Purchased my Grand Design Imagine 2500RL in April 2019. Had to bring camper back 5 times already. Numerous problems with unit (13 and counting). Very disappointed, not happy with this unit. Had a meeting with salesman and assistant manager. Asked to speak to Service Manager and was told he was busy and he didn't see any problems with this unit. Go figure! Show less

I found the best deal on the RV I wanted at Dixie RV. I flew down to make the deal. I was met at the airport by a very friendly person, and then was driven to the dealership for my orientation. Excellent sales staff, and support folks. They went over every detail of the RV with me. They made sure I understood how everything worked. It was a great experience. Horrific! They lied to my husband and I about service options and battery life, our trailer is a almost worthless to us. We have decided to use it till it drops off the axels (which it has almost done already) They won't stand behind their products and tell you after you sign on the dotted line that you are no longer their problem call the manufacturer Show less

Sales personnel are okay, prices are good once they realize you are serious about purchasing but the service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Scheduling is done for check-in, once checked in , it sits there for an unknown time until service takes it in. Service may fix what it is taken there to be serviced but when you pick up, there are additional items to be fixed. That is true for warranty items as well as out of warranty work. Show less
