2021 Momentum 28G is a complete piece of crap! I was warned that most rv's are crap, so I thought I'd go with the best built, best quality, best etc., Nope...100% crap! I've owned this rig for less than a year and it has been in the shop for 5mos. Flooring issues, bed motor issues, window issues, pieces falling off issues, graphic issues, and radio issues. Stay clear! Spend the money to go all aluminum like ATC. Outside of the issues, it towes like freaking crap. (Note-i have a 2021 F350 with a blue ox 2000/20000lb weight distribution hitch) and still pulls like a piece of crap. Layout is great, about the only positive! I can't believe these things are even aloud on the road how they're built!

We've had a number of issues, not real sure if this is normal with RV's but it's been frustrating. We've had an awning motor go bad, shower door leak, front two jacks replaced, generator issues, the undercarriage totally coming down, regulator on LP replaced, refrigerator needing to be "reset", we added a rear camera which the monitor worked maybe a year and most recent our living room furniture literally is peeling away. The vinyl used was about as cheap as they could possibly have chosen. I've been told they've since changed to an upgraded fabric. From what I've been told RV's are made as cheap as possible and we should just accept it or not be RV-ers... We love the RV life and are not willing to give it up just yet.

My family has loved our Coachmen Freelander 21RS. Easy to drive at only 24 feet long, descent on gas, as far as RV's go, and great layout with plenty of storage space. We have taken our RV from Arizona all the way to Texas and back again. Through the mountains and through the heat with no problems. The Chevy V8 handled it all without any issues.

We bought this RV not so long ago, when we decided to downsize, it was hard to let this RV go. I'm from Switzerland and as such I'm used to good quality. I researched American RV's for almost to years before we emigrated to the US and there was not a lot of RV's that made it in to my top ten, but Doubletree was one of them. The reason why is; older RV's like Doubletree was build much sturdier not like the card houses of to day's RV's.

I have been in camping with RV's for more than 50 years and currently have a 5th wheel and this Axis unit, so I do have some experience with RV's. I purchased this unit in September 2014 and to date have not been able to utilize this unit as designed. I have and currently have so many things go wrong or are wrong that I could not recommend not only this unit but any unit manufactured by Thor. I have not gotten what might be considered help from Thor to correct issues. The latest issues are once again with the awning and since having leaking windows is causing de-lamination of a inside wall. I have filed under NY's lemon law to have the unit returned and get all monies that I have spent returned. I cannot and will not recommend this unit or any other unit manufactured by Thor.

Bought it and sold it two years later. Too many issues to even go into. The quality and craftmanship was horrible. We are done with anything made by this company and had nothing but problems. Stay away from anything made by Thor...... They provide nothing in guides when purchasing new. Learned mostly from the web about others experiences. Worst purchase of my life and done with RV's moving forward....

The Bighorn has issues as well...we take it offroad, but overall, a better rig, with higher quality, and less worries. Overall, after talking to many owners, new RV's, in general,
are poorly made and one can expect issues sooner than later. Inspect, inspect, inspect...before you buy !
Once your off the lot...your totally forgotten !

Oowned a 2020 WInnebago View 24V for a year. Overall great coach. Had leak problems in overhead bunk and other problems here and there. I have owned multiple RV's.
Bottom line - Dont let these sorry RV Dealers touch your rig if it breaks. Go to the factory in IOWA its worth the trip! I go once a year even though its 1400 miles away. Dealers love selling RV's but are totally incompetent to fix them. The factory knows the rigs and can fix all problems noted by others very easily.
Winnebago is better than most like those sorry Thor products - heard nothing but horror stories!

Easy to dry camp for days with oversized water and waste tanks, thermo double pane windows, inverter, solar panel, generator, strong chassis, 22.5 inch wheels. Looks like the $400,000 RV's we park next to at the race tracks. The 32VS we have is fully loaded with every conceivable option. Quality and layout good enough to go full time.

We LOVE being able to camp in our CA winters. That alone is worth it all! That said: Not a perfect experience by any means, but having done a bunch of research we fully expected to have issues. RV's in general are made cheap, quick, and usually by underpaid labor. So going in we knew we would have to fix/replace a few things. Most issues have been installer issues, some trim pieces the brads were over driven (ie through the trim), the microwave wanted to jump out because the 3 of the 4 screws holding it didn't go into wood. A we've had a few device manufacturer or material failures: 1) water heater circuit board fried a relay, 2) the propane hoses to the tanks failed. Both of the material issues were resolved by my awesome RV dealer, RVMax in Rocklin CA, without bringing the darn RV to the dealer! Now have routine maintenance, failing sealant, etc.
