This drives really rough like a train going over broken tracks. There was a noise banging in our slide so we took it in. They couldn’t find it so we took it in again and I rode around with them and they heard it. They took the slide out and said what it was but it didn’t make sense. It was ok for the first two days of our next trip and the other side started banging. Then it stopped and the old banging came back. There were many other little things wrong like we have to tap our side window shut because it rides so rough the lock slips and the window opens going down the road and then the blinds fall. People told me rvs ride rough but I never thought it would be this bad. I have gotten airborne sitting on the bed just going over a rough road. I love the floor plan especially the north south bed and the color but I’m so disappointed in Thot

The Quality poor i have wall inside warping and coming apart. a bench coming apart, a refrigerator the chrome panels are coming off . paid for ceramic coating after 4 mouths looks like someone sanded the fiberglass .This is a FOUR WINDS 3/28/22 WITH ONLY 3363 MILES on it. They should be ashamed of the quality of workmanship on this Motorhome.

We have to do constant maintenance just to use the RV.

My brand new Thor Four Winds class C had a terrible leak the first rain The bunk, bunk cushions, wall and wood support were all damaged The compartment on the bunk next to the window was totally full of water. It was obvious where the leak was coming from because Thor did not seal around the top of the window. I cleaned it up as best I could. Took pictures of the damage. Brought to General RV They agreed and sealed the top around the window to prevent further damage. They submitted pictures and a request for materials to fix it from Thor. Thor refused the request and said they would only consider it if we removed the sealant General RV put on it and pour water from a garden hose further damaging it into the RV while taking a video.

If you want junk you buy Thor. If you want poor quality, poor workmanship and leaks, buy a Thor. We purchased in 2018 and have hardly used the RV. It only has about 6,500 miles on it and we got it new having 2,200 miles on it from driving from the factory. Both slides are sealed horribly and leak every time it rains. The insulation and overall sealing is awful. There are several through holes which are not sealed. The electrical connections are the worst I have ever seen and almost burned the Rv up. The black holding tank almost fell off due to poor supports. All the rails for the sliding door and the curtains are screwed into the ceiling fiber with zero backing. The lights and other electrical wires were excessively long and dangling. The windows leak air and when it rains. The kitchen sink drain is improperly installed. The drain needs to have a slop down and it’s installed going up and in an unreachable location to fix without tearing out half the kitchen. Basically this Thir RV is a POS and I would advise to not purchase a Thor product. Read the reviews anc you will see the commonality in issues with Thor RV’s

I'll start by saying that there is absolutely no quality control whatsoever. From cruise control not working to flat tires because of the mickey mouse valve stems. I count at least 15things that have gone wrong. But the biggest problem just happened to me. The generator I was told when I bought it runs on diesel. it wouldn't start so the dealer looked at and said it was bad and replaced it. A couple months later I was going to start it as instructed by the dealer and it wouldn't start. They looked at it and said it was fine they just turned on the propane. Turns out it's a flex generator and will run on propane and diesel. The only problem is Thor put a propane and gasoline not diesel in and only hooked up the propane. They told me to bad thats just how they did it. The person I spoke to said they probably got a deal on them. The generator is really useless because it wouldn't run very long on a small LP tank. The dealer doesn't look like there going to help either. I can't believe this is happening. DO NOT BUY A THOR PRODUCT! This was suppose to be fun lol. Were selling this piece of crap and I'll never buy another one !

This rig did everything we bought it for. No problems. It's not the taj-ma-hall but it also didn't cost $100k+. Affordable, maneuverable, and easy setup and tear down. Abundant storage space. Good size gas/propane/gray/black/freshwater tanks. The instant water heater is a + not limiting the shower time due to small water heaters. Propane and electric options for stove and refrigerator are very convenient. The position of gray & black tank valves are enclosed ++. All in all very well designed.

We just picked up the Thor Four Winds 24F from MHSRV in Alvarado Texas and drove it home to Utah. We chose this floor plan due to it being compact in length but with a full slider it ends up being a nice open size inside. Overall a very nice RV but some minor issues had to be addressed. One stabilizer jack was getting jammed during retraction. Fix: Greased both jackscrews. This should have been done at the factory or at least the dealership. Several cabinet doors opened up during the drive. Fix: Latches needed adjustment and some needed to be removed and tweaked then reinstalled. There should be an inspection done that requires a minimum pull force test with a scale before it leaves the factory or the dealership. Battery tie down straps dragging on the ground. Fix: Tied them to the battery handles. Nooks and crannies of interior had un used screws and other debris hiding in there. Fix: Blew out and vacuumed all nooks and crannies to remove debris. Quality control issue from factory. Several wiring harnesses flopping in the breeze under the coach behind the rear axle. Fix: Installed clamps to secure wiring. Attention to detail could be better in this area. Dinette seatbelt bracket bolt protruding into seat cushion. Fix: Cut off about an inch of the bolt. This bolt is too long and WILL eventually damage the seat back cushion. Overall a very nice coach and worth what we paid but there is room for improvement in attention to detail.

Overall looks I like an interior but after owning it with all the little troubles, poor craftsmanship. One little problem was back at the water pump. They never put the little rubber seal in the connection. Then the sink area the framework to hold everything together. Very cheap. Poor craftsmanship. The sink top bold in the middle from lack of bracing. Drawers drop down in the back. Back tail lights. Weather stripping around the outside of the trailer. Very poor job putting it together.
