This is March 2023.. it has been in the shop since 5 January 2023. Yesterday I was told they found something else wrong with it. I wouldn't recommend this unit to my worse enemy. I only used this unit for two weeks. I can't give it back and my attorneys say the lemon law doesn't apply...yet. A very bad unit!! The manufacturer is of no help. I've contacted the BBB and found the seller has a F rating as well.

Our purchased brand new Jayco 5th wheel has been in for warranty work for a combined total of 14 months out of the 23 months we’ve owned it. It is still waiting for more repairs and warranty is up in less than a month. Jayco doesn’t care. They refuse to extend warranty, refuse to replace trailer. We have a $100,000.00 driveway decoration that we cannot (and have not) use. Stay away from Jayco, the company does not stand behind its products and thinks it’s reasonable that they sold us something we have not been able to use.

Decals are stickers and already pealing off. Would never recommend going with Redwood.

Bought this brand new. As most commenters have mentioned the quality is junk. Very expensive junk. Where do I begin... live in it full time. It has been in the shop 3 times. Dealer(Windish) takes months and does nothing... charged us 1400 to adjust slide and replace trim that broke off during travel. They adjusted the slide and broke side frame of slide in the adjustment and now say to bring it on in. They tacked up the trim without replacing as they said they would do.
Also, the solar controller died, fridge died, furnace died, front closet system fell off the wall. This all began 2 weeks after purchase. Just bring it in... they kept it for months.... we had to rent while they "fixed" everything under warranty... which they did not fix anything. Electrical issues abound as well. Oh yeah and we still have no fridge because they apparently keep losing the one being shipped from the factory. WTHell? Between the dealers and the manufacturers all bleeding us dry... there is nothing else to give. Can't sell it and place this burden on another. There really should be a smart lawyer out there willing to bring a class action against keystone. I also forgot that the ac units have never worked in this. What a crime, and it goes unpunished.
BTW, this is for the 335bh. The search would not produce this model number.

I purchased this fifth wheel last fall and not have been able to try it out yet.
Had to rate in order to submit. This is why the livability, overall quality and factory warranty/support are rated low.
However the first thing I have learned about this model is that the king pin sets to far back. I have a 2016 f350 long bed that has the factory puck system and I have a reese 27k fifth wheel hitch. I cannot back and latch onto the king pin before having to stop and close the tailgate because the tailgate would hit the camper.
I have talked with the dealer and reese about this issue. Both have told me this is a manufacture issue and I am not the only person that has inquired about it.
Reese has suggested a wind gate but I'm not wanting to loose my back up camera so stuck with what Ive got.
Maybe this would not be a problem with a shortbed truck?
Really hoping they have payed more attention to detail in the building of the unit itself.

We purchased a new 2021 385 L Paradigm from Ron Hoover in Katy TX. This was our 4th RV and were so excited to get it. However we immediately began having problems with window and several of the slides, sinks, window, and toilets leaking just for starters. The recliners was bent and would not fully extend, the refrigerator kept going out and ruining the food, our black tank was leaking, the door would not make contact well enough to close and we would have to slam and pull hard multiple times to try and get it to close, molding starting coming away from wall. The paneling has visible nail holes We took it to Ron Hoover to get these items fixed and get an estimate on getting a crack in the wall fixed. We purchased a more expensed full time living camper because my husband works 7 hours from home and lives in it while he is at work. We brought the camper to Ron Hoover in Katy and they had it for over 6 months and many of the items they said they fixed are not nor were we able to get an estimate on getting the paneling fixed where it is cracked which was not a warranty issue. We have been extremely disappointed in the quality of this RV compared to the other brands we have purchased and with Ron Hoover's service department.

We have owned Forest River rvs prior to purchasing this Keystone.
To say we are disappointed in the RV would be an understatement. For the 60,000 we paid, the RV is surely one of the poorest qualities we have seen.
In the first month of owning this brand new RV, the dinette seating fell apart. super thin sheets of wood do not hold up under the demands of moving in and out of the U shaped seating. In addition the trim pieces began to come off everywhere. Within a couple of months, walls began to gape at the top and bottom, floors became weak, Moisture builds up on the windows, Ac Unit is poorly placed and does not cool the unit at all. Add to this the failures of the slides operating properly, GCFI plug being replaced twice, awning failing apart 6 months in, and finally electrical issues all within the first year of owning. In addition, there is no cover under the step which is open to the undercarriage. This is an opening for critters to crawl into the RV. We took time to seal as many of the openings as possible since our RV is in a rural setting. There is stripping missing on the master bedroom’s slide thus allowing you to see to the outside from inside of the slide. Washing and drying clothes in the closet only encourages moisture build up in the master and creating mold issues. The master Ac accumulates water and spills onto the bed.
Let me also say the extreme cold package is false advertising. We dont normally freeze in our area, but we did since buying this and we could not keep this thing warm, nor keep our pipes from freezing even with a heated hose.
The way the 2 grey tanks and septic are ran also are an issue in design. The connection is under a slide. If you need to open the valve you need to squeeze between 2 slides and crawl under. The one valve for the kitchen is located there. The second grey valve is located to the far left with the black being in the middle. All connected to the same line. This means if you go to drain your black be careful to not open your grey from the bathroom.
The layout of somethings also do not make sense. You have the breaker box on the floor where is is subject to moisture from cleaning or flooding from the toilet. The steps from the master bedroom to the hallway is short and steep. My husband and myself have fallen coming down them. The plug for the tv is behind a wall and way out of reach. I had to climb on the fireplace and practically crawl in the opening to plug in the TV.
I could go on about all the other issues but I digress.
If I could do it all over again, I would never purchase this brand or model. When you purchase an RV for this amount, you tend to have expectations of quality. I had better quality in my 27,000 Forest River. We only changed RVs as we need a bigger vessel and had like the floor plan of this model when it was shown to us.

We've had trouble with the Schwintek slide system on tge Kitchen slide (7' x 24" small slide) I'm having it repaired at my expense. We have an appointment to replace the system with a Vroom System. Would never buy an RV with a Schwintek slide system again.
Moved the charge converter out from under the bathroom sink to the front battery compartment.
Placing a 110 volt 55 amp electrical component under the sink ... not wise.
I've owned half a dozen RVs over the years, and none are perfect. Forest River is definitely a better quality unit in my experience.
