We purchased this unit used last year. The toilet in the back dumps into the grey tank that is the same rear tank for the bath sink, the washer hookup and the kitchen sink. That is so nasty. We contacted Forest river and they said they didn't know about it as it was a long time ago. We did several flushes with colored water to confirm this was correct. What a health hazard. Needless to say we will not be using the rear toilet. We flushed it out till it was clear. If you purchase a camper with rear bath, make sure it has a rear black tank.

We initially loved our 321, and have been in the Jayco family with several coaches over 17 1/2 years. We just traded, after several trips to get second slide issues addressed - our opinion and that of other 321 owners we encountered was this main slide is too heavy overwhelms the mechanism causing it to fail. The woodwork inside of the coach is particle board at best, and has been wrapped to make you think it is a quality build - it is cost cutting - shame on you Jayco! Any moisture will cause it to swell and look horrible! Our son if having similar issues with his 23 Travel Trailer - we are completely cutting ties with Jayco. Support was horrible - Jayco had no regard for a legacy customer - spoke to us like everything was our fault, and took no ownership. Buyer beware - it is sad to see such a dramatic decline. They absolutely do not care about a quality product that lasts beyond initial first year - longevity and financial disasters for their customers are not a concern - seems to be business as usual. Absolutely lot listening to feedback, or showing signs to make things better. If anything, looking at a26 model at an RV show - it is worse!

The 2019 Heartland Big Country 3560SS 5th Wheel is an outstanding example of what modern RV living should feel like—refined, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment you step inside, it’s clear that this unit was designed with both quality and livability in mind. The craftsmanship throughout the RV is impressive, with solid materials and thoughtful construction that give it a residential feel rather than a typical camper vibe. The layout is exceptionally well-planned, offering a wide-open living space that never feels cramped. High ceilings and large windows flood the interior with natural light, making it feel bright and inviting. One of the standout features is the living area. The seating is plush and perfectly positioned for relaxation, whether you’re watching TV, reading, or entertaining guests. The kitchen is equally impressive—spacious, functional, and beautifully styled with modern finishes, ample counter space, and high-quality appliances that make cooking on the road a pleasure rather than a chore. The bedroom continues the theme of comfort and convenience, with plenty of storage and a cozy, residential-style bed that ensures a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is well-appointed, offering generous space and a clean, upscale design that rivals many home bathrooms. Styling throughout the unit strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and warm comfort. Neutral tones, tasteful accents, and quality furnishings create a welcoming environment that feels like a true home away from home. Overall comfort is where this RV truly shines. Whether you’re parked for a weekend getaway or living in it full-time, the 3560SS provides a relaxing, functional, and stylish space that makes every trip more enjoyable. It’s clear that Heartland put a lot of thought into every detail, resulting in a fifth wheel that exceeds expectations in both form and function. This is a top-tier RV that delivers on quality, livability, and comfort—an excellent choice for anyone looking to travel without sacrificing the feeling of home.

I sent pictures and a video of the problem. By the next day they contacted me with approval for a mobile tech. I told her that we already had an appointment with a local RV repair company to upgrade our pin box and she approved them to make the repairs. FYI, while talking to our local shop, they commented that they early see Alliance products except for regular maintenance, they are solid products. We love our 310RL!

We decided to buy another Grand Design RV after our first GD was so well built. Man, a lot has changed! From the day we bought the RV there has been nothing but issues. The dealership has had it more than 7 months of the last 14 months. 3 of the 4 four brakes didn't;t work the day we bought it, but the dealership told me to go buy a fuse for my truck and sent me on my way. From the beginning our list of issues included; Front door not closing correctly garage entry door not closing correctly marker lights not working rear brake light intermittent working gas fill station won't take gas tears in roof bubbled out wall panels electrical outlet not mounted propoerly trim falling off trim not cut to correct length seem tape coming off on various walls shower rail not caulked at all and leaking water caulk hardened in sink Front door let light pass through the door because they're was no foam in part of the door. Under rear of garage metal is already rusting stair rail was loose on inside stair rail on outside rusted Those were just some of the issue, but we had to have them repaired multiple times. The fuel station still doesn't fill correctly, and we have had to bring it back many times for repairs to be redone. While the repairs are a problem with the dealership, GD has done little to nothing to make things right. Where as we used to be big fans of GD, we will be looking at other brands now for our next RV.

Bought this unit brand new in 2022 for a way to keep my wife going on motorcycle trips. The first trip i went on one of the benches that was never used ripped the whole inner wall off. Getting the dealer to cover it was an absolute nightmare, but they finally did. The second year I noticed some bowing in the siding, being new to RV'ing I shrugged it off as just normal. This is the year I noticed how cheap everything inside is. Poor placement of everything, worthless bench seats that have both been removed because they fell off the walls again. Theres no storage space and even less tie down options for a toy hauler. Now here we are beginning of the camping season 2026, that siding has now completely failed. Jayco's response with a $4000 extended warranty, "f**k you! outta warranty!" $6000 repair, the camper is hardly worth that. Thankfully im able to do this repair myself using screws instead of swingline staples. DONT BUY JAYCO!!!!!!

My husband and I purchased this unit brand new off the factory line from a dealership in Fort Myers, FL. We liked the spacious interior and floor plan and were very excited about the purchase. The excitement of the purchase has turned into ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!! We have had nothing but problems with the unit due to very poor design flaws, crappy installation, and Forest River WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT & MAKE THE CORRECTIONS THAT ARE NEEDED & MAKE SURE THAT THE REPAIR COMPANY GETS PAID FOR THEIR TIME AND EFFORTS! I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE ISLAND COUNTERTOP SINK THAT KEEPS COMING DISCONNECTED FROM THE COUNTERTOP BECAUSE THE BRACKETS ARE THIN AND BREAK, PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR BEING SOFT IN THAT SAME LIVING ROOM KITCHEN AREA, THE DOOR IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WAS TILTED UPON PURCHASE AND THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT SHUT PROPERLY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE & FIND ANOTHER UNIT.
