Our first RV and what a disappointment it has been. Purchased Jan 2024 it is now June 2024 and it has been back to the dealer 3 times for warranty work. More than 3 months total in the shop for repairs that should have been found when the dealer got it ready after the sale. Back bedroom has hardly any air coming out of the 2 ducts. Very hard to cool. Was told it was prewired for 3rd air went to have it installed at the dealer and it is not required for 3rd air. With the 2 bedroom design the back bedroom is very hot all the time as the ducting in this unit stinks. You would think Keystone would know this and fix it for the future owners. Panelling pulling away from the walls in kitchen and bedrooms. Also outside where the silicone is around the trim is CRACKING and shrinking. I do not recommend Keystone Montana from my experience and it being an ALL Season camper in the heat of the summer. Purchased so my 88 year old mother could travel with us but she can’t as her back bedroom is very hot. Fed up RV Owner

We went from a toy hauler to a Keystone Montana Legacy 3781 RL and we absolutely love it! Lots of living space, storage space and comfort. We love how the stairs to the bedroom is on the far side of entry way. Gives you privacy in the bedroom. Love the openness and the modern farmhouse decor. There is tons of counter space, cabinet space and even a space for washer and dryer. We love all the accent lighting and the motion lights in the cabinets and closets. The full body paint in cobalt is absolutely beautiful. This is our most favorite purchase ever.

This 5th wheel is excellent to live in full time or just to use for weekends or long vacations. Love the comfort and space and lots of storage as well. quality is excellent and layout with front bathroom for guests and large master bath are very spacious. I dont think that i have anything really negative to say about this 5th wheel. it is a head turner when you are out the the road. the dry weight is less than most 5th wheels of this size and pull behind our truck likes its not even there.

Our Dissatisfaction Is Not With The People But With The Product. We Purchased A 2024 Keystone Montana And For A Few Days We Loved It…. We’ve Had It Appox 5 Months And I Think The Repair Man Should Just Move In. Awnings Wouldn't Work, Had Them Fixed Now One Awning Wont Work Because The Motor Is Shot ! We’ve Only Used The Awning A Few Times. One Of The Faucets In The Two Sink Bathroom Had To Be Replaced And Now The Other One Needs Replacing. The Ice Maker Hose Leaked And Was Fixed. The Black Water Tanks Were Hooked Up Backwards And Had That Fixed. The Brand New Fridge Stopped Working And The Motherboard Is On Order. The Microwave Vent Leaked And We’ve Had Lakes Under Our Stove And Into Our Kitchen. Today They Sealed The Vent Hopefully No Permanent Damage Is Done. The Furniture Is The Same Brand As Our Last Trailer A 2019 Grand Design But Is Of Lesser Quality. Hidabeds Are Vertually Useless And Already The Controls On The Recliners Are Malfunctioning. The Motor On The Tv To Make It Rise Up From The Counter Has Sounded Like Its On Its Last Leg Since We Got It. To Say The Least We Are Not “Happy Campers”

We purchased our RV from Camping World in Harrisburg Pa and have had nothing but problems since the beginning. Took it in to be repaired, it was there for over a month. Then we get it back and it's worse. They say Keystone will not cover it, I track out to them am ignored, told my warranty ended. Show them emails that I set up the service before it ended but they dissent spell out the problem and Camping World is not helping. I have reached out to everyone from lower to higher ups with no response or was treated likes I was the problem. Stay away from both of these companies, they are not for the customer!!

We purchased this RV in February of 2023. To date it has 73 deficiencies. Not only is this RV slapped together with little to no regard for quality the company does not stand behind their product and will happily and shamelessly take your money. They indicate a true approach to customer service in the beginning and say all the right things until it’s time to get stuff done. Our service person at keystone hasn’t answered a single email in weeks and since there is an “owners dedicated email” one would think that would help but it doesn’t. The last conversation I had with them was to advise me I’d missed some of their “small print” (their words) and that they don’t cover mobile visits to fix warranty issues even if they are emergency (like the full underbelly of our RV flooding due to water leaks). Do yourself a favour stay away from Keystone. They aren’t the company they used to be. Oh and don’t ask to speak to a manager because they apparently don’t have any. SHAMEFUL 73 DEFICIENCIES AND COUNTING!!!
