Open app Your location Dennis Dillon RV 6772 W Targee St, Boise, ID 83709 RV dealer Kimberly Cory - Hepperle 407 points an hour ago They sold me a pre-owned trailer that they didn't inspect properly. The air conditioner didn't work first trip, heater didn't work, water lines were opposite and the shower hoses was off. Every trip we had we had problems. Every time we used it we either had a blow out, damaged wear to tire. Repeatedly we told the dealership. I purchased the extended warranty and additional tire coverage. Check your warranties they don't cover much. But we were told Dennis Dillon is the administrators. My axle is bent. My belief is they sold it to me without throughly inspecting the trailer or they would have caught these issues. My inspection report provided by Dennis dillon is blank. I've tried for over a month to request theirs. No response. I called and asked for the manager left a very detailed message for my call. I didn't know it was Joseph Muller as the manager. He didn't call me he emailed my husband because he dealt with him on the past issue. He knows what the issue is because I left a message and emailed him no response now for over a month. Don't purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. You're putting your life at risk. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and Dennis dillon won't respond to you should you need help. Warranty company only open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Ridiculous run around if you break down after hours and don't get pre authorization to tow your vehicle off the freeway. Joseph Muller service manager is evasive and non responsive. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. I've spent more time and money broken down repairing a trailer that should have been inspected and repaired before resale.

Overall this is a great trailer. I've owned a class c RV prior but wanted something with more space. The build quality is lightweight and feel cheap in some areas. The cabinets are solid though. Asa mentioned I had a Class C Ford e350 Coachman prior and realized that I needed more space. The pop outs are a game changer. I shopped for a while trying to find a good deal out there. I checked a few at Camping World but the price between new and used sent me for a whirl. I found a website called repofinder.com that had two bank owned RV's not far from me. I was able to find the one that I finally bought from a local credit union. The process was pretty straight forward as I was able to buy directly from the credit union without a dealer fee, etc. The unit was missing it's mattress buy otherwise seemed to be in good condition. Since I've owned it the only issues I've had have been with some of the water line connections popping off. It was an easy fix and may have been because the prior owner didn't winterize it properly. The other issue strangely was the front window completely dropped out (I'd post a picture if I could). It was really disappointing but I called K-Z and they stepped up and sent a replacement that arrived a few days later at no cost. Overall I really like the styling and comfort. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

My wife has a terminal illness, she wished to spend her last month's in the southern US where it is warmer. We purchased a new 2025 Intech Flyer Forge for the trip. 5 weeks into the trip the unit is falling apart to the point we could not risk the rear ramp door coming off and either injuring or killing someone. The rear door and entire frame is moving sideways an inch in either direction. The latch bolts are shearing off, the frame is popping. The entry door had to be adjusted every alternate day and the bed tipout is twisted and warped to the point you can't get it closed. We have had plumbing leaks and water come up through the floor in a rainstorm. This is 5 weeks after leaving on our trip and the trailer was only 10 weeks old. We have been in hotels now for 2 weeks. The worst part is, Intech has ghosted us and will not communicate in any way. You would think a company that charges as much as they do would be interested to know why one of their trailers failed in such a catastrophic way when so new. We purchased the toy hauler so my wife could come up and down the ramp in her wheelchair. Never in my 60 years have I seen a company with such little care or disdain for their customers as Intech has showed. I am purchasing another trailer from another company so my wife can have her wish. Then i do not care how long it takes to make sure that Intech doesn't do this to anyone else.

Poor materials and quality. Outrageous prices for terrible workmanship and nothing but problems from the second you drive off the lot. Horrendous, unresponsive customer service, zero accountability and zero reimbursement for major defects. Screw customer over with faulty products. RV sits at the repair shop the entire first year under manufactured warranty, with all sorts of problems that they don't bothering fixing. They don't pay repair shops enough money to do their recalls either, customer has to come out of pocket on those too. Nothing but a money pit. RV dealers only want to sell and promise to do warranty work, use it as a selling point, but when you try bringing in your broken RV they turn you down claiming FR doesn't pay them enough to cover their work $/hour.

GREAT LITTLE TRAILER! EVERYTHING ONE NEEDS, NOTHING ONE DOES NOT! LIKE WITH KIDS.... BIG KIDS, BIG PROBLEMS! BIG TRAILERS...BIG PROBLEMS! SMALL AND UNCOMPLICATED IS BEST! SIMPLE LAYOUT AND COMPACT. GREAT TRAILER FOR A SINGLE OR A COUPLE STILL IN LOVE! AND ITS 4 SEASON WITH SEALED HEATED UNDERBELLY. TRADITIONALLY BUILT BUT GOOD ENOUGH. I HAVE UPGRADED THIS TRAILER CONSIDERABLY AND MADE IT EVEN MORE COMFORTABLE. BUT FOR THE PRICE, STOCK ITS GOOD TO GO! EASY TO TOW AND PLENTY OF COMPARTMENT SPACE. ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS LEAKING WATER HEATER OUT OF THE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE. I REPLACED VALVE WITH AN UPGRADED ONE AND DOUBLE TAPED THE THREADS.. AT SAME TIME, I REPLACED ANODE ROD. A/C WORKS GREAT AND 20,000 BTU HEATER KEEPS IT WARM EVEN DOWN TO 17 DEGREES. AND NO FREEZE UP! ALOT OF BANG FOR THE BUCK!

As I'm reading reviews while searching for our next RV, I decided it would be worthwhile to share our experience with our current camper. New to the camping world, we purchased our first trailer in 2021- a brand new Alta 2600KRB. We did extensive research on these and this floorplan with the giant rear bathroom was scarce to say the least. We took a chance on a covid model and apparently got an absolute gem compared to some of the others we've heard stories about. Our only experience utilizing the factory warranty was when the solar panel controller fried our battery, which we were later told was wired incorrectly from the factory. One of the LED nosecap lights was dead when we bought it, but we used it so infrequently that we chose to ignore that until the battery issue necessitated involving the manufacturer. East to West gave us no problems getting the battery replaced and wiring corrected, as well as replacing the nose cap light. Our refrigerator also failed, but it was after the 1 year warranty expired. Home Depot makes a residential that looks identical and fits in the exact footprint of the original, for about 1/4 the cost. Its been in there working flawlessly for the last 3 years now. We also replaced the china bomb tires with Goodyear Endurances the first chance we got. They just looked and felt cheap, but we were lucky enough to experience no blowouts in the 1200ish miles we had them before we could replace. In the nearly 4 years of ownership and 6500+ miles we have towed this trailer, these are the only issues we have experienced. Owning an RV requires a general understanding of the hurricane-like violence that the unit goes through everytime you drag it down the highyway and expecting to need to tack trim pieces back on every once in a while, or tighten a fitting here and there. We made this purchase expecting to see some quality issues based on the other reviews of covid-made units, but have been more than pleasantly surprised. We are now looking to upgrade to a 5th wheel for the extra space needed for longer/farther trips, and based on our experience with our Alta, we are looking at East to West 5th wheel options first.

Nice size bathroom with a lot of cabinet space. Outdoor kitchen is ok...dump that Colman grill it's junk. We got the upgraded AC, frameless windows and theater seating. Quality - There was some trim that needed staples touched up and one trim piece that was cut short all taken care of by the dealer. We only put 10,000 miles on it so far with half of that last year after I retired.

This is my first RV purchase. I am a 66 year old male who has been in sales my entire life. Because I am able to do business anywhere I have cell phone coverage, I chose to ‘take my show on the road’. And love it! So I purchased a 2019 Nu Camp Tab 320-S Boondock Lite Tear-Drop Travel Trailer from a local Camping World in San Diego, CA; not knowing ANYTHING about the Nu Camp brand name, or its companies history in RV business. The first thing I noticed as I became familiar with all the campers equipment was the quality of all the woodwork. REAL SOLID (MAPLE] in my 2019 model. When I walked into a BRAND NEW 2024 400 series. Bigger, newer, beautiful right? Right. Except you immediately notice laminate materials are now being used in their newer models. I’m not sure why except for obviously less cost. Less weight of course. Definitely noticeable. Overall, I love my Nu Camp teardrop Tab 320. I will be upgrading to the 360 soon, but hope this information is helpful. NOTE: I know that the newer campers from Nu Camp are now using lithium batteries in there camper builds. This weight increase is likely significant enough to change the campers weight distribution. Something I will confirm with Nu Camp Inc.
