⭐☆☆☆☆ “10 Months of Ownership – Not a Single Night Camping” The East to West Entrada has been an absolute disappointment due to terrible craftsmanship and quality control. In the first 10 months of ownership, we haven’t spent a single night camping because of constant failures: A/C failures – one failed the first day, and both had to be replaced again within 10 months. Water heater failure. Slide leaks water during rain. Jack not installed correctly, causing damage. Vehicle arrived out of alignment. Airbag warning lights repeatedly coming on. Faucet failed early on. Tire Pressure Monitoring System failure. Shower doors sealed so poorly they looked 10 years old on a “brand new” unit. This RV has spent more time in service than in our driveway. If you’re considering an Entrada, be prepared for constant repairs, long delays, and no camping trips in your “new” RV.

Extremely large living space when deployed, as the kitchen slide is directly opposite the almost full length slide that the dinette, couch, bunks, and master bed ride on. Very comfortable to have even several families in and out of the RV at a campground, while adults are doing meal prep and kids are playing games and changing and running around. Appliances and furnishings are nothing fancy but have proven very trustworthy, and between interior and storage bay area it's easy to live for months with everything needed for many different climates. Bunks are a bit small for a full grown adult but perfect for our family of four. Even when closed up and going down the road there's enough space so nobody has to get in anyone else's way... even the dog.

We purchased our RV new. Initially we had several minor problems, which in experience with other rvs , seems normal. The dealer took care of the issues promptly and completely. We have taken this coach all over the country. From Florida to Washington state and everything in between. We commonly towed a small car. No problem with mountains or in any driving conditions. Comfortable and easy to drive. Spent 6 weeks in it last summer with our dog. Logged 8500 miles. No problems, great trip. If we weren’t moving out of the country, we would definitely keep this RV

Pitiful from the start. Your cheap components and towing are bad. Lucky we didn't have any accidents with the compromise of the tow ability as the metal stressed and failed . now we are driving tow jeep and RV on 12k summer trip. Cheaply made interior. Screws too short, laminate coming off and the list goes on and on. My hubby is on his game and his mcgiver at fixing things. Saved our bacon so many times. I would never recommend this RV to anyone and the dealership is pitiful as well. Glad we are safe. Be aware everyone... Even though much research went into this RV purchase we were fooled. Safe travels..

We bought this Rv at an R show. They had only one of it's kind to walk through as it was the first model year. People were going through this model going WOW just like we did. For it's price range, it had the best floor plan and nicest amenities possible. We ordered it from the dealer that day and have never wanted any other RV. We have friends who have different models and/or years of Tiffins, and our rig has had the fewest issues of them all. It's solid construction and attention to detail stood out against the other rigs we were first considering and being a Tiffin, we knew the customer service would be excellent. We have beat some diesel RVs uphill towing! It's a great engine. We added upgraded springs and shocks, washer/dryer plus 3 solar panels. It rides well, is not too noisy (if you stack yours pans correctly that is)! It tows my 2016 Jeep Cherokee very easily, you don't even know it's back there! We recently purchased a 40 ft non driveable 5th wheel for a permanent location at an RV resort. Our motorhome has a better floorplan at 36 ft than that 5th wheel at 40! The jack and jill bathroom allows privacy between sleeping areas when others are along for the ride! The airbed in the sofa is extremely comfortable and the king bed is a comfy foam mattress. This was our first and last motorized RV. We are selling because we are ready to travel to other countries having seen most of the US. Our motorhome is very suitable for fulltime living or just a lot of traveling.

Do not buy Thor Motor Coach . Mine has been in the shop for five months. It’s a 2025 Gemini trip. Everything was put together backwards. I’ve made five payments still not working. Jeremey that works at Thor is a liar. I got two 200 amp our batteries in my RV when I bought it. It’s the wrong brand so they don’t communicate. They ordered new batteries and he only ordered 100 amp our batteries. I straight up instructed him not to do this because I knew he was gonna do this and he wanted me to take it in and put those in there just to see if they work and then he could install more to make them equivalent to how I bought it. That didn’t sit well with me because I knew he was lying so when I said no, I will wait for the 200 amp power batteries he proceeded to say I’ll have to talk to your attorney. I can’t upgrade the batteries. I said it’s not upgrading. It’s how I bought it and yesterday you were saying, let’s just put these lower grade batteries in And then I’ll order more. What happened to that statement? Oh, he was lying. I had no intent in turning this in as a Lemon because it’s officially a Lemon thanks to his lies and manipulation. I would never wanna work with this company in the future. It would be very difficult to convince me to keep this and deal with Thor.
