Upon receiving this brand new unit several things broke within the first 60 days. Navigation system display, televisions, Blu-ray player, blinds and shades falling off, inverter, and ventilation system ductwork full of sawdust. Second year heater failure, plumbing valves switchover, exterior television, air compressor on engine, generator and slide out motor failure. Third-year slide out motor failure, heater and window failure. Do not buy an RV from THOR they refused to take this RV back as it was a lemon. Final notes… 21 foot slide out opening was found to be one and a half inches out of square from the factory verified by certified mechanics. A very disappointing experience. Steve Turner- California

The drawer rails on all drawers were cheap plastic not what I expect from the manufacturer.

A nice smaller unit. You get a lot for your money. Easy to tow- had a 5,000 and 2100 mile trips so far in 2021. That being said some of the items used in the build are fairly cheap. I have had to fix a few cabinet doors because the mitered corners are butt jointed(no glue) and the plastic keepers are all starting to fail. I will have to add patches to all of the doors. Replaced the vanity faucet - the original was too small and cheap. The vanity drain leaked at the sink - detected after water found on the floor. The DC fridge is nice and roomy . It would be nice if there was an owners manual. Discovered after trial and error that a smaller number keeps the fridge cooler. The solar system charges the battery sufficiently to run the fridge all night - great for boondocking. As mentioned by a previous owner that the drawer slides will not stay closed when travelling and will fail. Had to repair the one under the dinette and add a mechanical locking bolt. The TV with internal DVD is a waste of money. The DVD portion never worked from the start and could only play DVD's no Blu-Ray. Replaced it with a 2" larger higher resolution unit and a separate DVD/Blu Ray player. In spite of these issues I still feel this is a good value for the dollar. Just be prepared to handle some problems yourself.

After owning this Hurricane for 11 months, we have accumulated over 160 days in the shop with 17 pages of work orders. I have been in contact with Thor and all they seem to say is we'll get it fixed. Each time we take it out, something else goes wrong. From rear camera not working, which is vital when towing, to delaminating of wall paper, to doors flying open, drawers flying open, ceiling vent burning out numerous times to Blue Ray not properly working and on and on. This is a 5,000 dollar motorhome being sold for 100,000.00. It is so bad Thor won't even buy their own product back. I will never pruchase another RV from Thor. I can get headaches and pain in the butt from my ex wife for free.

When meticulously maintained like this one, it's the perfect RV if you want a gas puller.Livability is great. Wonderful layout. Super good reefer with ice maker that won't quit. Theater recliners and upgraded TV/Blue Ray make evenings inside a pleasure. Outside TV/DVD/Reefer provide pleasant, relaxing warm evenings.King size dual air adjustable bed is great for a good night's sleep. Drivability is super even with TOAD tagging along. Alaska and back was a joy through the panoramic windshield.Lots of cabinet space inside and out. Truly our perfect RV. So why sell? We're getting old and have been traveling for 40 years. Simply put, we are done!
