Bought it brand new and was very excited to use it. We had the typical new RV problems which were easy to fix without taking it back to the dealer. The information on how to use some of the trailers equipment could have been better but, we figured it out after a few trips. The garage space was more than spacious, affording plenty of room for my side by side. Upholstery needs upgrading as the manufacturer used inferior materials. We'd only used it twice and the foam was completely compressed. I had to have a local upholsterer re-stuff all the seat pads with a more durable material. Other than that, it's an excellent RV.

Pulls great and no sway. Slideouts work wonderful and no damage to floors. Built very well and just love this unit. Outdoors RV make very good trailers. Took me two years to find a well made trailer. Most RV manufactures don't have quality control from what I can see and I looked and investigated all of them. Sad to see so many unhappy RV purchasers out there with other brands.

We must have looked at dozens of RV trailers before purchasing the Intech Sol Eclipse Rover. The only disappointment is that most of the cabinet trim is literally falling off the cabinet bottoms and sides. Our RV was used twice and stored in a covered storage. I was shocked when i found the trim laying everywhere. The worst wasn’t that apparently bad glue was used , after contacting the dealer AND eventually Intech neither would stand by their product or even provide info on what glue to use. Very disappointed in their warranty and customer service. Trim should not peel off in one year especially when we kept the trailer immaculate and in covered storage. Intech even admitted they’d had many complaints about this issue 🙁

Do not buy from the RV Factory! These are the absolute biggest pieces of junk with the biggest price tag that is available today. I warn you don't do as my wife and I did and get suckered into buying from them. The quality of craftsmanship is junk and the materials used are also junk. These trailers won't make it a year much less 10 or 20 like they tell you. I would give anything if I could just get away from this trailer and go back to my old one.

I am an elderly senior and have owned from tents to tent trailers, to fifth wheels and an over the cab RV. This Jayco as a passenger was the most horrible ride in my life. It felt like there were NO shocks or shock absorbers or suspension and every a line or bump in the road sent us flying. The dogs who are used to vehicles were shaking. It is also note worthy to note that the third party company our campgrounds in Ontario Canada are no longer using. Outdoorsy or something like that. thank you for listening and will never rent or own a RV of any kind again

One of the best constructed travel trailers we looked at. EverGreen set the standard in quality, workmanship and materials used. Composite and aluminum structure with no wood except interior cabnets. Floor plan is excellent, Kitchen has the most counter space and storage space we found, better that what is in most larger 5th wheels. Pulls great, is light weight. Absolutely no issues. If I were in the market ever again for an RV, I'd be looking for an Evergreen or comparable quality! Would be nice if the refrigerator was a little larger as well as the oven.

We used this RV for about 40 days every year since 2019. We loved the floor plan and the liveability. Like other travel trailers you need to be a good handy man to resolve some annoying issues like, fixing the caulking around the shower door, re-aligned and resealed the shower drain with the ABS pipe under the shower base, replace the city water inlet (luckily it broke during set up at camping site), re-fixed all wooden center panel cabinet (not enough glue) and you must use water pressure regulator to avoid the toilet water valve leaking. Finally, the original tires on the RV were good for only 4 years (less than 5000 miles), that’s a little bit disappointing. Despite these annoying issues we still like it.

Our 3 yr old 16' has been tow for thousands of miles and used over 150 nights. We love it. On first trip it had a leak from the bathroom. Tightening the toilet bolts fixed that, no big deal. Sure once in a while you need to make an adjustment or tighten a screw. Its an rv, get over it. Maybe the quality is getting worse with later models, but our 2017 is as good or better than others. We have made upgrades and modifications. We have had an issue with water on the floor after driving all day in heavy rain. No big problem, but I do wish riverside could come up with a remedy for this. Overall its not perfect, but we love it. Bottom line is rv trailers need maintenance and repairs. If you can't handle that, don't buy any.

We have owned many recreational vehicles in our time and this unit by far is the best. The storage is amazing and the actual floor space with the opposing slides is unbelievable. We searched many rv lots for many years before we settled on this 5th wheel. The quality and workmanship is that of trailers at twice the price. We used our 5th wheel for 3 months straight last year and did not have one problem with anything. My only disappointment with the trailer is the size of the awning. It just seems too small for the length of the unit. A second awning was installed on the dining room slide which helps. I highly recommend this 5th wheel and the Cougar brand.
