We keep taking it to campers world of Harrisburg Pennsylvania. We bought it there last year and kept having problems all year long and they're starting to have more problems this year. They keep saying they fix things and they don't . The tires were not inflated properly and I told him about it.The deadbolt on the motorhome broke two times and still hasn't been fixed. We had issues with the hot water heater and they said they fixed it, but I have my doubts. There's been issues with the slide-out also. The dinette table kept collapsing but they said they got it fixed hopefully. One of the overhead cabinets Armature keeps breaking and they were supposed to put a new one on, but they never did.

I bought my first RV a Thor Motorcoach Freedom Elite 23h over at Denver Camping World in August of 2015 and drove it back home with my wife and dogs to NY and the first problem I noticed was a missing mud flap (passenger side) and loose bracket (drivers side) on another mud flap. I chalked that up as shoddy workmanship. But after the next year and a half we had many other problems like cracked and bolts missing on rear plastic storage compartment as well as water leakage under rear mattress. Also flickering rear LED light and broken antenna crank handle (just popped apart).
At this point we were out of warranty and my dealership tech said that our Good Sam would not cover anything! So I called Thor Motor Coach and they agreed to pay $1,100 on my $1,600 bill. I have to at least give some credit back to Thor for making this bad experience a better one BUT I am very suspicious now that I really see the inner working parts of my RV.
The 450 Ford Triton V-10 engine is flawless and smooth shifting and very powerful. Love the fact I have and 8000 lb. towing capacity.
Wishlist: auto leveling jacks, Slide out on living area and that's about it.
We put about 18,800 miles on our RV took her out to Glacier National Park in Montana last summer and she ran like a dream. Maybe just some over heating of brakes but we drove almost 7000 miles in 17 days so that was a little bit of a stretch and also gas mileage is very good.
If I had to buy a new RV I would go with a 29 ft. and have slide outs on one side and rear sleeping area (King size bed for sure).
Happy trails!
