We ordered this 2015 31W at the tampa florida RV super show in January 2015. We took delivery on March 28, 2015 here in Fort Myers, Florida. Motor home had 19 warranty issues, We called Thor Motor Coach Factory & we drove it back to the Factory in Elkhart Indiana on June 15th 2015. Spent 5 days at the Warranty department.. Thor fixed everthing & did a great job. We traveled all over the lower half of the united states this summer & had a great time with not one issue. We are already going to jump to a Class A Coach made by Thor. I am very happy with THOR quality.. Every Manufacture has problems, but I can attest THOR went out of their way to take care of the problems & make their customers happy,,,no regrets buying a THOR MOTOR COACH Show less

Worse motor home ever!!! Have had nothing but problems from first trip forward. Jacks wouldn't work, trim flies off while driving down road. Multiple leaks in over head compartments and ceiling in coach. Paint peeling. Thor did replace the jacks after a long constant problem. They won't stand behind the paint problem. The radio stopped working within 2 years, they would not replace. Would never recommend this coach to anyone Show less

Thor Motor is a poor quality coach, and I agree with others who have have said they need better quality control. For the most part You don't know about a coach until you live in it. This coach has been in the shop more than we have used. We keep finding things wrong or things keep failing. Wiper blades, flush pipe leak, step and step motor, remote start for generator not wired correctly, defective cable wiring to TV and control box, inverter and xantrex control box not wired properly. Awning problems, front slide problems, bed that lowers at front of coach not working, front shades have to be replaced, drawer locks not installed properly, panel for front air conditioner had to be replaced. There were other minor issues my husband was able to correct but most of the issues needed to be fixed by a professional. The process is laborious; a properly "Thor certified technician" had to go through each issue and diagnose, then they had to get authorization from Thor, then parts could be ordered, then time had to be reserved--we are talking weeks and probably months. We do like the basic layout of this coach and liked many of the features this coach had that our 15 year-old coach did not have. We bought a new coach because we had decided to RV full time-- we used for one week and we have stayed with our son and family for the past month waiting for this coach to be fixed and we are still waiting. The only authorized company, that could work on this coach is three hours away! We would not recommend anyone buying a Thor coach. Do more research than we did. We expected some issues but not as many or the kind of issues we have experienced. Also, when we did our walk through of the coach, most everything was working-interesting! Show less

Bought this coach new. Have had nothing but problems. Evert time we went on a trip the Jacks would not work. After many times they finally replaced system. The radio/back up camera stopped working within 1.5 yesrs. They would not fix it. Now the paint is blistering and peeling, and of course Thor will not stand behind it. Have had multiple leaks in front of motor home. The electric plugs keep burning out. Have had the electric system checked by camping world they of course can't find the problem. Worse experience ever. Would never buy another Thor coach and would never recommend it to anyone. Show less

The purchase of a thor quantum motor-home has been the worst mistake of my life i have owned it for 5 months and has been in the shop 4 times all for electrical issues ,had almost 300 mile on it when i took possession and it now has only 900 miles we camped in it 1 time and every time we have wanted to use it we have had problems ,contacted thor motor coach today and i was given no satisfaction in fact rodney the thor rep. My complaints were not that sever and i should let the dealership take care of the warranty issues ,we purchased this vehicle to take to texas for the winter ,bottom line i don't trust in to get me there and back ,i want a replacement or my money back . The price i payed ,the quality of the vehicle and the way i have been treated ,i would never buy a thor again Show less

I would not recommend this coach to anyone. Problems from day 1. Issues we have are too numerous to list. From major AC issue to minor cosmetic, it’s a never ending battle. Our outer headlight cover just came off while driving. THOR workmanship and quality is pathetic. To pay this much money for a motor coach, I’d expect quality not shoddy workmanship and material. Once we get all repairs taken care of we are selling it. I sent a very detailed survey to customer service and received the generic reply... they obviously did not read it. I purchased my Thor motor coach Oct, 1st. 2020. The workmanship is of less than desirable quality. My first real trip was to Niagara Falls. When trying to let out the RV, it was stuck and we couldn’t let it all the way out nor all the way back in. We went to the nearest RV facility and the next, no one could help us. We ended up driving cross country very uncomfortably! When we got back to Florida in September, it took 3 months to get the RV fixed. We took the RV back in 2022 because the seals around the outside fridge was leaking causing the floor to be damaged! I was told this morning, 4-27-22 that it was out of warranty! We never used the outside fridge. So we will have to fix it ourselves. In the short time that we had the RV, we’ve had several problems including the generator, which we had to fix out of pocket in 2021. Save your money and don’t buy a Thor motor coach!!!!! I’d give it an overall 2 only because the interior is nice looking. Quality is lacking!!!! Show less

We purchased a Thor Coleman Ford Motor Coach RV 22FT from Gander RV St Augustine, FL March 2022. We have had RV in shop more than out for several problems inside and out. Quality of service support very poor. RV not even a full six months old and now have a seam leak that I was told not covered after 90 days but RV had been brought in after taking on trip in with same leak and was told that they had fixed it. Now they are denying warranty through Thor or Good Sam. This is one of my worst purchases ever. I would not recommend a Thor Coleman to anyone looking a class C or another RV made by Thor. 98,000 dollars down the drain and now I have to fix myself to include wood damage due to water leak on top bunk area. Don't even bother calling Thor for assistance. Pictures available upon request. Show less

Save yourself an endless amount of grief. DO NOT buy anything made by Thor Motor Coach Industries. They produce junk and their customer service is non existent. Despite my dealer bending over backwards to try to fix the massive problems with this piece of junk he was unable to do so. It was because of the poor quality of the build. Unfortunately the Lemon law does not apply to Motorhomes in the state I live in or they definitely would have had to take this piece of junk back. I rate their quality 0 and Customer service non- existent. Show less

My wife and I purchased a new Thor Vegas in July 2017. This was our third motor home. Don't let what's in the package fool you. We bought a class A lemon. On our first trip we had to stay in a motel because the generator would not stay cranked because the coach batteries were so weak and would not recharge as we later found out. The pedestal for the table post between the two seats was inverted. It stuck up thus being a serious safety hazard. In fact, it was the incorrect base. Some people stumbled over it. Luckily they did not fall to the floor. One of the outside speakers by the entrance door was cracked. The window molding on the driver's side kept falling down. The grille lost the three bolts on the driver's side. I had to go out and search until I found bolts that would fit. A friend of ours and I fixed that problem. One of the compartments leaked when it rain. The entrance door is loose. My wife and I got locked in. Finally I got the door opened. Now I have to repair that before going on a two week trip in three days. The end of the dip stick came off. Now I cannot check the oil. I had an appointment at a dealership to get the problems taken care of. A two day stay lasted for 9 days and it would have been longer had I not gone up there to see exactly what they had done, if anything,on the motor home. They had nothing repaired. The window molding fell back down the following day. I told the service department manager that if she would replace the two coach batteries then the generator cranking problem would be fixed.The morning I arrived, a mechanic installed the two batteries. Other than that, dealer did nothing. I was promised the correct pedestal base and a speaker cover. Five weeks later, dealership has not received the items. I was told that the window molding had been glued in. This was a lie. I took the motor home home. Enough was enough. I took the problems up with Thor since dealer said the problems were Thor's problem. They left it up to me to get the Lemon fixed. I have now determined that I will take my Thor elsewhere to get the problems fixed and will do so if I have anymore problems. I kiss that dealers Thor goodbye. They got my money and I got their Lemon. Show less
