Just drove my Roadtrek 210 Popular from Florida to Fairbanks, Alaska. We traveled a total of 15,000 miles in 3 months. You will need a reliable RV when in Alaska, since you are alone in the wilderness with no services for hundreds of miles. No fear with the Roadtrek. No problems at all. Cleaned off the mud and it looked as good as new. My 2010 vehicle now has 92,000 miles and I would have no fear of doing it all again tomorrow.

In summary, we have reached out to Vogt RV and Roadtrek 11 times. Even accommodated Roadtrek 2 additional times to fix all repairs. The first time was when they took our van to Pennsylvania and the second when Sean flew to Fort Worth in freezing temperatures. He then claimed to not know about all the issues with the van even though that information was given to him when we filed with The Texas DMV and Evan Whitis sent him all the information. Despite the listed repairs the vans Air Conditioner system and batteries do not maintain a charge as promised when bought from Vogt RV. The AC will even turn off while driving on hot days This is simply not safe for us, our children and our pets. The repairs Sean claims to have done is the exact same repairs he has done before with the Pennsylvania attempt and the many times the van has been at Vogt RV for repair. We were specifically told by Sean and Roadtrek the parts were to be taken from another van on the Vogt lot and switched out to our van to fix the problems for this last attempt at repair. It sounds like that wasn't even what they really planned on doing. The repairs claimed made by Sean are the exact same repairs we were told was already done on every attempt to fix the AC and Battery systems in the past. We hope the Texas DMV Lemon Law will listen to our safety concerns regarding the SS Agile Roadtrek Van purchased from Vogt RV and the sales promise made that the van is in good working order That is definitely not the case and the inability for the van to function properly has put our family in very hot and dangerous situations with the Air Conditioning and batteries unit not functioning properly

Compared to other class Bs I have owned and or lived in for up to 5 months at a time the Roadtrek, overall is the better built and designed brand. This particular model has never leaked, and has had very few mechanical issues or equipment problems. Comfortable, easy to park drive and tow with. Not too high, economical to drive, inexpensive to insure and seats 4. Outside shower and well designed for storage. This model has a stronger chassi and higher ground clearance. Follow manufacturers recommended tire pressure for better handling and ride. Keep up with basic maintenance and they will last and retain great value compared to all other RVs.

I recently purchased the Zion 2016 and just came back from a 5 week road trip to Newfoundland and the Cabot trail. I love the van, the space and found the king bed to be as comfortable then my bed at home. I had some problems in the past with the charging the lithium batteries which cost me $1,000 to repair. Of course Roadtrek was out of business so I had to pay. However, it was fixed quickly and s&%t happens I especially like the large fridge that was jammed full and kept everything icy cold and the freezer frozen solid. I put on 7500 km and besides filling it up with gas it ran like a top. I love driving the van as its comfortable and smooth Andrew

The Dometic refrigerator was not able to keep our food under 40 degrees F in weather above 80 degrees F. I had to replace this refrigerator with a Nova Kool refrigerator that works fantastic. Every cabinet and closet door inside the RV has malfunctioned at one time or another. Had to replace all of the latches. The air conditioner failed to work in any locations with high humidity. Sewer leaks were developed in the first 10,000 miles. Had to replace all of the sewer line vales. The plastic external door trim on the bottom of the passenger door warped and pulled away from the RV body. Made the coach look cheap and demonstrated poor assembly methods. Floor in from of the sink where the shower drain is located squeaks and flexes whenever you walk on it. Very annoying. Roadtrek takes no responsibility for any of these problems nor do they have any remorce for the inconvenience and hardships caused by their poor design and installation methods.
