BEWARE! When I contacted the owner Debbie we were on the phone for at least an hour going over all the pertinent info about this coach, she had mentioned there was a water leak at the inside cockpit area ( "a drip with a hard rain ) she had stated to me she had two people come look at it one that flew across country. The first one was bying it but his loan fell through the second from California that saw the drip and left. she dropped the price to 40,000.00 ( that should have rang the bell!). My wife and I drove from Atlanta to her location 600 miles one way when we arrived first thing the right side of the coach needs repainted, the entry steps noticed a foul smell and mold once in the front noticed severe water damage molding falling off at the slide out .Very foul smell of mold! she stated her 77 yr old husband has performed all the maintenance stopped there and wasn't even going to go for the engine or gen set, we quickly exited the coach for health reasons and she knew how far we drove and with our three dogs and failed to mention all this and her pics on this ad are very misleading she carefully left out the bad stuff. SHAME on her! So you have been WARNED!

Thor acts like they will work with you but they do not follow through. We have been dealing with several water leaks in our motorhome. They have fixed several leaks but then another is discovered. Being an ongoing problem you would think someone would warranty it as an existing problem. Their motor homes are built poorly and you better find all the problems in year one under warranty. Don’t use Demontrond RV for you service needs they are the worst.

2017 Thor Outlaw 37BG Toy Hauler Class A Motorhome has it all – low mileage, a spacious 13’6″ garage, and a comfortable interior that sleeps up to 10 people. The automatic levelling jacks and touchpad controls make setup a breeze, and the dual low-profile roof air conditioners and 6,000 BTU air conditioner in the garage will keep you comfortable on the road. The 5.5 kW Onan gas gen and 1800-watt inverter provide all the amenities of a home, and the basement pass-through storage makes it easy to bring all your gear.

I purchased new from Camping World Panama City. I really like the size, floor plan and especially the large rear outside storage area. My issue is the vinyl on the captain's chairs, the dinette, and the sofa started peeling off of it's backing after only about 18 months and now it's really horrible. This coach is always garaged except for the few times that it's been used so I don't blame the sun. I feel like Thor uses the cheapest vinyl crap that they can get on these surfaces. This is not a good place to cut corners and Thor should be totally embarrassed to put this stuff in their coaches. I would leave photos but I couldn't get that part of this review to work. I can email plenty to anyone interested.

We have read several reviews regarding THOR products and it is not good at all. We have had our trailer 2 years and it in the shop constantly and have to wait months to get repairs because there are so many cheaply made trailers and rv's. There should be a five year warranty with trailers. We also bought a warranty and of course, the slide-out was not covered. We have had nothing but trouble. We've been rv/trailer owners five times, and this one is awful. We have never had problems before with our trailers. There really should be a class action suit against the unscrupulous manufacturers. Lousy workmanship. We are responsible and take excellent care of our trailer, but these should not be allowed on the road. What an awful and expensive experience.

This our second Thor Ace and we loved our first one. We immediately went back for another after ours was stolen from storage last November. We recommended Thor to friends who just purchased. They’re so unhappy. Problem after problem. We took our first trip with ours and found our heat didn’t work in Yellowstone. Our water pump also didn’t work! We’ve had a captains chair broke since purchase in January. It’s now The end of June! What tops it all is to call customer service and reach the rudest person! Do not buy Thor!!!

We bought this to move our family across the country. 2 big dogs and one teenager. It was the best decision we made and worked perfectly. Both my husband and I could easily drive it. The dogs were able to lay down in the AC and relax with no stress. My daughter watched TV and had her own room to do what she wanted. There was more than enough room to bring our personal belongings and food and beverages. Although we stayed at hotels at night, and didn't take advantage of the camping side of this vehicle for the move, this camper van was solid. With 10 hour days of driving, it made for a great, safe enjoyable ride for the entire family. We highly recommend this vehicle.
