Our 2020 Unity is three years old now, 28,000 miles and two snowbird winters. It has stood the test of time at this point. Minor issues as a snap pulled loose, the exterior compartment latches are pitted (salt maybe) and the thermostat had to be reset this year. All appliances are in good working order, A/C is cold, HP works well, furnace used rarely, refrigerator is cold when not overstuffed. We could not be happier with the quality of our coach. And drives like my SUV, love it. Customer service is amazing and you always speak to a person who is a tech!! It doesn’t get better than that. Would highly recommend and buy again.

I’ve had missing parts since the day I bought my RV and cannot get it repaired properly by any of their certified dealers because they don’t want to pay the proper amount to fix it a ton of paint flaws and issues a ton of interior issues which most of been resolved but they’re not willing to do anything with the body issues

2018 ( 2 years before retirement) we bought our Conquest.
The list of repairs after one trip to a race 50 miles from home :
Door to bathroom would not stay closed. Closet rod fell down and could not be put back up. Shower leaked and shower head came loose from wall. Flooring we found buckled after putting slide out.
Trim fell from above booth. These are just some. Was in shop most of the winter. Levelers have been replaced and now need replacing again. Main slide is not working . It has been at Camping World since oct 5 2022 and so far not fixed yet. We only have 14,000 miles on it and most we put on going from Lima ,Ohio to Coldwater, MI for repairs. The sad part is There is No customer service . Once they sell that MH. The factory does not care and either does the sales company whomever they happen to be. We hope for the best ….It’s now 2 years old retirement not how we planned. Carol Ronken

When we purchased this unit in April 2019 and while we took a short test drive and didn't discover that handling wasn't good. After buying we found it wandered a lot going down the highway and had to be constantly corrected. The most irritating aspect was that when a steering correction was put in, it started to turn but then wanted to keep turning so 3-4 hours driving was exhausting.
After considerable research I applied the best solutions I could find, and found my problems were common to a lot of E-450 Class-C owners. First upgrade was HEAVY Duty anti-sway bars, front and rear, and a Heavy Duty steering stabilizer. While those helped a lot they didn't cure the tracking problem. The unit still required constant steering input to go straight, so the next fix found was having the Caster changed with bushings and alignment to put as much in as possible. With all those changes I was able to do an 8 hour day's driving and not feel exhausted.
The dealer who sold me the unit forgot to tell me more than a few things about the unit, and I failed to look for them, so $$$s later...
We blew a tire after driving the unit only 400 miles, so - 6 new tires while on a trip. Completed this trip without any more problems. The next trip was from San Antonio to Columbus Ohio for the Pumpkin Festival. The RV only made it to Birmingham Alabama where it blew the main bearings on the engine at 26,800 miles!? Everyone we talked to stated "That doesn't happen" but it did to us. So leaving the RV at a Ford dealership while they installed the new engine, we disconnected our 2018 MKX, took all of our things needed for the trip to Ohio in it, and finished that part of the trip. The cause of death for the engine was an incorrect oil filter that not only was the wrong kind but was badly undersized. We picked up the RV on the way back from Ohio and drove it home. Fuel mileage was better right off the bat.
Towing the MKX with this unit has been a breeze. For the most part I don't even know it's there. The 3 camera system that I installed allows me to see the TOAD and totally eliminates blind spots on both sides.
The star reduction for livability is due to the gawd awful noise the A/C makes when it's running. You can't hear the TV even with amplified speakers, so we switched to Bluetooth earphones with noise canceling.

The Coachmen Leprechaun 27QB (Class C) is the ideal RV for multiple purposes. It is perfect for chilling out with a nice sofa plus the table with facing seats that turn into a bed and in the back a QUEEN size mattress with charging portals next to the top, under storage bit enough for raincoats and boots.
I recently met a woman at an RV park on the Gulf of Mexico who works remotely for a job in New Hampshire! Yet she was on a Texas beach with her 30-foot RV and car towed behind, doing her day job -- then walking the nice warm beach not 100 feet away. Perfect for couples even with children.
I used it for my solo hotel and restaurant during covid, towing my jeep behind. I added a TV in the bedroom and had RV dealer add a satellite connection. It has a connection to flush the black tank instead of just relying on the gray water.
It's a Ford V10 engine that my mechanic had no trouble changing the oil or checking the engine. The 27QB Coachmen is 30 feet bumper to bumper. In my several years of experience that is the "Goldilocks" size for almost anyone wanting to go RVing, whether it's working remotely or camping with the family. Not too big, not too small. Biggest mistake for first-time RV buyers (like I was)--Don't go to small on your first purchase! The 30 foot length is easy to maneuver. The Leprechaun has upgrades not found in lower models like the Freelander.
I bought solar panels for it to charge batteries in event of a power failure after a hurricane. The unit has a heat/cool thermostat like you have in your house, not a knob to twist as my smaller Freelander had. The storage in the back of this unit is HUGE!

We bought this new 2023 chateau 28z. I can only say I think it was built by 5 year-olds. It's falling apart just on our first trip. The generator has not worked and they fixed it two times kinda makes you wonder about their competence. The door does not latch good it opens on its own. Tire valves are all bent into the rims so I can't correct the over pressured tires. There's a big gap in the side of the door at the bottom of the frame I can see the road. slide side shorts out all the time. Drawer under oven fell apart and had to pans in it that went into the slide underneath. All I can say is they state all this mess about quality but all I see is junk. Stay far away if you know what's good for you. We're not happy at all with this purchase and I will ride them very hard every day to make sure it's all built to my specifications. I have a class a and a fifth wheel so I can do this without messing up my camping and I will be sure to let all in my camping realm know all about Thor and the dealership .
