We bought a 2016 Allegro Bus 40 AP in 2019. We loved everything about it. If anything needed to be fixed ( and there were only little things) we took it back to the factory in Red Bay, Al. You got the best treatment at the factory and were treated like royalty even with a used one. Tiffin is the absolute best because of their customer service. My husband could call a tech anytime he had a problem and they were quick to help him. It is well worth the trip to Alabama if you have problems with local dealers. You will not be disappointed with the treatment there. We took ours back a second time to just get it serviced and Aqua hot serviced.
We owned 3 5th wheels with the last 5th wheel being a Vilano Vanleigh by Tiffin. This is why we stayed with Tiffin. Same great service with the Vilano as with the bus. You will never go wrong with a Tiffin.

Thinking about buying a Tiffin RV - READ THIS FIRST
On April 14, 2023, we took delivery of a New Tiffin Allegro Bay, 38BB, Super C motorhome.
Pros:
Love the design, Freightliner Chassis is great, handling and drivability is good, towing is excellent with the Cummins diesel, fuel milage is better than expected; 10mpg, average.
Cons:
COMPLETELY OUT OF SERVICE FOR OVER 8 MONTHS, not functioning properly since June 28, 2023. The build quality is BEYOND BAD. Problems nearly since day 1 – solar panels wired incorrectly and not working, leveling system failure, slide retract failure STRANDING us in Alaska (FINALLY RETRACTED MANUALLY ON MY OWN SO DRIVABLE), Right Leveling Jack Failure, stranding us a second time (HAD TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE JACK MYSELF, TOTAL FAILURE of the Electrical System – no control of anything – all screens failed, STRUCTURAL FAILURE, floor under Washer and Dryer collapsed, CRACKED FRAME above front slide, leaky seal in Right Front Headlight, multiple leaks in air system, outside temperature sensor not working (from day 1), trim over cab bunk came loose …
Summary: We bought this motorhome to drive from our home in AZ to our Summer Home in AK. These were the issues on our first trip last year, beginning June 15, 2023. The motorhome has been in the dealership and the failures so significant the unit had to be driven back to Tiffin for repairs, which is where it is today – June 6, 2024. Not functioning properly for almost 12 months and has been at the dealership, La Mesa RV, Phoenix, Freightliner, or Tiffin for approaching 9 months. We bought a Tiffin because we thought they were top of the line for quality and service. We no longer have this opinion. #Tiffin, #LaMesaRV, #TiffinMotorhomes, #RVQuality

My husband and I are both retired military. Last year we decided to sell our home and become full time RVers! We are now in our new Tiffin Allegro Bus and love it! We started in a Allegro Open Road and after one trip to Atlanta in the gas RV we knew it wasn't for us. We then traded it for a 2012 bus and took an awesome 9 week trip in it over the summer with three grandkids. During that time we ran into some problems (probably due to the previous owners not taking care of the motorhome). When we went to bring it in for service we started looking at new ones and ended up trading it in for the 2016 we currently have! Yes, three motorhomes in 5 months! We took a trip in the new one to Tiffin in Red Bay and were extremely impressed with the workmanship that goes into their coaches. This bus travels awesome and tows our jeep like nothing up the mountains. It is very luxurious inside and we love the new "shimmer" interior scheme. We opted for two sofas and love all the sitting room and since both couches become beds we can sleep 6. We love everything about our coach and traveling in it. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we are now having to sell it and put our traveling on hold for the time being. My husband and I are heartbroken, we were looking forward to a trip west in 2016 that would have us traveling 4-5 months. God had other plans for us at this time.
