Having issues with both a/c units. In order to have the temperature 70, you have to set the thermostat on 60-62. The cooling sensors are in the cooling unit itself. Can not run fan auto because of the short cycles.GD advise the fan must run continuously on low or high, not auto.Several other issues that my dealer is trying to fix, with out any help whatsoever from GD.My dealership is definitely working with us on all the issues. This is our first GD, and it will be our last GD. We bought it and didn’t do our homework. The a/c has been a problem since 2021 and GD doesn’t seem to care. These over priced, over rated, and poorly designed and workmanship are nothing but a piece of junk. This company is going down hill fast. Now the issues with the frames is a dangerous sad situation that’s GD is trying to shuff under the rug. SHAME ON YOU GRAND DESIGN!!!! Show less

Grand Design has built a quality product. The Imagine 2670MK is extremely comfortable for shorter or longer stays. We have added convenience items like a 2nd AC in the bedroom. Tankless water heater for continuous hot water. An 18” apartment size dishwasher built into the island. Pantry pullouts top and bottom. 2nd TV in the bedroom. This RV has had light use. We have just decided at our age not to RV anymore. Show less

For a couples RV this is the perfect RV to travel the US in. Tows easy, and the artic package is great to heat or cool this RV fast. When camping in the coach is so well insulated that you won't hear neighbors talking outside. Used mostly in the Florida heat and have no issue in cooling down the rv fast, or keeping a comfortable temp 24/7. No need in having a heavy duty truck to pull this coach pulls easy with a 4.0L Ford Ranger with no issue. Braking system on this RV is great for stopping Show less

The Imagine 2600RB is an excellent travel trailer, especially for someone relatively new to the RV lifestyle. It is big enough for comfortable camping/living yet easy to tow and maneuver on the road and in campsites. The heating/air conditioner system works very, even during an intense summer heat wave in Arizona. The master bedroom is roomy and cozy and has storage under the bed. The living area sofa folds out into a bed and the dinette can also be converted to a bed. There is plenty of interior storage space. The kitchen is compact and functional. The tankless hot water heater provides near-instant hot water. The pass-through storage is large enough to hold trailer accessories, camping equipment and other gear. The 2600RB uses two gray water tanks and one black water tank. Show less

I purchased a grand design imagine 2600 in April 2021. And and as soon as the warranty expired the thing started falling apart. Several weather stripping issues, I’ve replaced the water heater twice, several pex hoses have come apart. And since the pipes are sealed in the walls I’ve had to do some major repairs myself. We purchased this in August of 2022,absolutely love it except for the very inadequate schwintek slide system. Nothing but ongoing issues after about 3 months. Setember 2023 we finally decided to bite the bullet and replaced it with the much better designed Vroom system. Now enjoying our TT with no more worries about if the slide will extend and retract. Bought a new Grand design 15RB in September of 23. One problem after another. It’s been in the shop as long as it’s been out., leaking shower twice, brakes locking up while driving, then no brake pads on one side. We have been battling Grand design the whole way. Our “customer service “ rep, LElizabeth Rock, has been aloof, or just ignores us. We hear from her when we file BBB complaints. We’ve had 2 so far. Going to the AG in Indiana next. DONT BUY A GRAND DESIGN! The customer service stops when you sign the contract. Show less

Bought my trailer new in 2023. Since then it has been in the shop for almost 7 months, and now they want me to come pick it up without a clear expectation of when the work is to be done to start fixing the cabinet thermofoil problem. All the thermofoil on the cabinet stiles are delaminating and GD and the manufacturer of the stiles are debating who’s at fault. I don’t care who’s fault it is as my warranty is through GD not their subcontractors. They claim on their website that warranty approval is completed within 24 hours. . . . really? Where is my customer service? Furthermore, I’ve been told the trailer may have to go back to the factory for this work. Seriously, when do you think I’ll see that trailer again?? Show less

If I could give zero"s I would. We were warned not to buy a trailer made during Covid due to inexperienced workers making the trailers. We spent extra money and bought a 2024 model. It didn't matter. Travel Trailer is all of 4 months old. 1) Door latches do not work. 2) Refrigerator broke before first use and had to be replaced. 3) Trailer was sent from factory with solar panel wired incorrectly. ( No quality control) 4) Bathroon sliding door fell off the brackets and screws stripped due to only one door guide installed. 5) Heater/furnace did not work on a cold morning on the trailers second trip. (Again, zero quality control) What will break on this POS next? If you are looking at a Grand Design, run as fast as you can. Show less

We really like the rv except for the build quality. It has been back in the shop more days than we have actually used it. We have had to replace a slide motor and the awning two shades the two grey tanks will not totally empty unless you are on a down hill slope. And now we just pulled it in the rain and had a puddle of water at both bottom corners of the slide. And we also have cold air coming in from the corners of the slide. Our last trailer didn’t have a slide and I was concerned about the fact it might leak but slides have been around for a long time so we tried it. And now wish we didn’t have one. Show less
