Our Dissatisfaction Is Not With The People But With The Product. We Purchased A 2024 Keystone Montana And For A Few Days We Loved It…. We’ve Had It Appox 5 Months And I Think The Repair Man Should Just Move In. Awnings Wouldn't Work, Had Them Fixed Now One Awning Wont Work Because The Motor Is Shot ! We’ve Only Used The Awning A Few Times. One Of The Faucets In The Two Sink Bathroom Had To Be Replaced And Now The Other One Needs Replacing. The Ice Maker Hose Leaked And Was Fixed. The Black Water Tanks Were Hooked Up Backwards And Had That Fixed. The Brand New Fridge Stopped Working And The Motherboard Is On Order. The Microwave Vent Leaked And We’ve Had Lakes Under Our Stove And Into Our Kitchen. Today They Sealed The Vent Hopefully No Permanent Damage Is Done. The Furniture Is The Same Brand As Our Last Trailer A 2019 Grand Design But Is Of Lesser Quality. Hidabeds Are Vertually Useless And Already The Controls On The Recliners Are Malfunctioning. The Motor On The Tv To Make It Rise Up From The Counter Has Sounded Like Its On Its Last Leg Since We Got It. To Say The Least We Are Not “Happy Campers”

We bought a Montana because they were known for their quality and reliability. Unfortunately in 2021 that all changed, and this rv has been nothing but problems. In the very first week of ownership I found the power wire wrapped around an aluminum stud with the insulation stripped bare, an extreme fire and shock hazard. That was just the tip of the iceberg. 2 months later the leveling system started failing more frequently and had to be replaced. Then I found a broken cross member that had to be welded back together. Another mom the later I found the only screws holding the medicine cabinet up were the ones screwed into the black tank vent pipe. The master br slide has been a problem for months. Even after complete replacement, it only lasted 3 weeks before having problems again. Due to his the bedroom floor has been damaged multiple times. The main slide roof began sagging so much water would run into the living room and had to be jacked up and restructured. After about 8 months the door became difficult to close, and wouldn't stay closed while driving, even with the dead bolt locked and grab handle closed. This entire thing is just a total pile of junk, and most likely won't last the full length of its 3 year structural warranty.

We bought this RV, montana high country 331rl, in Feb of 2019. Manufacture date was Oct 2018. I loved the floor plan. Unfortunately our first camping experience, May 2019, we found some issues. The bathroom door makes a grinding sound when you close it, which in the middle of the night is annoying. The freezer didn't have a seal and didn't get cold enough to keep food frozen, the ice maker was not hooked in made a loud noise, (which is inaccessible unless you remove the refrigerator by taking out the slide), the black and gray tanks were labeled wrong ( good thing the health department did not inspect the campgrounds, as we were dumping into the gray tank), the leveling jacks were displaying error but camper was level and when the furnace was turned on it started to work but then went off and wouldn't come back on, which we found that the plastic bag the igniter came in was left on the igniter, installed and melted the first time we turned it on! It prevented the igniter from lighting. Once we peeled the plastic off , it worked but then we discovered the vents weren't connected and only the floor was heating! The place we bought from wanted us to bring it back, almost 200 miles, and it would get repaired, but reviews said it could take the whole camping season to get done because the service department sucks , plus we were already set up so we had the repairs done ourself. If you are parked in a shady area you are good as far as the AC but if you get even a few hours of sun be prepared to have it be cooler outside than inside the camper. The biggest flaw in this model is the windows. Out of 13 windows, 9 are crankouts that only go out about 5 inches. These crankout windows are useless! You don't get any outside airflow through them. We also have a sky light over the island, which looks nice but the sun beats in and heats up the camper faster, so we keep the shade pulled over it 24/7. After 1 camping season the microwave, a highpointe model, which was hardly ever used, kept blowing fuses. Come to find out the door was mounted wrong and when shut, shook the fuse, causing it to blow. Lastly we heard a popping sound one evening and saw that the awning was coming off the camper at one side. When inspected , it was attached with too small of screws. We bought molly screws and reattached the awning properly. I like the floorplan of this model and have looked at the new models of this camper and it is still built the same.! No thank you.... I would not purchase a new one nor do I recommend this model to others! We have learned looks are not everything. Our next camper, we will go through with a fine tooth comb, and look at functionality and reviews!

Two days prior to walkthrough, the front slideout bracket broke. Turning on the lights tripped the breaker. Main bedroom slideout completely broke, cocked to one side, leaving the slideout sideways in the unit. Backwards wiring to the bonus room and both awnings. Grey and black tanks are labeled backwards, found that out the hard way. Check valve broke, so when hooked up to the campground water supply, the water filled the freshwater holding tank, causing the front half of the underbelly to fill with water. Closet doors put on backwards, so they came off the track. We have literally been in this RV for 12 days. Unbelievably bad quality.

But the quality control at the factory must be non existent because I've had to fix so many things that should have been caught before it left the factory along with using sub standard materials. Door latches not lining up screws left out all together. And don't think Caming or the good Sam's extended warranty is going to do anything. The Google Sam's extended warranty is a big rip off. I though Keystone Montana was was a upgrade from most campers boy did they prove me wrong. Don't buy a Keystone and don't buy from camping world

We purchased this coach in July of 2022. Before we even left the lot we were informed by the dealership that we needed to bring it back because the primary air conditioner was not blowing cold and would need replacing. Two weeks later we took it back for them to fix that and while there they informed us that one of the front jacks was twisted and would also need replacing. Due to unavailability of parts the two repairs took nearly three months to complete! We got it back from them on October 10, having never spent a night in it. We took it on its maiden voyage in December and immediately had problems with the exterior trims coming off while driving. The screws backed out on their own causing when wheel trim to rip off entirely and the other to crack down the middle. By the fourth day there was a bolt protruding through the vinyl floor in the kitchen. After a month at our vacation home in TX and a grand total of six days/nights of actual camping use, the coach went back to the dealership on February 14, 2023. This time the repairs took 7 weeks. We picked up the RV on April 4 and took it directly to our summer seasonal campsite, but did not open it up to use it until April 22 when we discovered a foot long crack in the front window which could only be seen from the inside looking out. That same night there was a terrible thunderstorm which is when we were treated to gallons of water pouring in from the living room slide roof. We were up the entire night trying to catch water with containers and towels. Even so the sofa was completely drenched as it is bolted down and couldn’t be moved out of the way. After the rains passed and I was able to go up on the roof I discovered a two foot long tear in the roof membrane at the rear of the slide. The wood underneath is showing signs of rot, so this tear was probably there from the beginning. We just never got to use it when it was raining to know about it. Now the dealer can’t even take it for repairs until May, and given their trouble obtaining parts from the manufacturer we will be lucky to get it back before the season we paid for is over. I feel that we were sold a completely garbage product that we’ve paid a ton of money for and have not even been able to use.

My wife and I bought this RV new, 7 long, long, long years ago. On our first trip, in the boondocks of NE BC, a slide out cable snapped. Our dining and relaxing areas were now useless. The only good thing, is that a few stout lads were able to help me push it back into the house, so that we could continue our trip. Turns out that the "factory technicians": had misaligned the mounting holes, so the awkward tension on the "brand new cable" was so great that it snapped. We have ornamental trim in the unit. Big heavy, luxurious looking pieces. On the same trip, when we opened the door, one of the pieces had broken loose, and fallen onto the dining table (which we couldn't use, and the recliners, which we couldn't use). So, I laid the piece on those two, and waited to get back home so that I could drill some holes, and use 2.5" wood screws to hold it in place. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention, the "staples" that were supposed to hold it in place missed the mark by 50%, and they were only 1/2 inch long anyways. The spare tire rack, under chassis - great idea. Except, the receiving nut was never welded to the carrier, so that when it came to change a tire, my wife had to grovel in the mud holding a wrench on the bolt, so that I could put a socket on said nut. Not cool. Why: well because it's never a sun shiny day, when a fellow gets a flat. Then the electrics went. 2 dealerships couldn't figure it out, my buddy an electrician was stymied, and then I found the GOD OF RV ELECTRICS, and $500 later, it was fixed. Then, the other slide in the living area went askew. Tore up a frame stud, tore up the sliding plate under the slide, so to make a long story short $6500 later, I got it back. The dealership is fantastic. The product? I rue the day that I bought it. One final thought, I only illustrated the highlights. There were many more. Stay away from Montana.

Perfect for 2x adults (and 2x travel companions: kitties) for full-time living in California and also the harsh Ontario winter! As a couple living full-time, we instantly fell for the dual sinks in the spacious bathroom, desk area (perfect for working-from-home or computer station without cluttering your dining table!), kitchen island, full-size appliances, and tons of storage cupboards everywhere! Movie nights with the pop-up elevator TV and power recliners in the living room were so comfy! We had full support for all Warranty issues within the first year of ownership (thanks Keystone!). We did need to replace the furnace motherboard in 2021, luckily before the cold weather hit!
