Bought a brand new unit unfortunately in the middle of winter in MN. This is the worst RV for quality ever. Nothing worked. Plumbing in the back bathroom wasn’t finished, rotting wood in the other bathroom, bunk pieces falling out, AC in the front has never worked properly, side walls in the bedrooms are all flexing and making noise, sawdust all over the place, fridge didn’t come with a water drip tray, cabinets above the seats bottom are all falling out, the bunks ceiling wasn’t nailed up right, the shades not put on right, you can feel bumps under the laminate where is wasn’t cleaned before installed, back tv was installed broken, scratches all over the sinks in the bathrooms, jacks didn’t work right, front seat motor didn’t work couldn’t move it. This whole unit is just junk. Now the slides don’t go out. I just want my money back. This has to be a lemon.

Great RV, Barely used, 5500 Miles. Two slides help to open up this motorhome! The kitchen features all of your essentials for cooking delicious meals. The Dream Dinette and theater seating slide not only open up the living area, but also provide comfortable places to eat meals and unwind in front of the 5,000 BTU fireplace and 40" LED TV after a long day of traveling. The half bathroom is close to the kitchen and living area so you don't have to go far for a quick bathroom break. The master suite will have you feeling right at home with a 72" x 80" king bed slide to lay your head on at night with a dresser across from it that also has a 32" LED TV and wardrobes on either side of it with one of them being prepped to add an optional washer and dryer. Plus, you even have access to the full rear bathroom which has a shower with a seat to freshen up in each morning!

We headed out west and saw so many wonderful things my husband did all the driving plus we towed our Jeep with the Blue ox. We left I in May of 2021 and went as far as Montana when my husband took ill around July, drove back to Charlotte to our doctor they found a baseball size tumor on left side of his Brain so driving is now out and we need to sell.

Forest River Georgetown XL 378TS is one of the best class A built. Operator friendly meaning on road handling is outstanding both on the open road and in the city the front windshield allows the driver and passenger a great view. Getting setup at the destination is fast hookups are all located water, sewer and electric within reach of each other. Slide outs (3), automatic leveling and awning make life comfortable in this RV. With three flat screens and an awesome entertainment system enjoyment at its best!!!. It has the comforts of home on wheels and the weather is not a factor Hot or Cold. This RV is fully self contained meaning no hookups are required to boon dock. I have learned how to operate this coach inside and outside the dealership does not spend time teaching and showing the new owner they want us gone. This coach turns heads both on the road and in RV Parks and many positive comments as well.

Backlight on tachometer is defective upon purchase new. I had to pay diagnostic fee ($165 + tax) to be told instrument cluster needs to be replaced. To do this, because the odometer is part of the cluster the Ford service center must keep the motorhome until a new cluster is ordered, made, delivered and installed so the odometer reading is accurate. Because Ford is having parts problems, I may not see my $155K investment for up to 6 months. When I said that is unacceptable and want the diagnostic fee refunded I was inform the any fees paid by me do not get “reviewed” and refunded until the job is completed! 😱

We got our brand new 2022 34h5 a few months ago. Took one trip with it with in the 1st week. The windsheild leaks and leaves about 1/2inch water up on the dash. The bunk rail fell while driving and hit my husband on the head, the air conditioners will just shut off and not come back on for over 16 hours (they act like there is no power to them) not even the fan on them will turn on. The arm on the sofa is broke, when you recline it goes outward, the dining table wiggles and creaks and won't stay up in the seated position. That's just what we found on our first trip and still trying to get fixed 3 months later. What I dont like about it now that we have used it: ---The fridge doors need to be pushed on when shut to seal. ---the windows and shades around the top of the bed get pulled on or banged by the pillows. ---to light the stove the knobs have to be in an exact position to click light the burners. Really hard to hit just the right spot. ---the bed is hard to get in and out of if your older, because they have that big shelf on the one side of the bed. ---the buttons on the couch are way to easy to bump and turn on all the time. ---the ladder for the bed has narrow steps to climb up. ---the cupboards up above everything except the sink open downwards, so you have to reach in over the door after time it will eventually weaken the door. ---the table only has tiny wood screws holding it together. So it's not very stable. ---the dining room slide out takes up all the room under the 1st awning. --- forest River customer is no existent. I have called 3 times trying to get help to deal with the dealership and noone has called me back.

The residential appliances make it easy to cook and store food. 5 TV's means that you will find something to watch if that's what you're looking for. No carpet in our rig makes cleaning easy. Lots of basement storage with a 500lb rated slide out. Overall, I would recommend this RV to friends and family.

We owned a 2019 Georgetown 36B5 and while we did enjoy the 2 years we lived in it, it sure didn't start off that way due. The stock Ford F53 chassis does not handle very well which is why it didn't drive very well. The RV was greatly impacted by cross winds, other large vehicles passing and poor road conditions. Here is what we did to greatly improve the driveability of our RV Extras Added to our Georgetown 36B5 1) A steering stabilizer was added to help keep the steering on track 2) Another additional heavy duty sway bar was added to reduce the the body's desire to roll 3) A Trac Bar was added to help keep the RV running true. I believe this may have been the best thing we could have done. With all of the above extras added our Georgetown became much nicer to drive. Now this 8' foot wide RV doesn't drive like a car but the white knuckles days of fighting to keep the vehicle in it's lane are gone. In fact with all of the above improvements trips are now enjoyable and the driver can now enjoy the scenery along the way. Like I said we lived in this RV for 2 years and since I work from the road and required a internet connection a lot was done to help improve the RVs connection to the internet. A high gain cellular antenna was added along with a 4g amp to help improve the RVs ability to connect to the internet. Another feature we added was a Wingrad ConnecT 2. This unit will provide a hot spot for WiFi connections when it is connected to a cellular provider (We used AT
