This was our first RV. After we took our first trip, brought it back home. The jack broke when we tried to put the leg out on the bed. The leg broke brand new. The tire has a bubble on it. Not safe to drive. The air conditioner is so loud you can’t talk to each other. You can’t hear the TV and when it rains, the blower stops working and it starts banging. We’ve only had this RV for six weeks for a first time our veer this is a horrible experience and if I could get rid of this thing and take it back, I would gladly do it very unhappy, very unhappy that the salesman told us nothing about how loud the air conditioners are , we told him we have never owned an RV. We feel like we got a lemon.

Bought brand new. Got 1 use 1 time to try everything out in the 1 month we had it and took it back for a piece of the wheel well rubbing the tire and noticed the U-Bolts had hit the frame at some time. Front storage wont lock at all, cabinets missing trim, wall seperating from floor in bathroom etc. After months of denials for repair under warranty they said they would fix after a BBB report, but 3 months later they changed thier minds again and said we had to have damaged in in our one use of the trailer and its not covered under warranty. This company is a croocked as they come! Do not buy from them for any reason!

Hello, I am a proud owner of a beautiful paradigm. However not happy with the warranty department. I bought my unit in December 2025 out of Odessa TX. When they delivered our unit, they didn't pull out the awnings. We didn't think nothing of it. We went on with our trip which is to Tennessee where my husband is working for a bit. At that time, it was winter. So, we didn't use them. However, there was a nice day so we would put them out. Everything was great until we brought the big one in and it broke on one end and I was stuck in the house and my husband had to go get a guy to help put it on top of the slide out. Until we found mobile tech. Because we can't get back to the dealer for a while due to the husband staying in it while working. So, the tech came out and put an idle arm on and brought it out, but it did damage to the awing. The tech said he didn't want to get in to all that. So, I have located another mobile tech that actually files the warranty work. So, I called said lady back to let her know what I had. She said you needed to send photos and a description of what is happening. I said Well I am new to ALLIANCE I have only owned forest river and keystone. They did things differently than alliance. The tech always came out, took pictures and explained what needed done and submitted it to warranty. I just had some work done and she said because I didn't send back broken parts or took a picture I don't get all of my money back. So, I feel that I am not trusted as a customer When I talk to her, she makes me feel like I am stupid. I would not make these repairs up. I just want my stuff fixed as it should be it's a new unit. She also went on in our conversation to tell me that's not what the email said, and I said yes ma'am that is what I read, so, I pulled it up and read it. She also let me know 99% of the awing are weather related. I said we didn't have any wind or rain. This literally was our first time opening them. Also, she told me she was not going to argue with me. I said argue I am not arguing I am a customer just wanting my unit fixed after my purchase. That is one of the reasons we bought an alliance. We read that the service and warranty department was top notch. I haven't had very good luck so far with this department. She also let me know that she has been there for 5 years, and they must trust her to do her job, or she wouldn't be there in her position. There are just a few things that she said to me that I feel is very unprofessional. Like bragging on herself and disregarding my concerns. I just wanted my warranty work done without a big hassle or money out of our pockets. This is my 5th unit to purchase and by far the worst experience with factory warranty. I haven't done my review yet, but I will do that soon. Thank you, Shellie hicks

This camper is perfect for the two of us and occasionally our two grandkids. Our schedule only allows us to camp three to four weeks a year, spread out throughout the camping season. The 2024 247BH is a great weekend camper. We needed a trailer that we could pull with our 1/2 ton Titan and so far it has been a good combination rolling up and down the east coast. Our only complaint is we would have preferred an outside access door to the under bed storage in the rear but that was not a deal breaker for us.

This unit was a nightmare to start with. Lots of issues with the slide blowing fuses. Dealership was unable to figure out why but I did. It was adjusted wrong and dragging hard on one side. It is also cleverly designed to lock you out of the bedroom when it is in. Can you guess where the fuse box is. Yup, in the bedroom. Other issues were warping doors on the outside. Also the easy to change water filter is practically impossible to change due to being so deep into the compartment that you need 8 foot long arms. Have to take apart panels in the bathroom to get to it. Also the area if filled with sharp metal shaving and wood splinters. Just a lack of pride in workmanship.

We purchased a brand new Voltage 3850 and took it out the very first weekend. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing, especially for an $80,000 unit that was supposedly ready to use. Right out of the gate, we discovered the black and gray tanks were labeled backwards. While boondocking, what we thought was draining shower water turned into a much bigger and unpleasant issue. That’s a basic quality control miss that should never happen. Next, the A/C units wouldn’t keep the camper below 80°F—even though it was only 82°F outside. After digging into it, we found the thermostats were wired incorrectly from the factory, causing the compressors not to kick on—only the fans would run. Again, another major oversight that should have been caught before delivery. Then the first night, just as we were trying to fall asleep, the light above the bed started strobing on and off. It would stop just long enough to think it was fixed, then start again. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a brand new unit. To top it off, the “14 ft garage” is actually closer to 13 ft 5 in. That’s not a small discrepancy when you’re planning around space for equipment or toys. Overall, this experience has made it clear that quality control is seriously lacking. For the price point, there’s no excuse for this many issues right out of the box. Buyers should be prepared to thoroughly inspect everything themselves before relying on it.

We are full timers and our Valor 44v14 is our fourth trailer, and by far the worst so far. We bought this trailer because we fell in love with the floor plan and loved the large garage since we have two small children. The day we brought it home it has been problem after problem and it hasn't even been two weeks. We already have had to file a warranty claim for a list of problems that need to be fixed. It seems this trailer was just thrown together cheaply. Paint is already coming off, trim is detaching, the backsplash in the kitchen isn't secured, none of the blinds are installed correctly, the bed came broken, the roof had bubbles in it, slides aren't working. We realized the bathroom doors don't have magnets to close or locks; the doors aren't installed straight so you have a huge gap, it looks awful and can't be fixed unless we get all new doors. Not to mention the barn doors are awful, I have no idea why they moved away from pocket doors. If you're considering buying an Alliance, you need to do your research, be handy at fixing problems all the time or don't buy one.

Had a great experience owning a Coachmen Mirada By Forest River 350S, we owned a Forest River travel trailer prior and never had a problem with it in 11 years and then a bidding war over the condition when sold (sold for more than we paid for it). These units appear to hold up very well. Mirada 350S has all the features of the more expensive models. Look and compare yourself, we choose to save 100-150 thousand and still have full kitchen, fridge, captains chairs, theater seating, full size with private doors master bedroom and outdoor shower to name a few. We felt this was a smart purchase for us and we had zero regrets, you can comfortably live in this with a washer and dryer if you choose.
