The overall experience was verying warming when I visited the factory to begin production. The Luxe I purchased exceeded all my expectation it feels like a home than a trailer. I encountered some issues after purchase and RV Factory was Johnny on the spot specifically Pete in addressing our needs I considered the staff Top notch in after market custmer service. I can best describe the LUXE as the nicest apartment you have ever seen. Setup and pack out is extremely quick with the towing smooth as butter. Fit and finish are extremely durable and comparable to high end home finishes. I am 6'6" and have no issues anywhere in the unit. If you want a unit that never ages, this is it! Factory Warranty/Support in my case is a one off. I purchased when Augusta was bought out by RV Factory and the transition was horrendous. Show less

I noticed that there have been no recent reviews of Luxe and The RV Factory on this site. We began our build in June of 2021 and took delivery at the end of October 2021. Our experience with the sales personnel (especially Julia) was outstanding. Throughout the build process we received updates with photos of the unit as it was constructed. We spent five days at the factory taking delivery checking every aspect of the unit that we could. The few minor issues that we discovered were immediately taken care of. After living in a motorhome (the last being a Tiffin Phaeton) for 17 years, this is our first fifth wheel. It has been a dream to live in. The quality is at a par or above the Tiffin. The one small issue, relating to a waste tank level indicator was immediately dealt with by the factory allowing us to select a local mobile repairman. DRV is one of many Thor industries line of RV’s. Thor consolidation is the worst thing to happen to RV industry. Money driven not quality! Our 2017 Mobile Suites cost $135,000. Would I spend kind of money again, NO! The coach has good bones, but the line construction was absolutely horrible. Junk found in the duct work, screws coming out all over the exterior, caulking failing everywhere, poor valve for water delivery, poor to average carpentry when using high quality wood, plumbing in general poorly installed and no better than entry level at best, laminate flooring was poorly installed, slides were not installed properly at factory and out of alignment. For this amount of money none of this should be happening. Management just does not care in the slightest. These are very heavy coaches and you need one ton dully. I would recommend the Luxe if your want to spend this kind of money. Otherwise go with ARTIC Fox, Grand Design, etc. if you can stay away from anything in the Thor conglomant of RV companies, do it. Lastly, if an RV builder does not trust in their quality enough to give it a full 2 year warranty, don’t buy it. Mike Show less
