This camper is a home away from home very comfortable beautiful decor very spicy it's the top of the line camping experience or traveling the country with it it's absolutely easy to pull and has every thing you need we are so glad that we've had this keystone however at we have gotten older and are unable to drive it in haul a travel trailer at this time so we need to sell it we are sad but we hope someone that loves that camper as much as us buys it Show less

MY NEPHEW IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AS THE REST OF YOU. HE BOUGHT HIS KEYSTONE TO LIVE IN AND HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS BRAND NEW RV SINCE HE GOT IT. ITS A LEMON.....DAY 1, BLOWOUT ON TIRE COMING FROM THE LOT, HAD TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES ON IT TO PREVENT HAVING MULTIPLE BLOWOUTS. NO WARRANTY ON CHEAP TIRES, HAVE TO GET WITH MANUFACTURER. BOLTS IN FLLORING, GREY WATER SEWAGE LEAKING, TRIM FALLING RANDOMLY, GFCI FRIED 3 TIMES, FIREPLACE SHORTING OUT, FLOOR DROPPING OUT OF SLIDEOUT, HOT WATER HEATER NOT WORKING, NO POWER TO OUTLETS, SO MUCH MORE. KEYSTONE USE TO BE JAYCO, NOT SURE IF YOU ALL ARE FAMILIAR WITH JAYCO BUT THEY WERE AROUND BACK IN THE 80S AND HAD THE SAME LOW QUALITY RVS AND POPUPS. GOOGLE MASSIVE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IN CALIFORNIA THAT JAYCO LOST, THIS IS WHY THEY CHANGED THE NAME BUT STILL SELL THE SAME CRAPPY PRODUCTS. SEEMS NOW THAT THEY NEED TO BE FACING ANOTHER MASSIVE LAWSUIT IN 2024 UNDER THE NAME KEYSTONE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THAT MY NEPHEW FILE UNDER LEMON LAWS AND HIRE N ATTORNEY BECAUSE THE BACK AND FORTH CONTINUES AND THIS IS TOO MUCH MONEY TO JUST BE AT A LOSS. I RECOMMEND YOU ALL DO THE AME. THIS IS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE EVEN ALLOWED TO CONTINUE MANUFACTURING RVS AT THE RISK OF COSTING SOMEONE THEIR LIFE BECAUSE OF FAULTY WIRING FROM THE MAUFACTURER. THESE THINGS BURN LIKE TISSUE PAPER. I WOULD NEVER BUY JAYCO BACK THEN AND SURE AS HELL WOULDNT BUY KEYSTONE. I HAVE HAD RVS OVER THE LAST 25 OR 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THESE ISSUE. I RECOMMEND YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE BACKGROUND OF THESE COMPANIES BEFORE PURCHASING. ALL THIS IS HAPPENING WITH HIS RV AND HE LIVES IN IT IN A CAMPGROUND, NOT EVEN PULLING ACROSS THE STATES. My RV was droped off during covid. Driver refused a walk through because it wasnt his job. Both roof mount air conditioners did not work. It took over a month of fighting with Gander RV in Idaho to have them replaced. I was retiring and wanted to travel. Propane heater has been in twice because it wont come on. Electric Fireplace started amoking and I shut it down... Am bing told by Camping world that the plug that powers it melted. Radio and TV come on by themselves intermittently and will turn on putter speakers by itself. Warranty says they wont replace it unless their representative witnesses it! SERIOUSLY They tried to say it was a power surge... I showed them the surge protector they sold me that is in perfect working order. Then warranty told the Service people they then believed it was possibly struck by lightning. Service center told them there were no evidence of that and the problem is only centralized by entertainment center. They love to take your money but you have to fight tooth n nail to make them replace things in a unit you bought brandnew for 50 grand. Plus bought their extended warranty... I had to cancel retirement travel due to all the ongoing issues. Pretty sad! Now they will pay for replacing the electrical outlet and fireplace but told me I have to pay for all shipping costs of parts? 36 years of breaking my back to retire and this is the business I have been dealt! This is a top-of-the-line trailer! You can live in this one, plenty of room, 3 slides, a True king bed, and lots of storage. The kitchen is spacious and the inland is great to work off of. Big screen tv, Large living area. solar keeps batteries at peak volts (13.6) even in storage. Show less

Hated to do this but I'm so over Keystone RV. They are the worst and thanks to there being NO lemon laws I have ZERO legal recourse. They are refusing to refund my money at all. I hope all my friends post this everywhere they feel comfortable. Here is a SMALL sampling (I have 27 pages of repair requests) of what has happened with my NEW camper since I picked it up on 4/12: 3/30/2023 bought the camper 4/12/2023 picked up from dealer 4/16/2023 first incident with the vent covers and roof inspection, side of camper flapping going down the road and broken leg on couch in cargo area 4/19/2023 wire creating spark when moving the slide, front door not latching, front cap on shower not attached bowing out 1/2", screws missing on the panel, drawers not latching 4/28/2023 took in for water heater throwing an error the roof inspection showed sealant with voids. 06/02/2023 window blew out of camper while driving to appointment, awning has cuts, awning lights not fully working, Entry door latch broke locking me in the camper, leak from under shower running into the bedroom damaging bathroom sink, water leaking around vent not at the cover damaging the ceiling on both sides of it they said they found no leak 6/16/2023 more water leaking under the camper and the fireplace, water heater installed incorrectly causing it to leak, speaker fell out of ceiling, black tank not draining fully, kennel door not closing was put in crooked, 7/6/2023 ceiling still getting wet when it rains. Water heater had an E3 error, Kitchen sink not draining properly causing water to run out from under it into the living area, peeling around the cabinet in the bedroom 7/10/2023 got home from the dealer (they kept it over the weekend) and noticed that the wheel well was coming off. 7/31/2023 took back for more issues regarding the walls bubbling and repair of awning and window. When they figured out the black tank flush inlet found it was going straight into the fresh water tank contaminating the fresh water tank more every time I thought I was flushing the black water. Save your money. From a fridge that hasn't worked since day 1, to all the panels peeling, to trim falling off, screws falling out, doors falling off, lights coming unglued, plumbing leaks... the list goes on and on. This thing is BRAND NEW, Costs a fortune and is an absolute piece of garbage. It's spent more time at the dealership getting fixed than we've used it, and every time we use it, something else falls apart. STAY AWAY!!!!! I want so badly to take this thing back to the dealer and trade it in, but after a year I'm sure it's worthless. Should have walked when it took over 8 months for it to be delivered, when the factory "lost it" on their lot. RUN AWAY Show less

In the shop more than camping (so far...but there's hope). As seems much like another review on the very similar Keystone 240URS (also posted here), the main issue has been the slide base cracking and falling off (twice so far) - thin protective plastic piece that goes over the rollers on the underside of the slide. Fortunately, unlike the other purchaser, Keystone authorized warranty work to fix this the first time (unlike the other buyer), but with the same adhesive and material as the original piece (as I understand). We managed to go camping twice after that during that summer, and then the RV sat parked for the fall and winter. Upon going out to de-winterize it in the immediately following spring season, it was observed that the slide base piece had just fallen off (the adhesive let go) while sitting parked over the winter. The keystone repair facility said this is the result of needing to use Keystone's direction on how to repair it the first time so not their fault or responsibility. They suggested I could talk with a Keystone rep. The Keystone rep reported that the warranty is expired, and the repair that was done was considered having lasted long enough, and they are not taking responsibility, but I could try an aftermarket extended warranty if I have one. Of course, the expensive extended warranty did not cover this. Fortunately and appreciatively, I managed to eventually get a discount from the Keystone repair facility (not the dealer who we bought this from) through my persistent complaining and got this second repair down to a not-insignificant $1200.00 from the original $1600.00 that was quoted. This problem has been in addition to a valve failing on the toilet and another on the black tank flush that each sprayed and flooded water all over the trailer (separate occasions), and a minor repair to the air conditioning that was installed incorrectly. A bunk mattress was also ripped when we bought it new, but that was rather insignificant. So while the floor plan is excellent for a small family, and the large rear slide of the king size bed is fantastic (i.e., you sleep parallel to the length of the trailer with no need to crawl over your sleeping partner), there certainly have been some frustrations. The folding bunk and cargo access door are very helpful and convenient. External shower on the door side of the trailer is also great. Lots of electrical plug ins. Please let it keep working and get through another winter. I'll aim to keep you posted. Good luck everybody. Show less

We purchased this RV in January 2021 (brand new) from the well known RV dealership located in Strafford, Missouri. Eighteen things fell apart on our first camping trip in March. We do not recommend this model or this well known RV dealership.. It has been a two year battle trying to get it fixed. It still is not fixed. Things that fell apart: Bed (lifts up for storage) it came apart when opened borad was broken, bench seat at dinette collapsed, radio quit working, tv bounced all around (only one screww holding it to wall), etc. The well known RV dealership has not honored the warranties. Still trying to get the slide fixed. This camper has been a lemon since our first camping trip. Have contacted the CEO of this well known RV dealership more than three time. His saying, "If your happy then I'm happy", is a big joke! We are definitely not happy campers! Show less

I wish I'd read some of these reviews before purchasing. Got this unit, brand new in 2022. For 3 months the factory had lost the unit on one of their storage lots. Pretty much missed the entire summer before it arrived. Got to use it for 1 week, and went through it. Found so many cosmetic issues from it obviously being slammed together. Damage to trim, a big chip in the porcelain toilet, evidence of workers wiping their hands of caulking. Roof vinyl wrinkling. The fridge doesn't work. This unit has spent more time getting parts replaced than I've actually used it. The fridge has been "fixed" 3 times , and as of this writing, while on our second trip with it, it is still not working. All of the Brad nails used inside are failing and trim is falling off in multiple places. Other things fall off at random. For the premium price of this unit, you would think there would be some pride in workmanship. This is clearly not the case. Would never recommend a keystone unit to anyone. I can tell that this thing is going to be nothing but problems for the entire time we own this. I'm now happy I sprung for the lifetime warrant. I will need it. Show less

Quality was appalling. I had a list of no fewer than 20 issues including the major issue of a cracked vent (installed thwt way you could tell from the seal) on the roof that caused a major leak and dealing with Keystone was insulting to me. Their reaction ahowed me that this is usual and they had no concern whatsoever. The Dealer told me that in fact the only way to make headway with these issues is to build publicity on social media. The xompany doesn't care once you buy the product. Will never buy a keyston (or thor industries) again. Show less
