I love this RV! It is not too long, so its easy to tow. Automatic leveling and auto-reconnect make hitching and unhitching a breeze. Outdoor kitchen is great for cooking while hanging out. The 2 AC units keep everything comfortable. The bunkhouse is separate and on the opposite side of the RV from the main bedroom, which is great for parents with kids! The bunkhouse sleeps 3. There is a ton of storage space.

I thought Jayco was a quality product but now I have serious doubts. We bought a new 2024 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS and we have had it on just a couple of outing. We noticed that the flooring on the doorside slide won't lay flat. It is a fall risk and the manufaturers solution is to put a rug(s) over it or staple velcro to the floor and stick the other side to the flooring. When we had are trailer washed the guy noticed a softspot on the roof. We had it inspected and the dearler said it seems to be a circle where maybe something was supposed to be stubbed through. Jayco has decided that since there is no problem at this time they won't repair it. So basically they are kicking it down the road so when it does fail it will be out of warranty and they are off the hook. It's sad, this units MSRP is about $109,000 and they won't do a thing to back it up.

There is a lot of RV manufacturers out there. I have owned a couple different manufacturers. I purchased a Alliance RV and would never consider even looking at another manufacture. ALLIANCE RV takes care of their customers over and beyond what they even should do. We did have to take it back to the factory not only did they fix something outside of the warranty. They also fixed everything else they saw that was wrong with it. Thank you ALLIANCE RV. We are loyal customers forever.

The best feature of the RV is the rear entertainment seating. This is opposing double slides to create an extra large living room complete with fireplace, entertainment center with stereo and DVD and a popup tv that discreetly moves down beneath counter so as not to obstruct the rear view. Second best is the high end upgrades. This makes it feel like a house. Rich wood cabinetry, pantry with pull-out shelves, solid counters and tons of storage. Third is large for an RV bathroom. Corner shower is extra big, toilet is pocelain and there is adequate vanity space. A larger person can easily move around in this bathroom. Last is the master bedroom which truly feels like a master suite with a third slideout, double mirrored closet doors, armoire storage on each side, nightstand, and stand alone armoire for more storage and holds a smart tv.

We purchased the 370RLLO back in September, and so far it has been a pretty good unit. Typical issues with some loose trim, and cabinets opening during travel days. Came with the stackable washer and dryer and what a game changer that has been. They are a little cumbersome to get into because of the position in the cabinet, but they work great. Biggest problem that I have is the lack of storage in kitchen (mainly a pantry). Pulls really nice and doesn't beat you to death when pulling, can definitely see it coming from all angles. LOVES to eat propane in cold weather, and cools down pretty quick in warmer weather. I would suggest to Forest River that they ditch these GE units. Have recently found that the heat pump functions of them are useless under 40 degrees and they will lock themselves out under that temp. Also recommend that they go with a fireplace that has an adjustable temperature not just Low and High. We opted to ditch the King size bed for a Queen as it gives more room around the bed. Recommend to anyone looking at this rig to get on the roof and check that as well. I actually had to restretch mine during a road trip because it formed a bubble driving down the road. That was a huge pain. Unit has plenty of room however for 2 people and 2 medium size dogs. Support has been really good with solving issues that i couldn't figure out over the phone.

Fridge in outside kitchen quit working within a year and half, trim along ceiling fell off. Now we have a soft spot in floor at top of stairs. Dealership came out 3 times trying to find a leak. Finally found a missing seal from factory. Forest river said it was my fault I did not find it. Would never recommend anyone buying any of their products.

Love the floor plan and livability. We changed out the pub seating and made the outside grill into a tool storage sliding shelf and doubles as a outside grill prep/grilling tool table. The separate spaces are nice to have - living, dining, awesome bath and nice bedroom with a great front closet. Workmanship is ok. If we wanted better we would have gone with a Gold - but works great for us. The under-storage is huge which is great for ladders and fishing rods. The huge 65” TV, fireplace, and living room is spacious and comfortable. We changed out the tires to 14 ply (G) and it is a very comfortable pull for the truck. We only wish there was a little more kitchen storage and slide out shelves for the pantry. With the “4” season insulation and the fireplace we can keep the camper warm to 70f even when it gets down in the low 40’s outside - without turning on the furnace and burning propane. The mattress needed to be changed out as the original is not good. Overall it has been good to us and we still love it after 4 seasons, 33 states, 2 provinces, and 26,000 miles.
