I have found that it is run by a bunch of young kids who have no clue about common curtsy and customer service. The sale team always changes and the repair team is always different. We bought our trailer and when I asked to be shown how everything worked they handed me a flash drive and told me to watch it, Yep outdated and nothing to do with our trailer. It needed repairs to the bathroom door , the front door was missed up, and the heater didn't work we took it in for warranty work.they kept it over three months and the bathroom door came back worse than when we took it in and the front door does not match the screen. It came back looking like the whole crew was using it for their own personal rest room. We looked around for months for the perfect trailer finally found what we thought it was there. I wish we would have bought from out of state. This whole experience was a big disappointment from the dealership to the repairs, so it made our trailer a disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and if the owner treats people this way he will not do business for long. Do not go there or to there location in Helper Utah. Show less
