We flew down to Mesa and bought our Brand New 2024 Jayco Precept 31UL , it started out they would have a technician go over everything with us , well it was a parts personal ( Was on a Saturday ) ? So it got down to I ask a question the response was that's a good question !!! So we we were on a planned time to hit the road off we go that's when the fun started !! Steering was was off ( thought it needed frt end align. but after back and forth with jayco and Ford they agreed to let me take to a local frt end shop and they said alig. was on but they took apart column from steering box and moved one tooth !) NO ford dealer said they could accommodate this size m/h ? WA. or OR. ?? 1ST night at Hotel we came out to water all over the floor That Big fancy Fridge is house unit no propane , ugh ! then driving when you hit a hill when downshift the engine fan is so Loud like a Jet engine you need earplugs !!! we hit rain so the windows started fogging up had the defrost full blast wouldn't clear , wife had to grab a towel and wipe !!! Buyers remorse never noticed the bedroom windows DO NOT OPEN and NO ROOF VENTS only way for air is air conditioner? Wish I didn't up front I would have taken the Hit and let it go Back !!!! DO NOT BUY !!!! Theirs other things but limit space here ! ( drawers, toilet seat. mangle hinges, tail pipe( NO Bracket??) cannot hear radio going down the road and MORE !!! And the Dealer - World Wide RV in Mesa had paper -marking most the problems but never addressed them we found out later !!! Let us leave the lot ( Steering - drawers flying out , etc ???

Interesting I can’t find my Jayco RV which is a 36C, so I chose a different one because it is important to impress upon anyone to NOT buy a Jayco Class A Motorhome. We bought brand new 2022. Off the lot, blinds fell in living room, hot water was plumbed wrong. Got them fixed and blinds broke everytime they were repaired due to bad installation. They finally admitted it wasn’t done right and fixed it with upgraded install, but we had to fight for 2.5 years to get it right. The bunk over driver broke 3 times, and we gave up, because they fix it, we drive off the lot and it breaks again. Now the drawers in kitchen are easily breaking, the kitchen sink has fallen and detached from the counter. Overall it is so cheaply made you only have a 1-2 year life span on the interior before you will be constantly fixing it. On a plus side the motor works, so we don’t have mechanical issues

Great RV for the family and a ton of space for sleeping. The layout is amazing and cozy. The farmhouse feel is definitely a winner and the shiplap wall makes this thing feel like a real home. The amenities are great with a full size refrigerator. The cockpit has really comfy seats that help for long drives and the capacity for dry camping is suited for 5 to 7 days especially with 2 people. Really great rig that provides all the luxury of a high class rig at the price of not a luxury RV.

The Jayco Precept 29V is not huge, and I probably wouldn't want to live in one full time. However, at 32 feet it is comfortable for several weeks at a time and it's easy to maneuver into nearly any park or campground and many boondocking locations. The single slide minimizes potential mechanical difficulties of having multiple slides. The galley is modest but contains every convenience of your home kitchen. One of my favorite floorplan features is the dinette placement on the patio side. Who wants to eat meals looking at the utilities or your neighbor's patio!? And there are many other features we like, such as a full shower that accommodates my 6'2" frame with no problem, king-sized bedroom, another bed (queen) that is tucked up against the ceiling of the cab until you use the power feature to lower it for use. And don't forget the large tanks for fresh and waste water, propane, and a large onboard generator making it easy to go several days without hookups. Oh, and did I mention the Ford V10 has plenty of power to flat tow a full-sized SUV? There are just too many cleverly engineered features of this RV to list individually.

precept 36a, has been a total nightmare. The unit has been in the shop longer than we have actually used it. From the leaking showers , awning not working, the front shade just stop working , both house and the cab ac's stop working in the heat of our summer trips The glue they used to mickey mouse this unit together has dripped all over the cabinetry leaving yellow residue all over the the cabinets. The unit has been a complete crap show. The Solar that came with the unit has been totally useless. Everything is smoke and mirrors. The finish on the cabinets are peeling off. We are completely disappointed with this purchase. We haven't had this unit for a year yet and it feels and looks 10 years old already, without even a good 4 months of use . The most use it has gotten is being stuck at the dealership. I called the manufacturer and the lady who is an attorney was so rude but in her rudeness she asked me if I was and attorney and then it clicked; I am not an attorney but I will have one shortly.

This is our third Jayco recreational vehicle. Prior to this class A, we owned a Jayco Class C and a Jayco travel trailer. The great 2-year warranty was longer than most manufactures offer. We appreciated the fact that the company employs Amish workers. Jayco's Magnum Truss Roof Design is 50% stronger than its competition. We also appreciate that Jayco attempts to utilize every inch of space to create ample storage. We have heard from other campers that during 2020-2021 & the Covid pandemic, the Recreational Vehicles that were being produced at a very rapid speed, due to high consumer demand - were found to have numerous issues with them. We have a 2019 Jayco Precept 31 UL and have never had an issue or problem with our awesome motorhome. Buying an RV is like purchasing a car or truck...you never know if it's going to be a "lemon" or not. Even the most expensive RVs can encounter flaws. Happy Camping...Happy Full-timing...Happy life !!!
