We purchased our new 2022 Keystone 377RL from Riverwind RV Sales & Service in Andover Kansas in March 2023 and they have been a professional and fair dealer. They beat all sales competitors in price and provided a great trade in value as well. We inspected it prior to delivery and had all the normal issues such as several trim sections loose, gap in the lower aft wall to the floor panel, pulling and loose screws in several locations, no strain relief to the positive battery cable, gouge to the edge of the counter top under the cabinets, etc.
After the maiden ring out trip to a local state park, all the main items worked well such as the refrigerator (both gas & electric), both AC Units (very quiet), electric hot water heater, microwave, solar electric charging system and furnace. No issues with the fireplace, TV or sound system either.
However, the grey water tank for the shower and bathroom sink filled to the max somehow when water system is connected to RV Park "city water". There must be a check valve or some other issue allowing water to flow into the grey water tank un-commanded. The shower hot water valve would not shut off completely as well causing a drip drip drip onto the shower floor (annoying) but was not enough to fill the tank to the maximum level which of course caused the shower floor not to drain. One other issue on other reviews was the dump valves were miss marked; "Grey Water" was actually the "Black Water" valve. Both living room slide outs need to be adjusted when extended and retracted. Bulb seals were not contacting the frame on both slides when fully extended. Right forward rubber gap trim came loose and was flapping on the side of the trailer on the way to the RV Park. Had to stop and punch it back in and duck taped for security. Both main slide outs forward and aft floor tile corners buckle when fully extended causing a tripping hazard. Aft awning forward mount bracket is missing 2 securing bolts out of 5 required. The Auto Leveling Instructions were incorrect. When coming off the initial leveling program to go home, it said to press the up arrow first when it should be the down arrow.
Bottom line is an in-depth good quality assurance inspection is severely needed by Keystone Arcadia before any RV leaves the factory.

We purchased our Arcadia 3660rl during Covid. As everyone is aware, finding new RV's was almost impossible. When my wife and I discovered the Arcadia we were pleasantly surprised with the interior colors and styling. The price seemed to be more reasonable compared to other manufactures as everybody was over charging at the time. The floor plan is pretty similar to other manufactures, so nothing special there. We have towed the unit 12,000 miles since we have owned it. It as been across the country from Idaho to Florida and from Southern California back to northern Idaho. I have towed in all weather conditions. I have to say it tows great! We have also spent 6 months worth of nights so far in the trailer. The good: fresh water storage, grey and black water storage, updated interior colors, bedroom closet storage, washer/dryer hookups, basement storage, ease of access to work on things, no blown tires yet (usually that happens within 5000 miles). The bad: Workmanship (you can definitely tell that it was built during Covid), front slide improperly sealed and leaked terribly, the refer slide gouged the floor, all pex fittings leaked, improper sealing of shower drain flange, TV cabinet hinge broke, barn door bracket pulled away from mount, terrible labeling for water convenience compartment, closet clolthes hanger rail is a terrible design and had to be reinforced. Would I recommend the trailer? Maybe, to someone who is handy and is going to modify the trailer for boondocking and dispersed camping. I would not recommend to the folks who like full hook ups every night. Hopefully, Keystone figures out their workmanship issues. BTW, our trailer spent almost 3 months at the dealer getting the warranty issues worked out.

I need the vinyl replaced in my slide. Keystone requested the repair center cut a piece of of vinyl and patch it in. I request a phone call from a manager so I could voice my concerns, and nothing. Nobody from Keystone will return calls. If you buy a Keystone product make sure there is nothing wrong with it. You will not get any support. KEYSTONE IS A JOKE

AVOID this 5th wheel. Looks far exceed quality. Keystone has been awful to deal with—thank goodness for Camping World of London, KY. They have been our saving grace. Problems have (thus far) included: Broken TV and hinge system that fell off during first transport; broken air in living room, broken electrical that prevented fridge from working, chairs, and electrical outlets from working; messed up trim everywhere, mislabeled levers, 2 leaking windows, bathroom mirror coming off the wall and screws leaving about a foot long scraped out area, black tank lever not working correctly, pantry shelves falling, shelf behind TV breaking, and cable not working. There’s probably more—we’re only in our second outing. Buy anything else—she’s beautifully deceptive. Keystone is excellent at apologizing for their sub par product—just not good at actually repairing or replacing or preventing.

Took back to dealer they found wires off in the wall on outlets. water pump hoses loose. The pump still has issues It will not pump water once the tank gets to 1/3. the inlet hose on the pump must not reach the bottom of the tanks, front or back. The breaks are not adjusted properly, must use control on highest settings. AC still has issues keystone thinks the duct work is not connected properly.

All heater ductwork full of construction debris had to have it prof vacced. Fridge will not work on A/C. GFCI’s locations? No one knows at dealership. Shower seals were minus silicone, had to seal myself. Many many screws and bolts missing throughout 5th wheel. Took to dealership, kept us there all day and could only address 2-3 items per day. So frustrating, was like pulling teeth to get items addressed. It was like we were an inconvenience. Purchased new only a few months old. 5 outlets not working. Dealership thinks a GFCI is located behind fridge, has to be removed and reset. Not very satisfied

First of all, my wife and I really like the layout and interior colors of the rig. We recently retired, love camping, and traveling. We have reservation all summer long so we decided to upgrade from our Keystone Cougar. This is going to be a lengthy review as I have had several issues with it. The first day we brought it home we noticed that there wasn't a remote and manual for the electric fireplace. Contacted the dealer and they didn't have any idea if one should be with it. I contacted Keystone and they sent one. By the way, the showroom model didn't have one either. I was testing the stereo and the outside speakers didn't work. I pulled it out and the speaker wiring was not properly wired to the outside speakers. I corrected that and then connected my satellite dish to the satellite input on the KeyTV Multi source controller. Well, my dish receiver couldn't recognize the satellite dish. After extensive troubleshooting I discovered that 3 of the coax connectors on the KeyTV controller weren't properly installed. I repaired them too. The next issue is the GFCI in the bedroom started tripping. I did some diagnostics and found the GFCI to be defective (very cheap GFCI). Purchased a new one and haven't had a problem with it. Memorial weekend we took it out for the first time. Figuring out the water tanks was a problem prior to leaving. The labeling on the panel is not labeled correctly. I eventually figured it out and had to mark each valve with a permanent marker. I pulled it approximately 135 miles to our destination. During this drive I didn't like the way the brakes were working. I have to max out the brake controller to get the brakes to somewhat work. Once we got to our destination, it was warm out so I break out my generator and turned on the rear AC. The first thing I noticed is the AC low and high fans were reversed. That upset me! Well after running it for several minutes there wasn't any cold air! Now I'm really frustrated. I'm a retired electronics tech so I'm pretty good with diagnosing wiring, etc. I pulled the thermostat of the wall and found that the low and high fan wires were reversed and the wrong wire was connect for the AC compressor. Ok, so I fixed that. Now I check the bedroom AC. It worked on high fan, but the low fan didn't work, but it did make cold air. I took the thermostat of the wall and found a ground wire spliced into the low fan wire! Well after doing voltage checks I found that the thermostat is fried on the low fan circuit. The next issue I found is the front fresh water tank stopped pumping water and it still showed over 1/3 of water in it. I switched it to the rear tank and got water. I opened the drain and it still had approximately 20 gallons of water in it. Once I got home I started filling that tank again and the pump wouldn't start pumping water until it was well over 1/3 of a tank. Now I'm beginning to think I screwed up by purchasing this rig. I pulled the upper panel in the pass through storage compartment and with my cell phone camera, I was able to take photos of the hose that went to the pump and the drain hose. The hose that goes to the pump is tapped into the side of the tank several inches from the bottom. The drain hose is tapped into the tank on the bottom. I'm like what the hell is this??? Ok, so while on the camping trip I notices that the "J" wrap on both of the opposing slideouts are not strait and are wavy as you looked down the side. The rubber piece that runs along the top of the "J" wrap isn't installed right....ugh!! More issues! Ok, so back to the brakes, I called Lippert, who is the manufacture of the axles, and asked them if the brakes are self adjusting or manual. They couldn't tell me without the axle serial number which I didn't have at the time. However he told me that the dealership is suppose to heat the brakes up to 200 degrees to break in the brakes. They have a coating on them and this procedure burns or wears this coating off. Apparently that wasn't done. He also told me that the dealership is suppose to lube the wheel bearings. He said most of the time they fail to do this. He said if I had a grease gun, go purchase a tube of Lucas #2 Red wheel bearing grease and grease the bearings. Oh, the rig does have bearing buddies. So I go to grease the bearings I found that one wheel was missing the dust cover!!(not the chrome cover that is on the wheel). OK, time to go to the dealer. Do you think I can get it in for warranty?? Well I have an appointment coming up but can only get 3 things looked at. Anything else I have to wait months to get it in. I bought this to travel and enjoy my retirement so now I will have to put a pause on some of it. I have also talked several times with Keystone but all they tell me is to take it to a dealership for warranty. I found several more problems but no more room to type. My question to keystone is where is your quality control?
