This RV has had so many quality issues that there isn't enough room here to list all. I took it back to both the dealer and the factory and they just jerryrigged all the problems. Worst RV I have ever owned. Every time I take it out, I have to repair something. This unit should never have left the factory. I would not recommend Northwood products to anyone. If anyone would like a list of the problems I have had with this unit, e-mail me and I will send it.

I have owned several RV and in 2016 I bought the Tuscany 36MQ new and it is the most functional RV, perfectly laid out. The factory support was always helpful when needed. It is great on fuel. The past 3 years I have averaged overall 9.85MPG. I've had very few problems, most I took care of.
Dealership and factory support was also great.

Oowned a 2020 WInnebago View 24V for a year. Overall great coach. Had leak problems in overhead bunk and other problems here and there. I have owned multiple RV's.
Bottom line - Dont let these sorry RV Dealers touch your rig if it breaks. Go to the factory in IOWA its worth the trip! I go once a year even though its 1400 miles away. Dealers love selling RV's but are totally incompetent to fix them. The factory knows the rigs and can fix all problems noted by others very easily.
Winnebago is better than most like those sorry Thor products - heard nothing but horror stories!

We love our 44FL and are so glad we purchased our RV from The RV Factory. All RV’s will have problems as you use them and travel over rough roads. We have had a few ourselves but the post-purchase support from the RV Factory has been nothing short of unbelievable. For things that couldn’t wait, they got a mobile tech out to us immediately to address the problem. When we went back to the factory to address additional more minor issues, they were all addressed quickly with a bias of replacing rather than repairing. I can’t say enough great things about Pete, the operational VP. He is all about customer service. This is how businesses should be run.

We have had this Fifth Wheel for one year, and it has been in the repair shop for over four months of this period. It has a factory flaw in the large slide out, which has caught the flooring two different times, and ripped up the vinyl. Sprads RV, Reno, keeps telling us the flooring is on it's way, but as of today it is still at their repair shop. We have also had problems with the spare tire (another factory flaw), leaky shower, various screws coming out from the blinds, etc. We now have an attorney regarding these problems.

We bought the RV with the thought of going full-time. Which we did for 6 years. Very liveable. When had problems, took it to factory. They gave us appointmen's and did the work in one day, plus did anything else that had recalls or where they had experienced problems on others. The automatic levels were a real plus on this size unit. We love the unit.

I purchased this RV used in 2014. It had about 8,000 miles on it and the price was right. We had a 34 foot and wanted to downsize with a king size bed and outside TV. This one has both. The quality seems poor because we have had several minor problems which has cost us since we had no factory warranty, however, when I contacted the factory they have been very helpful. I believe the overall quality is poor but I don't know if my problems stem form the first owner or if it a lemon. I have made several repairs which have improved my trust in this motor home. I will be happy to detail repairs if asked.
