I have a 2021 Allegro Bus 45OPP, this is our 3rd Tiffin and our 8th motorhome, and this one is loaded , with solar panels, adaptive cruise control, lane changing warnings, and much more. We looked at the Dutch Star and the Tiffins, and the floor plan, cabinetry , fit and finish, price, options, and overall comfort made our choice an easy one. Don’t get me wrong, the Dutch Star is a nice coach, but this one had our name on it. Each Tiffin that we’ve owned have been great with little or no problems. Which is probably why we’ve come back and bought another one. The underneath storage is great. You can store most anything , and with the electronic slide trays I don’t bump my head on the slides bending down . There are a few things I wish this one had, like a cell phone holder for the driver . I took care of this for $30 by buying one, so it was only a small issue. We love our coach , I would gladly recommend buying a Tiffin to anyone. Any RV will have a shake down period, but we have been lucky in that our punch list was not very long and everything was taken care of by LaMesa RV in Orlando , when we bought it. They are a quality outfit and fair to deal with. Good luck with your purchase and hope this review helps.

The TIFFIN 2018 was made before Covid and before TIFFIN was taken over by Thor. In 2018, TIFFIN was not rushing to push a lot of class a RVs off the assembly line. Tiffin service and commitment to the customer in our experience has been second to none. Every manufacturer has its good years and not-so-good years. Our 2018 Tiffin was one of the good ones for sure. The 2018 37AP Allegro Bus has the standard equipment that puts the glamour in “glamping” and has a multi layered and multi clearcoat paint job that is among the best in the business. It has been just the right size for us and it has independent front suspension-steering to “turn on a dime” and get us into campgrounds and camp sites that astonished onlookers. Yet long enough to “live” in very comfortably. When I’m ready to purchase our next RV, it will definitely be another Tiffin.

I bought a 2023 Tiffin Phaeton 37' motorhome in February 2023 and it was the worst purchase of my lifetime. We gave it back to General RV and they sold it a few weeks ago November of 2023. It was in the shop continuously from the time we bought it except for the one trip we were able to take at the end of June for 10 days. After a few days we lost the hot water, air conditioning and heat and returned with a list of 15 more things that were wrong with it. Everything on the motorhome was sub-quality and I mean everything from the wood work in the interior to cargo doors that wouldn't open when the slide outs were open to trim and electrical/computer problems constantly. The washer and dryer had to be replaced, the dish washer, wood work had scratches and mis -alignment of panels and doors, the computer panels were constantly going out it was a terrible joke. Customer was slow to non-existent and went up the chain but never was able to talk to Bob Tiffin and General RV just want to piecemeal the repairs and get it out of here it has to go we'll be in touch. Bottom including the sales tax and the worthless warranties from General RV we lost an easy $100,000. Since Thor has bought which no-one told us when we bought it at the RV show in Salt Lake City from General RV the quality has totally gone to s..it. If it was a plane me and my wife would be dead. I would highly recommend not buying one and most of the reviews are misleading to say the least.

The comfort and quality of the interior is second to none. The 45OPP's floorplan is the most optimal layout among Class As: The Dining area is on the passenger side so you are looking at your campsite not your neighbors. A mid ship 1/2 bath assures that no one gets "trapped" if someone is taking a shower. The Power Glide Chassis is the leader in the industry with Multiplex wiring, that allows faster/easier servicing. 60 degree wheel cut makes turning a dream. Storage is abundant inside and out. Service and warranty work offered at Red Bay, Alabama is industry leading.

We purchased our brand new bus is May of this year from a Tiffan dealer in Harriston Ontario. There were issues not resolved from day one and every day there after it has been a nightmare. No ladder, DS rear pushout does not go in fully, scratched paint and other paint defects, outdoor entry panel does not work at all, the windshield wipers quite working, the crown molding behind the drivers seat rattles when driving, there is a crack in one of the cabinet doors, the cabinet doors are not lined up, the two push-out behind the pasenger seat leaves marks on the ceramic floor, there are 2 air vents broken and just spin, the undercarriage doors are not aligned, the dealer installed the wrong cooler, the abs traction and collision lights are on and we have been in once and the dealer could not fix, the main spider that controls everything stopped working, Now we are told that we should drive it Red Bay to have all this resolved. When spending the hundreds of thousands on a coach you expect much better quality than this. Where is the consumer protection against horrible manufacturing and quality? TIFFAN'S QUALITY NEEDS HELP

This is our 6th motorhome and 2nd Tiffin. I have owned winnebagos and holiday ramblers , with the first one being a gas model and the others being diesel pushers. This Tiffin is by far the best riding , best fit and finish, best low maintenance motorhome out of all of them. We’ve owned it now for 3 years and it has been an absolute joy. We bought this one used when it was 2 years old and have only had to replace a couple of burned out interior lights, changed the oil and filters , and do the annual service on the Aqua hot . This rig was built while Tiffin still owned the company, which I guess is a good thing. Everywhere we go people always compliment us on how nice the coach looks. We have friends who drive other high end brands and they always tell us they wish they had bought a Tiffin, because their coaches spend a lot of time in the shops with one thing or another. This is the Mac Daddy of the RV world, if you are looking for a great coach you might want to give Tiffin a try, at least a Tiffin that’s built in 2021 or older. Hope this helps.

I am simply astonished at the poor quality and workmanship we found on the new Tiffin 45 OPP and 45 FP. Let me start with I rarely write a review. This may be the 3rd or 4th in my lifetime. I am taking the time here because I realize how important a one-half million dollar decision is. My wife and I visited a dealership yesterday to look at and consider the purchase of a 2022 Tiffin Allegro Bus 45OPP or a 45 FP. The dealership had 3 on the property, all new. I am 64 years old and have been in and around the RV, marine and car business since very young. I am old enough and experienced enough to recognize a quality product. To understate it, all 3 coaches were extremely poorly constructed. I cannot remember how many times the sales person said "I am so very sorry for the condition of these new coaches and I realize you drove over 2 hours to get here and see these. I believe it would be very safe to state if Bob Tiffin were there with us, he would have been so embarrassed to know a product like this was sent out of the Tiffin factory. Split woodwork with large pieces handing down, crooked tilework, both driver and passenger seat was leaning and bent (the sales person actually informed us of the bent seats before we entered - imagine how we received that comment). I could go on for hours here. I did take pictures to show my friend who is also looking for a new coach. I would guess the older Tiffin models could be very well constructed and I have been informed from several owners they really liked them and how well they held up. People - BE ADVISED - ALL 3 OF THESE BRAND NEW COACHES WERE TRASH. Get offended all you want Tiffin owners but the facts are the facts. This was not a one-off here. I looked closely at all 3 new 45 foot Allegro Buses side by side. I have no side to take here. I currently am purchasing a new coach the and am simply giving each of the major brands a fair evaluation. An no, I have never owned a Newmar or Entegra, so again, there is no agenda here other than to warn any person out there looking to actually get what they are paying for. Yes, nothing new is perfect, but these was absurd. One piece of base was screwed on using wood screws that were not even covered up and at random places. The sales person was so embarrassed. I felt bad for him. I will stop now but if you doubt my review email me and I will give you the dealer location and will even facetime with you when you visit if you must see how bad this really is.

I have owned 6 RV’s and a camper since 1999, which includes Winnebagos, Holiday Ramblers, a Keystone, and Tiffins. With one RV being a gas coach and 5 being diesel pushers. This Allegro Bus is by far the best motorhome I have ever owned. The Powerglide chassis and independent front suspension make for a very user friendly drivable coach. It’s 41 feet long , but it goes down the road about as easily as anything I’ve ever driven. The 450 hp Cummins diesel gobbles up the road and when going up and down hills it does so without a problem with no fade in acceleration. The fit and finish inside and out is first rate. I love the floor plan, the fireplace, the heated floors , the power sliding trays, the induction stove top, the woodwork, and all the other luxury features that make this coach what it is. So far it has been relatively trouble free, with only a couple of led lights having to be replaced, a ceiling fan blade adjustment, and an adjustment to a storage door. The only complaints I have is that the nav is just ok, in that I usually just use my phones nav which works better and I’m not a big fan of the mobile eye system. All in all I have been very pleased with this motorhome. Hope this helps someone who is considering this brand and model.
