This trailer is not well built. They left large holes in the floor under the back dresser which let mice and chipmunks in. There is a 18"X18" hole under the shower that was not filled so mice are plentiful in that area. There was another large hole behind the power inverter and panel which mice used as a runway. They didn't plug any holes in under the sink either. The slide out with the double recliner leaked and they came out and said they fixed it... Well I opened up the camper this past weekend, put the slides out and the linoleum was wet. I pulled the double recliner out and the carpet was soaked and stained. The slide was in all winter so how does this happen. Keystone doesn't care because of no warranty. I bought the extended warranty which was 5 years and they say it is not their problem... This is a 2021 model. I am disgusted that they charge what they do for these Units and they are garbage. DON'T BUY ONE!!! Show less

I'm going to keep this review short. Om currently renting this trailer from the owner. Its set up on a on concrete residential backyard slab. Ots is the absolutely worst built piece of garbage you could buy. At over 100k to purchase brand new the amout of poor craftsmanship is appalling. The cabinets are so cheaply made, the floor is bowing and buckling on the bathroom and the insulation is almost non existent. In my life I've owned 7 RVs from truck campers to a class A motorhome so I'm giving my honest opinion. This trailer series is disgustingly built with only profits in mind and not the consumer. We purchased the 2024 grand villa 42 view. My husband and want to love it! It’s beautiful to look at. Which is why we ordered one without looking at one in person. It came from Ohio and delivered to Utah. We have lived in it about 3 weeks, now. BUT… here is the list of things which would lead me to not recommend buying this RV. When the wind blows, you can feel it come through the windows. The cold as well. Not insulated well. The fireplace in the bedroom rarely works. There is no heat vents in the lofts. Walls in the shower are coming away from the wall. Sound bar is not hooked up, electrically. Island countertop scratches so easy. The couch is vey, very thin material, will not last long and is very uncomfortable. Will most likely replace. A few of the blinds already stopped working. The furnace and pump are in the bedroom. It’s so loud when heater turns on. Very bad placing of the furnace. Plan on getting a new mattress. The bathroom door does not shut correctly, we have to wiggle it to shut. The frame around the door is very crooked. The curtain rods are secure on the top but have already pulled out of the wall on the bottoms of 3 windows. It is very sloppily put together if you look closely. Now we’ll see if we can get the nearest dealership of these RVs to come to us to fix these problems. I’ve noticed there is a Hampton brand of this exact floor plan, I wish I’d seen that one first. It has 3 tip outs. If I could return this RV I definitely would. Make sure you see this RV in person. Not worth the money, sadly. Show less

trailer had multiple leaks which included replacing 2 large sections of flooring and walls the washing machine broke down after 1year (replaced by owner) air conditioning failed after 2 years (replaced by owner) our seaside community over the past 6 years has seen 50 Bridgeview park models come on site and the majority of them all have similar problems!!!!!! looking for a trailer rv when they mention Bridgeview run run run!!!!!!! these leaks are not the minor ones but major where floors studs wall material all had to be replaced Show less

I have nothing but problems from day 1. Six water couplings had to be replaced. Radio had to be replaced. Winterizing pump had to be replaced. Patio door and 2 windows had to be replaced. Two cabinet doors fell apart. No glue. Fixed them myself. Doors not level, rubbing on one corner. Yellow putty marks all over the white ceiling. Now the toilet water won't stop running when flushed but I'm told that's my problem because my warranty is over. My first trailer didn't turn out to be a good experience. Will never buy another forest river trailer. Show less

Just bought the salem grand lodge 42 veiw in april,2023 lets just say this was my dream trailer and everything from plumbing fittings which are plastic breaking Sink faucet leacking, hot water heater leaking in trailer to both ac's freezing and cannot keep up constantly and defrosting and dripping down on stairs and on my couch the slide in bedroom wouldnt even pull out straight dont waste money buying a 5 yr warranty when you cant even get a mobile tech in the area it is a joke called dealership and they wont help so who is out the money the buyer. I was so excited to get this model i have searched and searched for what i wanted only to get a lemon and feel like the buyers mean nothing Show less

Roof buckled and was denied by the structural warranty. Keystone stated a bunch of reason they wont cover it, after responding to each reason with a detailed response supporting my claim they responded with they are not discussing the matter any further. The Keystone Retreat group on Facebook is full of unhappy customers. Some which can't get things covered within the 1 year warranty. It sounds like Keystone rather go to court than fix anything. We bought our park model in the spring of 2021 we had to have a couple thousand dollars worth of warranty work done and now we have 2 slides with rotted out floors, to the point that if you were to stand on the floor you would land in the grass!!! Our dealership was bought out by Camper World and they refuse to honor the 10 year warranty that the original dealer gave. I have contacted Forest River and they have basically told us that we are up creek without a paddle! Do not buy this junk :( I loved my camper and that is why I purchased it, but I will NEVER buy from them again!! Show less

The floor plan is great for our small family, however the quality of work is absolutely atrocious. Water lines not even hooked up, washer drain line not hooked up, roof leaks, shower leaks x3, hose connections not tightened etc etc etc. Just absolutely terrible workmanship. Show less
