Grey water drain does not line up with the access hole underneath, making it impossible to connect. Restroom sink hooks into black tank, making teeth brushing a real appetizer. No spare tire??? I thought I got a real good price, but ended up out of pocket for ridiculous repairs due to zero quality control. Take my advice and stay away from this company.

Like everyone else I bought a Thor Windsport and it has spent more time in the shop I got it in January 2022 and black tank had to be replaced the lever jacks went out sink faucet had to be replaced generator didn’t work and now having problems with the electrical system on the chassis it has had to be towed three times and as I write this it is sitting and waiting to be towed to the ford dealer again as the gateway control module went out again. What can I do as Thor told me it was not there problem. So far it has cost me over $7000.00 dollars also I bought a good Sam’s extended warranty and that was a thousand dollars donated as they wouldn’t honor any part of it .What can you do I wrote a letter to the Texas attorney general’s office and they said they couldn’t help .

Stay as far away from Thor Motor Coach as you can. The 2-year nightmare that they have put us thought in outrageous and totally unprofessional. We have well over 30 quality and/or service issues. I will try to list as many as I can but this list in no way represents all the issues with the RV. To give some examples for Thor's lack of quality and customer service I will list a few of the major issue that we have had. While driving the RV home the RV was so far of alignment that we could not hold the RV on the road. The screens on the windows were also falling off because half the clips that hold the screens on were missing. Rail cover for the bunkbed was crooked and misaligned as of today that still have not been repaired. Had to pay $600.00 out of pocket to a local Ford Dealer to get the RV aligned. Then we had to fight with Thor to reimburse for the alignment this took over 3 months. Next, we found the wallpaper in the bedroom bubbling and peeling off the wall & the passenger slide out would not go in or out properly. The slide out also pulled the side wall away from the floor leaving a gap between the wall and the floor. Letting us look at the road as we drove down the road. Our dealer found that the window hole in the bedroom was cut too big and was not caulked properly. The ENTIRE rear end of the RV had to be removed and replaced because it was full of water. This among many other issues took 20 weeks to repair. The very next trip the slide out still was not working properly. It would only go in part way and crooked. Had to stop a local RV repair shop to have it looked at. They found the rear motor for the side out was not installed correctly so it burnt the motor out. Had to pay $286.00 out of pocket to get it replaced. Still waiting for reimbursement for over a year now. On another trip while driving down the road the refrigerator fell out of its hole, molding on the walls were falling off the walls, found that the furnace was not installed properly duct work, blower motor and electronic control board was not connected and one of the windows did not open properly. This took another 8 weeks to repair all of these items. Our RV is now back in the shop for another 8 weeks for repairs to the floor where the slide out ripped a hole in the flooring, still has the gap between the wall and floor, the part for the bunk rail cover has finally come in, broken molding in two places, water in one of the ceilings led lights, one of the window shades will not stay down, LED taillights are burnt out and the doorstep stopped working which they want us to pay for. If all that is not enough to convince you to never purchase a Thor Motor Coach product, I do not know what will. Just know that these are just a few of the issues we have had with 36 weeks and 100 of phone calls and emails to Thor Motor Coach and our dealer. Don't say I didn't warn you.

We purchased this Rv from Woodstock Ga. March 13,2023 on a year long pre paid trip to Alaska, the day I got behind the wheel to leave the light’s won’t turn off , the levers malfunction, missing water tank cover, used water tank rod, missing vent adjusters, wallpaper falling off, they sent me off, car stopped fast in front ,brakes are not right almost hit car, steering wheel vibrates bad. Called 30 ford dealers to get it in for a look with 30 no. First night Boone docking batteries went dead, found solar controller was taken out of unit, wires from panel and batteries were bare under bed, camping world Nashville said iam lucky it didn’t burn. Hole under bed big enough for a ground hog. Screws not even screwed in ,wiring is the worst I have ever seen, parts to water heater laying on top. Went to use flush valve and one way valve was in backwards, got in shower to get cleaned up floor is supper soft by drain.we were sent off the lot with version 4.2 instead of 4.8,had to hire a traveling tech to pull this off.found a dealer in Oklahoma that said the master cylinder was leaking internal.took to another repair shop they wanted to have it set in there lot for 4weeks before looking.mean while still trying to stay on trip, got locked inside in Idaho due to door handle broke . Then gas cap broke in half. Then the slide fell and we were starting to have problems with 50 amp power. I told wife trip is off we took unit to Thor, they helped a little and said to bring it back .in the mean time it went to Basil’s ford in buffalo twice they said nothing wrong. We then made appoint with Thor ,they sent driver and said 4 days, they had unit 5weeks, so we now lost all summer.Thor called said come get unit we drove 9hr. They did upgrade the floor and fixed cabinets, but some where there some one smashed into the unit taking off passenger mirror and window along with body and paint and stickers, Thor said no pics, they then said something happened to the batteries,so changed out my 750s to 600. Test drove there is a issue with passenger window air comes in bad at times??.they said the roof was leaking ,this unit is brand new. We made it home ran slide out and. Half dozen screws came out from under slide. The only thing I can say is Thor is the only one that acknowledged the call from the attorney general, ford washed there hands and Woodstock sent and check that was a slap in the face for all we messed and all the head ache. This has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Trying to get out from under it and now the dealers will only offer half and we haven’t even used it. Someone must be held accountable. Think twice people do your home work.
