are 6 foot tall (I am 5 ft 5 inches) it is impossible to reach the switch to open or turn on the ventilation fan. I have rigged up a stick so be able to reach it. A more accessible switch would have been nice. The other thing we first thought was that the cabinets were great for storage, however, they are so deep unless you are tall or add pull out shelves it is a waste of space. The lower open shelf would be great for adding a pull out shelf but the toilet is higher and would impede a shelf from extending more than a few inches. Finally the doors on the cabinets open over the toilet and don’t give you much room to get to anything you may have stored there. Other than the bathroom we are extremely happy with this model and will learn to live with these few issues.

About the only positive in this review regarding the Keystone Cougar product is the towability.
We purchased the 2020 Cougar 29RLKWE with the expectation of this being a higher quality travel trailer. Much to our surprise, I was more than disappointed by its quality, livability, and specifically the warranty or lack thereof during Covid.
We had ample communication with dealership with all documented and still left to pay the repair bills. Recently we had another issue with the floor, service manager where it was purchased told me they have seen this area fail many times. I spoke with Keystone and the dealership and mentioned what was said, denied, nothing they could do, out of warranty. I am a small business owner and wouldn't dream of telling people that I didn't care, and sorry man you have to deal with a below average product and fix it yourself.
All you potential RV people, do yourself a favor, read reviews and learn from their experiences. Buyer beware !!!
We are nearing retirement age and have several friends looking to buy an RV, I definitely won't recommend anything by Keystone, Buy yourself a tent, you'd be happier !

We went cross-country in this perfect couples trailer. We were always able to comfortably get to every part of the trailer, including the full bathroom, even with the slide in.
The theater seating with heat, massage and accent lighting is so comfortable. The trailer size was perfect for those state and older campgrounds with smaller sites, and we were always accepted with our 26ft total length and 30amp power, where bigger units might not have fit.
Boondocking was facilitated with the 400i solar package with (2) rooftop solar panels and inverter, and an additional exterior solar expansion outlet. With the solar, we camped free on public land 2 miles outside Glacier National Park. Awesome!
There are also (2) 30lb
Pulling is easy with the sway-bars and double axles with our Ram 1500 truck.
Windows EVERYWHERE - the views are total surround, but with blackout shades for privacy when wanted.
Plenty of cabinets & drawers for storage plus passthru storage.
I can't say that warranty service was good, but overall - this travel trailer can't be beat!

Well we left Washington heading to Arizona and the fender loss all the screws bend backwards and breaks in half, the a/c cover blows off and breaks. The trim around the door on the outside comes off. Then the refrigerator falls out from the wall. The shower has water coming from under shower pan. The trim on the inside fell down and the insta hot water heater won’t stay hot and the awning bars bent when we went to put it in one night, the sides are coming apart and the roof does not match up with the wall so any load up there will cave it in. It’s a lemon. Not very well built for money you pay. Can’t wait to take to dealer with all the problems.

Where do I begin?! The 364BHL appears nice, but the longer you have it, the more you realize it’s a cheap piece of crap. Problems with ours started on day one of usage, the heater did not work and there were multiple leaking water lines. Simple fix of doing a “master reset” and tightening stuff, but still…
Pros: tows decently. Floor plan was decent.
Cons: made cheap with little to no quality control.I would have given a zero, but wasn’t an option Example of things that happened with our brand new trailer in the first year; fireplace heater fan quit working, refrigerator would not work with electric (as soon as propane is gone, your S.O.L.), refrigerator coolant line ruptured, screws under linoleum (8 total), pantry shelves collapsed (put together with staples, really?!), all jack fault, grey and black tank level sensors erroneous readings, closet rod mounts busted, drawer slide broke, counter (bathroom sink) not sealed adequately, wardrobe slide would not actuate, chipped wall/wallpaper from manufacturer, both batteries went bad, inadequate hardware installed multiple locations, piss-poor sealing on undercarriage, and water pump will not prime in winterizing-mode… There’s a bunch more that occurred and was discovered, but that gives you pretty good picture of the “quality” I was fortunate enough to deal with.
You know why you get a 1-year warranty on the purchase of a new trailer? Because they know they just sold you a piece of guaranteed crap. According to my service guy, the manufacturer expects to pay about 30% of the sale price in warranty work. How the heck are these ass-clowns still in business?
Most people don’t spend enough time in their trailers in the first year to experience most of the problems they will face, until their “warranty” is up that is. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy new for one. Don’t spend more than $20K on one of these either. You’re already going to end up spending a small fortune to keep it in operational condition.
