Customer support and warranty is absolutely terrible. They are also continuing to manufacture these new travel trailers with faulty parts that are known to be faulty and yet they continue to build them and pass them on to the consumer and when the part goes bad they expect the consumer to take their time and gas money to bring it back to the dealer to have them replace the part. Trying to get them to stand behind $45 in parts. Was like trying to pull teeth. I guess I'll just spend the money myself after purchasing a 43,000 RV from them. I guess I'll just spend another 45 bucks out of my pocket. Unfortunately, I guess their paperwork was more important than keeping it. Happy customer over 45 bucks.

It was all that was needed to warm up the cabin on a cool morning.

Do not purchase from Forest River . They do not respond to you with issues . No communication even though we have sent multiple emails and calls. Our trailer has been in the shop longer than we've owned it brand new Nov. 2022 while still making payments on it. Months of it at their shop. Water leaking in from everywhere, mold exposure with a mold test completed stating it's not safe to be in. Wall was separating on the outside and leaks literally everywhere. The only response by email was they replaced the wall and roof. What about all the mold in the furniture and all over the place. My daughter is highly sensitive to mold exposure and has had non stop ear infections from bacteria in her ear from us using this. Never had an ear infection till we got this. Tubes put in with frequent fevers and congestion. doctor notes stating it's most likely due to the exposure. This has been a nightmare. Stay clear of this company. Still building my case against this manufacturer. This whole experience has ruined ever wanting to own a travel trailer again.

I used to be an RV Tech back in the 90s I bought this 2019 Forest River Wolfpack 25pack12+ because I love the floor plan but upon receiving it I noticed the slide out had a half inch gap between the floor and the slide out wall I was reimbursed for $500 to repair it myself. But on further inspection I really noticed how cheap the quality was on the paneling for example there was a small piece of tape on the paneling and a few stickers and I peeled them off in the Finish came with them I noticed everywhere there was the same on the paneling the same tape was cracked I contacted Forest River Manufacturing to see about getting the same tape and they told me I had to go through a distributor which they said I could not get it unless I brought it in and they did to work. The build quality is extremely poor for example everywhere they made a cutout they left the cutout and all the sawdust hidden back behind the cabinets they did not clean up their mess making for a great mice nest. Here's another example if you ever mop your floors where your counters are if they get wet they will swell in the Finish will come off very little moisture causes them to swell very poor quality and cabinets overall the trailer looks extremely nice but don't expect it to last for long it looks extremely nice but it's extremely cheap there are there is absolutely no quality put into this trailer at all I guess that's what makes it affordable if you like to throw your money away. I have been spending months making repairs to this trailer and have the stuff I cannot get I have pictures to back everything up if you have questions please contact me bobby bailey1968@gmail.com And I will be glad to share pictures with you for example like the Dometic toilet 300 is most of them are defective they have a leaky flusher valve which causes sewage water to leak back behind the toilet plus the flush valve itself are very poorly designed most of them crack and leak. The door's on them are very poorly designed all they are is plastic on one side styrofoam and fiberglass on the other side absolutely no structure at all. I am pretty sure anybody that owns a Forest River trailer can back me up if they look back behind their cabinets where the water heater is where the furnace is underneath the shower and any place that they made a hole they did not clean up their mess. Good luck on finding Parts you have to go through a dealership and they want to do the work so they can collect the money you're much better off finding a different brand of trailer I would stay away from the Forest River travel trailers as much as possible unless you are filthy rich and have money to throw away. I purchased my trailer at Camping World in Wentzville Missouri I would stay away from anything Camping World they promised that they did a full inspection upon the trailer and lied and charged me for it and they also forced me to purchase Good Sam which will not back up their warranties for example they are conditioner unit went out on my trailer they told me I had to hop on my way back over to Camping World to have them fix it they will not fix it unless you do don't be suckered into purchasing Good Sam they will not back up their work. Like I said I have taken pictures made copies of everything and I'm willing to share it with anybody who's willing to listen so they don't get screwed themselves.

I have a 2022 Salem Hemisphere Hyper Lyte 19rbhl that I purchased new in 2021. This trailer has been a nightmare. I have had to replace the brakes twice, the oven doesn't work, the pipe under the shower drain was not connected, under the kitchen sink is leaking badly, the workmanship is horrible, one of the tanks almost fell all the way through the bottom of the trailer, the hot water heater has quit working. I have hardly gotten to use it as it's been in the shop at least a third of the time that I have owned it. This is totally unacceptable.

We have towed our R-Pod several thousand miles. Many enjoyable trips, but have had to do repairs after each journey. I continue to be amazed at the low quality of the construction of this unit. The typical drain pipe support breaking, twice now. We are lucky to not have had electrical failure by now, based on the experience other owners. Fixed some rain leaks and interior trim that needs to be refastened all too often. Now the final straw is that the poor design has inadequate support for the slide out wall, which is collapsing. No frame support built in, and the supporting wall is distorted to near complete failure. It seems that newer models have those frame supports built in, but that Forest River no longer provides the frame supports for this model for a mechanic to install. This unit will soon be unrepairable. So much for trusting Forest River products. From the first year, it was apparent that they care very little about customer satisfaction.

Purchased a brand new 2022 2507S . Love the trailer, but hate the poor manufacturing / quality processes that went into this. Front "auto style" window leaked terribly - I fixed it myself. The manufacturer forgot to install the water filter resulting in a disastrous plumbing issue. Not sure if there is enough text space to identify all the issues "I HAD TO REPLACE AND FIX MYSELF!!!" The warranty is "NON-EXISTENT". Stay away from Forest River at all cost!! I guess we got a "LEMON" as the company generally has received positive reviews apparently. All this for a "BRAND NEW TRAILER!!!" Shameful. The upside is I've made the trailer better than the manufacture and have gotten to know the trailer inside and out, but I'm very disappointed.

Mine was built during Covid and had 22 things wrong which Forest River did not want to pay to fix nor send parts in a decent amount of time. Do not buy this and I will let you know how my lemmon law litigation goes. It takes one year or more of fighting to get your money back. Forest River does not give one crap about you.

Bought new and immediately noticed details of poor workmanship. Into dealer for warranty repairs. Noticed wall panel with pulled through staples but decided not to pursue. Wish we had because shortly after warranty expired and on our first long trip, WHEN THE BATHROOM POCKET DOOR FELL OFF, we could see into wall panel and noted it was not pulled tight and not stapled to the fir strips and wall "studs". Much poor quality work or design. Must have the worst quality control. The manufacturer and workers must have absolutely no pride in their workmanship and quality. Be warned!
