We loved this camper but found when we traded it in for our 38 ft Rockwood the floor had rotted quite a way into the back of the camper so were happy we traded it when we did. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us in our family. We traded it for a larger camper so we could spend more time living in the new camper as the 24 ft would've somewhat cramped to spend too much time in it.

We bought the trailer at Camping World and the have been great, working with us and doing what they can. Thank you for that! I would NEVER EVER recommend a Keystone product and I know so many others who are also having major problems with their Keystone. The product and company don’t care about you after you buy it and that sucks. Never buy a Keystone but definitely go to Camping World for a purchase of another trailer.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND KEYSTONE! We traded in our 2019 fully paid off sporttrek touring edition because our family composition changed and we needed bunks instead of a couples destination RV. We went with keystone because we heard the rave reviews about how great they are at upholding their warranties and how they back up the buyer and fix any issues CORRECTLY instead of finding the cheapest way to HIDE the issue. WELL IN MY OPINIONAND CURRENT EXPERIENCE, THEY DONT BACK UP THERE POORLY MADE PRODUCT, AT LEAST NOT OURS (THAT BTW IS AN ALMOST 50K PRODUCT!) We have an issue with the roof (STILL UNDER WARRANTY) where the staples have backed out in 2 separate locations and are almost poking through the rubber roof membrane AND the wood under them is very unstable and moving. There are areas around the outer edge of the roof line that are supposed to be sealed by the factory that was not seal AT ALL! The RV dealer actually agreed to seal the outer edge (I'm praying there won't be issues later but it is documented) after they said no because we missed some tiny window of roof repair after purchase.. BUT they quickly changed their mind and decided to fix it when I explained to them that as a consumer, I do not make these units so I was unaware that was an issue until I found the staples poking almost totally through the rubber membrane, the wood roofing part totally moving and was told the absence of the sealant was a HUGE issue as well.. Keystone now wants to place a "cap" over the areas that the staples are coming through the roof as a fix yet that does not stop the staples from penetrating through the rubber roofing membrane and it DOES POSE AN ISSUE that water can still get in under the cap(s) and damage the roof and we'd have no advanced warning that the roof is leaking and causing damage until it's too late. When I spoke to Keystone it's self and told them their OWN REPAIR COMPANY SAYS ITS NOT A PROPER FIX AND THEY WOULDNT DO IT ON THEIR OWN RV, and the proper fix is to roll back the roof and fix the improperly installed areas, KEYSTONE ASKED ME IF IM PAYING FOR IT TO GO NACK TO FACTORY AND HAVE IT FIXED PROPERLY.... UMM... NO!... ITS A BUILD ISSUE NOT A CUSTOMER ISSUE! So much for their warranties and their extended warranties.. This is not over.. KEYSTONE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT IMO!

Panels are coming down etc. our dealership wants to fix everything, but said they need about 70 hours to make everything right. Keystone gave them 7 hours. Are you kidding me, 7 hours!!!! Then, keystone promises that someone would get in touch with me, I’m still waiting on that phone call. Don’t buy anything that Keystone builds!!

The outside mini fridge and stove are very convenient for those hot summer days that you don't want to cook indoors. The awning provides ample shade for hanging out and relaxing. We have used this trailer 4 times and we are the first owners. Still smells brand new! I made new blind covers on all the windows that adds a modern look. Overall this trailer is a perfect home away from home!!

Floorplan is nice for two. 2 guests could be comfortable in recliners for a night. AC went out 30 days before 1st year. Dealer said we would need to bring it in even after paying extra insurance for on-site repair. We ended up cancelling insurance and putting in a window AC in emergency exit window at the end and it keeps trailer cool on 100 degree days and MUCH quieter.. 1 year and 11 months the water pump has failed. Thankfully we found replacement for $80 so we don't have to deal with backlogged dealership. Dealership said our propane tank nozzle was in the recall and we'd have to bring it in to repair. Called Keystone and they mailed it to us. We installed hydraulic lifts on cabinets above TV and bed to keep them open while you store items. We plan to replace shower and bathroom sink faucet. They definitely shouldn't be selling these rvs for over $30k. I would not recommend.

When I saw the large window with the captain chairs, loved the layout and finishes. first summer I noticed the quality of the finishes were junk and there were water stains under some windows, I caulked the windows myself, then I started noticing the floor was soft in a few areas, called the dealer no help no warrantee even though I paid for extended warrantees. I will not be back to that dealership. called my insurance company, trailer was totaled, had it less than two years. in a nutshell biggest piece of garbage, I could have purchased. this was my second Keystone. first one I had for 15 years minor issues.

I purchased this 2020 Keystone bullet BHS in July of 2020 I loved the interior decer and the floor plan was impeccable It was large enough and it was fully equipped for my entire family for trit had a heated underbelly which made it possible to take it to any climate it had 2 air conditioning units which was very important a private one in the bunk house area Storage was sufficient and it also had automatic leveling jacks And a 20' awning so when you're in the heat it's very useful I have to say that the dealership that I purchased from in Fort Lauderdale planet RV has been wonderful as well as Keystone the manufacturer every recall was handled professionally and completely whenever I needed it to be repaired in any way if a screw came loose they were there no Problems so if you're gonna purchase an RV make sure you purchase it with a good dealership Would I Recommend this unit to someone yes especially to a family that's large and you wan to go out and camp and do things and see our country and be comfortable My one and only regret It's almost 40' long it's a little longer than what I had hoped for but it tows wonderfully.

Purchased the unit new December 2021 from camperworld in Jackson, MS. First trip discovered the black tank flush line has a blockage, returned it to Camper world in Jackson. after 3 weeks they called for me to come pick it up. Went on another trip. Black tank flush did not work. Tried Jackson camperworld again, they keep it 2 weeks. delcared it repaired. A LIE. Then in July 2022, carried it to Biloxi, Camper world because air conditioner not cooling and ask them to fix flush line. Two weeks later they called to say warranty was going to cover the repairs. Parts ordered. Its freaking September 15th and I still don't have my camper. needless to say I will never purchase another Keystone product, and never use Camperworld again.
