As with all new RV's, there will be problems and issues and our Montana 305 RL was no exception. Many annoyance quality problems (from day one) that I was able to fix and a few major issues that the dealer had to fix. Overall, we love the floor plan and livability, but not happy campers with Keystone quality! A Montana is supposed to be one of the upper lines of Keystone, yet you'd never know it based on the issues. To be fair to Keystone and especially my awesome dealer, they've been great so far in fixing all the issues, but it is the shear number of issues and inconvenience that is deeply concerning. Now that we've worked through most of the common factory quality issues (most were well-known by Keystone, yet they don't address them at the factory), we're finally able to enjoy the trailers after 2 years of defect discovery and repairs. I often Joke, you want to be 2nd owner of a newer RV. The first owner has to deal with all the factory bugs and warranty repairs.

We love our 44FL and are so glad we purchased our RV from The RV Factory. All RV’s will have problems as you use them and travel over rough roads. We have had a few ourselves but the post-purchase support from the RV Factory has been nothing short of unbelievable. For things that couldn’t wait, they got a mobile tech out to us immediately to address the problem. When we went back to the factory to address additional more minor issues, they were all addressed quickly with a bias of replacing rather than repairing. I can’t say enough great things about Pete, the operational VP. He is all about customer service. This is how businesses should be run.

The overall experience was verying warming when I visited the factory to begin production. The Luxe I purchased exceeded all my expectation it feels like a home than a trailer. I encountered some issues after purchase and RV Factory was Johnny on the spot specifically Pete in addressing our needs I considered the staff Top notch in after market custmer service. That is very important to me.

We bought our RV in October 2019 and drove to Tucson. Our rig was in Tucson until May. Our rig is now in the Oregon factory service center. we have such a long list of repairs needed because of the lack of quality control. Plus WE HAVE RUST ON A 6 MONTH OLD RV. The factory claims that this is due to environmental issues and thus not covered under the warranty. After battling with them, they have agreed to wire brush and coat the rust they can get to. They take no responsibility for poor undercoating or we believe no undercoating. Their own service manager said that it probably was not undercoated at the factory. So we are stuck with a rig that has so many problems it needs 350 HOURS OF LABOR TO CORRECT ALL THE ISSUES.
Not only is the rig the only thing that needs fixing. They need lessons in customer service. If anyone can offer advice on what steps I should take with this RV, please contact me.

This RV has had so many quality issues that there isn't enough room here to list all. I took it back to both the dealer and the factory and they just jerryrigged all the problems. Worst RV I have ever owned. Every time I take it out, I have to repair something. This unit should never have left the factory. I would not recommend Northwood products to anyone. If anyone would like a list of the problems I have had with this unit, e-mail me and I will send it.

RV delivered from factory with inop chassis AC and a faulty full slide. Slide was supposed to be the 3Trax system (a system that eases consumer skepticism of past slide issues). Instead, it came with an older 2 trax system (and who knows what other problems). Slide does not work - indicating a larger roller/track issue. Working issues with manuafaturer/dealer. But have lost use of our RV and exhausted with calls. Major QC issues that have risen to consumer rights issues if I wanted to fight the fight. Will give manufacturer/dealer opportunity to fix properly.

Bought my RV "new". Previous owner had it 1 month. Returned it with nearly a dozen factory issues. Dealer put it right back on the lot. I found out about the previous owner's problems when I found all their personal paperwork in the coach. Returned the RV for repairs. It took the dealer 8 months to fix everything and they still weren't done. Now for the coach. Dash bounces nearly 2 inches in the vertical. Found out through other forums the bolts holding the chassis to the body were actually broken inside the engine compartment, not the dash. Nearly every water line leaked. Exterior shower head was broken. Interior dash fans are so loud you can hardly hold a conversation. Refrigerator doors wouldn't stay closed. Had to add locks. House batteries were not interconnected properly. These were all factory issues that Fleetwood, nor, REVGroup would fix. Many issues were covered under warranty, but still could not find fixes.
