Bought a Plateau ts 2018 in October 2018 at 20,000 km from a Pleasure way dealer. Had problems with defective sensors for black and grey holding tanks, the Fiamma awning is unusable since our purchase, and now there is a safety recall, awning can open while driving, nothing less. It happens to us last July, fortunately just before we access the highway. When I called PW customer service last week, I was told to buy Velcro straps to prevent this problem. After arguing, they accept to send me those straps « when avalaible ». Also have problem with peeling of the Ultra leather fabric that cover both driver and passenger seat. Again, Pleasure way denied their responsibility and refer me to Ultra fabrics inc., their provider. This corporation answer me they only deals with their direct customer, Pleasure way, also telling me that their fabric was still under warranty. Believe it or not, Pleasure way refuse to process my request saying the warranty is not transferable, because the RV had 20,000 km at the moment of purchase. So be aware, Pleasure way denied their responsibility when you have a problem with a defective component. Their customer service is detestable. One of their customer service attendant is agressive and impolite. Will not buy Pleasure way again.

This has been a great RV. Pleasure-Way has a great warranty and support. Had some issues with door latches and LED lights easrly on; both replaced at no charge. The unit is easy, no, pleasurable, to drive, with panoramic views from the front seat. All the appliances still work after 6 years, w/o any problems. Just returned from a two week road trip and everything worked fine. The craftmanship is exemplarary, and it shows. I can recommend w/o reservation.

Pleasure-Way has a great warranty and support. Almost every weekend in this RV is like a mini vacation in it of itself-day picnic near ocean or near mountain-just park and enjoy nature anywhere in downtown or away from cities! It’s a hobby for me to keep it mechanically and impeccably clean. Never smoked in, no pets and I’ve owned it for over four years and have improved it. All the appliances still work without any problems. The craftmanship is the best, I can recommend without any hesitation.

The dealership spent a half day tightening screws, table, door latches. Couldn't get it home from dealer without thinking it was going to burn up. The support phone number was useless and wanted us to sit in the RV for the weekend without anything working, including heat, in about fifteen degrees. We prepared to jump out of the vehicle as it was smoking but found a Ford dealership who spent hours with us trying to figure out the problem. A relay from the engine to the living area. It was disconnected, got it home the rest of the way discovering additional other problems. Took a lot for manufacturer to agree to fix the numerous problems. Drive it there an left it for weeks. We went through what they said they checked, but still didn't fix all the problems. We've driven thousand of miles and none for pleasure. Dealership nor manufacturer will take it back. Absolutely do NOT recommend Nexus!

We traveled all the way to Florida and back with no issues. It has a very comfortable living space since 2 slides make the area very roomy. The TV lowers into a pocket so that there is extra light during the day. 4 door refrigerator gave us ample space to carry a lot of groceries. Heating and cooling great. Wardrobe and drawers offer great storage. The kitchen is a great configuration with an an extra pennisula for prep work We flat towed a Jeep Trailhawk with no problems. It made no difference in mileage. It is a pretty quiet ride and the J drive made for a stable travel. Having auto jack leveling, electric awning, GPS, outdoor entertainment center and an auto crush sewer made for easy camp break down. We have enjoyed the the smaller overall length because we were able to stay in any campground except in National Parks because most are 28 to 30 feet or less. We had a diamond shield covering put on when we purchased the RV and it has made it easy to keep clean. It has been a pleasure to travel in. I'm only selling it because I no longer have someone to travel and enjoy the sites of the US.

My wife & I ordered this Tiffin Phaeton from the factory in 2007. We were "newbies," and had NEVER owned a recreational RV or even a tow trailer. We are researchers, so we both spent months on the internet researching a motorhome manufacturer that built a user-friendly, low maintenance coach. Tiffin came out ahead, and especially the Phaeton! WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS GREAT COACH, and, even though new to the RVing world in 2007, this fantastic coach made us look like real pros!! It is a pleasure on the road. And, so easy to pull into a site and within 10 minutes, the (4) slides are out, area rugs in place, and we are grilling steaks & having a glass of wine. There is only one problem with this coach -- it attracts a lot of attention -- so sometimes my glass of wine gets warm while I am busy talking to folks who casually walk by and ask me how I like my Phaeton!! Oh, and by the way, if we needed any answers on the maintenance, etc., we found Tiffin has a fantastic online RV mechanic that responds to you within minutes. Couldn't ask for more -- paradise (on earth, that is)! THANKS, TIFFIN!!
