We bought new from dealer about 200 miles from our house, big mistake. Terrible to get anything done. Between the lying from the dealer and the poor workmanship of the dealer it was bad enough that we did the small stuff ourselves. As for the trailer it’s self, we love it. The biggest problem we have with it and the factory said it’s the way it’s supposed to be is, it is the worst insulated trailer that we have ever owned. Factory build sheet says R38 in the floor and ceiling. We had to remove some of the underbelly, to our surprise the insulation is no more than 1 1/2" thick in places and was missing about 2ft all together. Started looking at the rest of the coach, no wonder we can’t stay warm. Factory said out of warranty don’t care. Called the factory, was told this straight from the horses mouth. Based off my production manager's and what he stated, the correct insulation is installed. R-7 is used in the floor, based off what he stated. There can be different thickness measurements. I would not recommend due to issues with slide out seals, auto leveling, toilet flush out leak, incorrectly installed door frames, screw falling off under the master closet and screw coming up through the floor in front of the master closet. Grand Design refuses to replacement the parts that were damaged before we bought the fifth wheel brand new or the parts that have failed to work right after purchase. They are using deny, delay, defend tactics. We have lost months of use of our fifth wheel and see no end in sight. Show less

My wife has a terminal illness, she wished to spend her last month's in the southern US where it is warmer. We purchased a new 2025 Intech Flyer Forge for the trip. 5 weeks into the trip the unit is falling apart to the point we could not risk the rear ramp door coming off and either injuring or killing someone. The rear door and entire frame is moving sideways an inch in either direction. The latch bolts are shearing off, the frame is popping. The entry door had to be adjusted every alternate day and the bed tipout is twisted and warped to the point you can't get it closed. We have had plumbing leaks and water come up through the floor in a rainstorm. This is 5 weeks after leaving on our trip and the trailer was only 10 weeks old. We have been in hotels now for 2 weeks. The worst part is, Intech has ghosted us and will not communicate in any way. You would think a company that charges as much as they do would be interested to know why one of their trailers failed in such a catastrophic way when so new. We purchased the toy hauler so my wife could come up and down the ramp in her wheelchair. Never in my 60 years have I seen a company with such little care or disdain for their customers as Intech has showed. I am purchasing another trailer from another company so my wife can have her wish. Then i do not care how long it takes to make sure that Intech doesn't do this to anyone else. Show less

Purchased new in 2014. Only issue was with the paint on the nose and the rear cap. The paint is dark and became sun bleached, Jayco repainted but years later same issue. Other than that have not had another issue with this rig. She has spent 2 winters in DC keeping us cozy and comfy even in the coldest weather. Show less

We have own this trailer for 1 and half year. The first 11 month it was in the shop 5 months with different things. water coming in the slides in bedroom and living room slides. We had a nail going through the rubber roof they would not fix , had panel come off they would not fix. They say it is 4 season ,not so. There is no insulation in the cone so at 18 the water is froze up .Ther is a lack of insulation in the slideouts. The underbelly is not insulated I have done alot of insulating to help the underbelly to help in colder weather. We had alot of trouble with furnace. to. This is a 2023 Montana High Country 373 Rd. I advice not to buy a Keystone unless you enjoy it be in the shop and have lots of troubles Show less

We have owned 2 Grand Design RV's. They are wonderful trailers. We have loved all the storage that is included inside the trailer as well as outside the trailer. The bathroom is roomy enough to not feel cramped. The floorplan allows access to almost everything, except the bunks, when the slide is closed. Show less

We bought the fifth wheel from Camping World in Tampa. It was a three-hour drive to the park. The kitchen slider would not extend. The nut for the rod was off. After opening by hand I was ready to go. Hooked to water up and every fitting was leaking. Camping World said make an appointment to make repairs. They would send a Tech. but I would have to pay for the Tech to come out. I made the repairs myself. I would think twice before dealing with either company. Show less

We lived in a 2021 Heritage Glen Elite 36FL and it was totally and completely awesome. The set up was amazing! we loved the front living and sunken in kitchen. It truly felt like a mini house. and the underneath storage was awesome! We have since closed that chapter of our life but if we had it to do over again this is exactly the 5th wheel we would purchase! Show less

Alliance has proven to be in a class of their own with customer service... traveled to all lower 48 states to experience some frame issues early on. Outside of warranty, owner Bill Martin, service team Jim Bonacci, Tim Draper as well as countless others, and Abbi Britton in parts returned our full time home better, more robust with latest frame mods being used now on newer models... i write this simply to express what im seeing first hand wih our friends experiencing same issues with much higher end abd newer 5th wheels Their having to contact attorneys! Recent purchase, been camping for almost 2 weeks , in the coastal bemd area ,. Could have saved 10,000 if I would of went to Indiana to pick up . That is a bummer , didn't come with a smart TV. That's a bummer which I thought it had one , told I would have a ladder then never got one extra 400.00 plus dollars , over insured on all the overages, but will update at a later date right now I'm on the fence. Have not had to use any factory warranty as of yet Show less
