We bought this 42 ft. Fifth wheel brand new at Camper World Riverton Utah. I bought every warranty and extended warranty I could get because I know the quality of most of them. What I didn't realize is that if you need any warranty work it needs to go to the dealer and sit for days or weeks to get a repair and your stuck in a hotel. Even with the DIY program couldn't be any worse for the customer. Our main electrical 50 amp cord shorted out and burned and melted the connection on a Sunday. I went to the hardware store and bought a new plug to get us going. The camper World asked for pictures which I had taken before removal and showed all the damage it caused only to get denied my claim because I didn't bring it in. After calling in a couple of other issues we had and being told it had to come into the dealer I just gave up. We're retired and don't beat our stuff but this rv is no better than the bottom of the line as far as I can tell we spent over $100000. and I couldn't be more disapointed. Our heater is now going out at least the bearings are squeeling. Looking back I would not have bought the best one on the lot (according to my sales snake) and bought something much less and just planned to fix it. I would have saved a ton of money. It pulls good and we like the layout the trim falls off the ceiling after we have towed it for a while so I have been repairing this as we go and it also leaks when we get a solid rain. I wanted to show the wiring under the rig. There is NO pride in the workat all! Show less

Purchased new in March 2025, used for a couple of months. Been at RV dealership since October 28,2025 with minor warranty repairs needed. Not sure if it’s the manufacturer or the dealership but it’s January 8,2026 and no parts yet. We love the floorplan, storage, and features. Doubt I will buy another KZ or from same dealership. Just want my RV back. Show less

I always had Montanas Bought this new Used 2 weeks before lost wife Srove slid out bring home smashed glass they replaced but I had to pay $500 for installation. When CamOne circuit had a broken wire no power. in a receptial. When camping world replaced the stove they lost my electric cord they gave me a used one. Kiction door wouldn't stay shut. Said they fixed it When I opened the slide out it caught the open door ruined it and slide does not come all the way out now. They sent me a new door. Refrigerator doesn't work. Wire behind TV connection striped like it was pulled off. Water is dripping outside under the kitchen sink. Only used 2 weekends until this year 2025. What a hunk of sxxt I would say stay away from any of their products. Oh the warranty. They said we gave you a stove that's all we going to do. Show less

Great floor plan , no issues with rv . Great value easy to tow.like the two ac units, bedroom is a great size for size of rv. The solar and the slide toppers are great additions . Would like to have had better tires something I will upgrade. Selling dealer was a pleasure to deal with from sales to PDI process. I would recommend this rv. Show less

I did research before I bought this and it was one of the top of the line very well-made travel trailers. I bought this travel trailer during the aftermath of Covid when everything was on backorder, etc. and apparently they have been making these with junk inside them. Both of my furry on air conditioners did not work as they should. One of them had the Freon run out so I replaced both of them with a Coleman Mach. The refrigerator microwave and most everything is Furrion and made in China. My microwave is having issues and my refrigerator since I bought it has an issue with the compressor and it makes a very loud rattling noise every time it tries to cool off. Now that could’ve been just installation of said item, but everything seems to be quickly made with cheap equipment. They would not even reimburse me for replacing my air conditioners because I didn’t take it in to have that looked at when I had already had them checking on the AC why it wasn’t reading the temperature on multiple visits. So in addition to this no longer being a reliable brand, their warranty is crap also. Stay away from this brand. Show less

I purchased a 2025 Ridgeway 35BH last year around this exact time from Optimum RV (terrible dealer) and i brought it back to them for an inspection and some minor things i thought needed looking at before 1 year warranty was up. Shower leaked occasionally, awnings would never go up correctly, took multiple attempts to make them go up, pump under bathroom sink wasn't working correctly all the time, the solar panel would not keep the battery charged, but the main thing that bothered me was the GREY water tank was almost always saying it was full?? They advertised a 90 gallon grey tank, 50 gallon black tank, and 76 gallon fresh water tank. After a couple trips and having to empty the grey every 2-3 days i decided to purchase a garden hose meter and test it myself. turns out after putting 27 gallons in the tank it was saying full. i even discharged the water into 5 gallon buckets and came up with same thing. With all that said, i told the dealer to check this out and sure enough there is only a 30 gallon grey water tank. The dealer has had it now for 12 weeks, and has offered no solution. KZ RV is saying that what the 90 gallon grey is a combination of grey and black. They don't have room to put a 90 gallon grey tank, so what do i do? Who puts a 30 gallon grey tank in a 40 foot trailer that has hook ups for washer and dryer? Anybody else aware of this problem? Show less

Love this floor plan. Quite a bit of storage especially in the bedroom . We have taken several trips for a total of 3 mons. Only one minor problem with tankless water heater warranty was not a problem fixed quickly. Easy towing. Love love love this trailer. Show less

Would purchase another without hesitation. Love the floor plan, design overall. Happy with all things interior and yes, things need to be tightened after a long, bumpy road trip - nothing that isn’t normal or to be expected. Recent experience with Leslie in service was exceptional. Valor-e had a needed repair that the factory did and covered. They made sure our rig was in top condition before we left. Show less

This is the absolute best Fifth Wheel we have ever owned. It is very spacious even at 34 feet long, and compared to our former 42 ft., it tows like a dream. Loaded with many upgrades like 5.5 Onan generator, 3 A/Cs that tolerate even the Fl summer heat. G614 Goodyear tires including the spare. Winegard 1000 gateway router connecting to the 360+ Wi-Fi/antenna system. New Dexter brakes and backing plates. This coach is a step above all others on the market. Show less

I love this RV! It is not too long, so its easy to tow. Automatic leveling and auto-reconnect make hitching and unhitching a breeze. Outdoor kitchen is great for cooking while hanging out. The 2 AC units keep everything comfortable. The bunkhouse is separate and on the opposite side of the RV from the main bedroom, which is great for parents with kids! The bunkhouse sleeps 3. There is a ton of storage space. Show less
