The Winnebago Access Premier 31NP is a great RV. It's very comfortable and easy to drive. The V10 motor has ample power. It's our home away from home. We've had no issues with it since purchasing it. We've taken it all over the country. Show less

We purchased our RV new. Initially we had several minor problems, which in experience with other rvs , seems normal. The dealer took care of the issues promptly and completely. We have taken this coach all over the country. From Florida to Washington state and everything in between. We commonly towed a small car. No problem with mountains or in any driving conditions. Comfortable and easy to drive. Spent 6 weeks in it last summer with our dog. Logged 8500 miles. No problems, great trip. If we weren’t moving out of the country, we would definitely keep this RV Show less

We purchased this particular model, intending to live in it upon retirement. It had everything we would need to travel the country for an entire year. Plenty of Room for my husband, our dogs, and I. The rig is absolutely beautiful and comfortable.However, we had some issues that needed to be addressed, as with any new RV. We had purchased from Camping World, and unfortunately, their service was not done in a timely manner and up to our standards. I recommend the Montana high country 380TH, but do not purchase from Camping World. Show less

I would give a -5 if possible - I purchased a new 2021 29fkts Cataline from Country Camper in Epson NH. Specifically because Country Camper offered on site repair and I am seasonal and can't move my camper. They were bought out by RV One super store. After the trailer was delivered to my site there were numerous manufacturing issues - Wall gaps at the seams, fireplace disconnected from the wall, side wall not connected to front wall under countertop, scratch in countertop and floor, slider leaked damaging the rug, bathroom sink leaks that molded the cabinet. I reported all issues and County camper did not have the parts to repair. Now RV One is the owner and they will not honor the on site repair and I have a camper that has many issues. I can't move it because there is a 3 season room attached. Catalina Warranty is of no help unless I can find a dealership that will make on site repairs and I can't remove the screen room and get it towed. Show less

Bought this 2020 Montana High Country in July of 2020. It was manufactured in October of 2019 before Covid. I have traveled to Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, California, and Oregon, along with many trips around North Idaho where we live. We have enjoyed every trip with no issues. I do routine maintenance, grease wheel bearing and bushings, wash and wax exterior. After 5years it’s as solid as the day we bought it. I would highly recommend a Montana High Country to anyone looking for a 37 ft 4 in fifth wheel, Hope this helps you find the perfect RV Show less

As a full-timer in this model RV for 4 years, I will say this is a solid, well-built, constructed RV. This model tows phenomenal and has been across the country twice with no issues and I have had it in many different environments from hot deserts to snowy winters. I would recommend this RV model for any lifestyle. It is especially perfect for full-time as it has an open floor plan and plenty of storage and space. Due to no issues and concerns, I do not have experience dealing with the manufacturer for this particular model. Show less

We retired 3 years ago and decided to purchase this RV for a cross country trip we had dreamed about. We are 2nd owners, having purchased it from our daughter and son-in-law who used it minimally. We have taken our RV on short-term weekend trips in the Adirondacks, spent a winter in it in FL and then drove cross-country last year to Yellowstone. All our experiences were very special and totally enjoyable. At 31.7 feet, the RV is easy to drive and navigate, even for my wife. It is big enough to provide comfortable living space for a long period of time, as we discovered on our 50-day cross country trip last year. There is no better way to see our beautiful country than in an RV. It is also styled to accommodate our two grandsons, who love a trip or two with their grandparents during the summer. We have owned this Travel Trailer for 6 years. We have made 3 cross country trips and numerous other trips. We average about 60 days per year in it. We have had very little trouble with it. Initially we had a leak at front window that caused shelf to delaminate. Northgate RV in Ringglod, GA replaced shelf and repaired window under warranty. Other than that no major issues. Upgraded to a Residential style mattress in first year and so glad we did. Show less

We bought our RV in November 2018. My husband was retiring June 2019. This was to be our retirement pleasure to see the country. Big Purchase. We have had many issues, and was in the shop a lot! However, I have to be honest, Thor was awesome, responding quickly with the many issues we experienced. I cried a lot, was just very disappointing. But zthor was their to help, every time. I found this RV a breeze to drive, making it the perfect RV for driving cross country. I had no issues driving it down into the Yosemite Valley and even parked it at a ParkNRide in San Francisco. The interior is in pristine condition, including updated upholstery, beautiful Italian cabinetry with massive storage. Exterior storage, not so much, but it was plenty enough for two people traveling. The twin bed floor plan made it convenient to sleep anytime. Loved the privacy shades and the beautiful lighting that was among the many unique features of this 24V Navion. Show less
