The Pocket is a fun little van that my husband and l loved traveling in. It has everything you need to camp and travel comfortably. The refrigerator runs great on solar or shore power. The front seats both turn to add more flexibility to the living area. The screen on the sliding door and back doors allow you to keep the doors open and the bugs out. We traveled for three weeks and only used the solar to power the refrigerator, charge our phones and laptops and run my husband’s cpap machine at night with no issues at all. The remote control makes it easy to turn the ceiling fan off and on. The window covers allow you to have as much privacy as you like with the ease of a zipper. The storage under the bed allowed us to bring along chairs and an outdoor shade tent and a large bin for clothes and food. It is so easy to drive and it parks just like a car.

We traded a 2021 Atlas for the 2023 to get the new E1 Volta power system thinking it would solve the many problems we had with the power systems on the 2121 which included a complete failure of all solar panels and a cost to us for emergency repairs if over $2,000. Airstream refused to pay for the repairs simply because we did not get prior authorization for repairs at a non-Airstream repair shop. Without those repairs we were dead and 300 miles from a Airstream dealer.
We were so excited to get our 2023 and yet things started going wrong immediately! First the Volta system failed on our first day out and we had to return to the dealer for a complete replacement. After that we started encountering so many issues that it would be hard to enumerate here. After taking it to the Denver Airstream dealer where it sat for 2 months we were told everything was functioning properly. NOT! The AC system would not function even when on shore lower. The microwave and induction stove kept failing. To add insult to injury an electronic module in the Mercedes engine caused the transmission to fail. The vehicle had to be towed 250 miles to Salt Lake City. No that that repair is completed the vehicle is sitting at the Salt Lake Airstream dealer waiting for the Volta system to be repaired again. I am not confident they even have a tech that is qualified to work on the system. To be continued …. In the meantime, DON’t BUY ONE!

After 4 hours of searching, it was a $0.10 burnt fuse between the alternator and the battery. Found few other manufacturing screw-ups. Making a list for early spring to get it in top shape.
Overall it was a fun experience although it was freezing temperatures at night . First night I was stingy with the battery and used full propane to heat the cabin. I used only 10% during the night! I started helping the combi furnace with electricity from the battery. Never went below 50%! Fun machine to drive, around 17 mpg (15L/100km). Very thick REAL mattresses Deep fridge. Has ample capacity to be a near 4 season machine even in Canada

Unfortunately, I can't say too many good things about this RV other than we're happy with the floor plan we chose. That's about it.
It seriously lacks in quality, reliability, usability, and its customer service. We've owned the RV for 18 months and have not had even ONE day that everything worked as it was supposed to. Not ONE.
Initial problems were with the wiring. There were pinched/cut wires when the coach was assembled to the chassis that caused its inspection to fail because clearance lights had a direct short in the circuit. There were 5 circuits that didn't even have a fuse installed in them. There were mis-wiring in the van that led to other systems not working.
The lithium ion battery system is such a poor design that it doesn't even come close to maintaining the battery charge when ANYTHING is turned on, like the fridge. Even when the main power switch is OFF, the inverter OFF, the fridge OFF, there is still a constant discharge on the battery of -0.6 to -1.7 amps! Even though the Thor owner resource pages state that you can maintain the battery over the winter by running the engine once a month, the battery is completely discharged within a week. And once it gets below 3%, the system shuts down and won't charge at all until you plug into shore power. (Who the hell designed this stupid system???)
Less than a year into ownership, the alternator for the coach battery stopped working completely, so we've been unable to use the van at all since it's kinda important to have a working fridge when you're traveling. After waiting a month for a new alternator to arrive and get installed, there is still NO difference and the coach battery still won't charge from the engine.
Customer Service? NONE. I've contacted them multiple times about the issues we're having. They responded to one message after 3 weeks, but gave such a stupid, useless response that completely missed the whole point. When I asked for clarification, they completely ignored me and haven't replied in over a year. Even when I contacted them about these new issues, they still haven't bothered to reply to me and it's been another 3 weeks of silence from them. What a frikkin' joke.
The documentation and videos on the owners resource site don't match with our van. The schematics have errors in them and many of the guides don't really apply to our version of coach.
In a nutshell, I'd say to stay away from this horrible version of RV and Thor in general. They clearly just slap these things together whether they believe it will actually work or not. I believe they already know about the terrible design and reliability issues they have - especially with the stupid Li-ion battery systems - that they don't even respond to their customers when they have related problems.
This first RV experience for my wife and I has been a complete nightmare. I wish I had never heard of Thor. I wish we had never even looked at a Thor RV. Now it's nothing more than a money pit whose value has fallen a lot since we purchased.
I mean, you have to question the sanity of a company who integrates a storage holder for the black/gray tank hose that FITS NO KNOWN HOSE ON THE PLANET. Oh - the RV does have a roof rack on it that is completely unusable because it's mounted across the solar panels! Not only would you block the light from reaching them, but any weight on them would cause them to break. Another innovation from our friends at Thor.
Run, don't walk from this company.

We have owned our Airstream Atlas Murphy suite for 3 years and just completed camping in all of the lower 48 states! Everything we didn’t like in our previous Interstate has been corrected in the design of this van. All outdoor supplies (firewood, grilling supplies, chairs, table, outdoor games etc) can be stored in the cabinets on the exterior. This leaves all of the interior cabinets for food, clothing, bedding and entertainment. Having a full bathroom across the back of the van allows for privacy and comfort. everything dries out completely allowing you to easily live in the van for many nights in row. The kitchen is well thought out, the refrigerator and microwave are at a functional height, and there is a pullout pantry for food along the side of the refrigerator. The two recliners and large television are perfect for winding down at night. The murphy bed is very comfortable and the slide out allows you to walk around 3 sides of the bed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this RV

This was designed from the start as a wheelchair handicap accessible van/RV. On the plus side it is short that you can use the 159 inch regular length version as a means to get around town as it will fit into standard parking spaces. It drives well as long as you watch the tire pressure. If you put more than 65 psi in the front tires you will find it rides very hard. I got 18 mpg on the interstate but only 14 mpg around town. Sitting high, it is easy to see traffic, even over the tops of pickup trucks. There are some negatives. The biggest negative is this is designed for a person in a wheelchair yet the side door is a manual door. The control for the wheelchair lift has a button for the door but no power door option. NONE of the seat belts are comfortable. Rather than using the Promaster seatbelt system on the front they elected to use a system where the shoulder harness is built into the seat. That means the shoulder strap comes right across you neck. You will need a shirt with collar or a padded cover for the belt. In the back, the two seat belts pull up instead of back. They need to hire a seat belt consultant as none of the seat belts really work well and are uncomfortable. Yes, I would buy it again but would start doing modifications right from the start.

Have had my Tellero for over a year now. Have not used it much (6,600 mile) since half the time it has been in the Camping World shop! After two new under hood generators had been installed, and the unit returned to me, I have had to again return it because of a faulty under hood generator. This time Camp World did it right and took the unit to an alternator/generator specialist in town and it got fixed! We were delighted with the unit after that. The TV, the awning, the over head compartment and the waste water hose clean out were all fixed after conversation with the CW manager (who was very supportive!! ) The motorhome is perfect now and will get years of use! And it still has the remainder of the Two Year Warranty left! Sometimes you just have to be patient and persistent!! You can’t go wrong talking with the good folks on the Thor Forum also!

The Galleria for the most part has been a very good experience for my wife and I. When I got the Galleria the rear door bike rack was really convenient other than it bent the rear door’s requiring a new door and I had to purchase a new bike rack for the hitch. I really liked the door rack cause it free’d up my hitch for other gear.
The problem I have now is the refrigerator failed after 2 years and finding a replacement is proving maddening for us. The replacement fridge looks great but is 4 inches too deep extending out into the aisle. I’ve got a couple of folks looking into it although I spent a small fortune on an appliance that isn’t quite right. Coachmen I need to get this resolved.
