We've owned a Newmar Ventana 4002 for 6 years now. We have had 2 other Class A motorhomes by different manufacturers and Newmar is absolutely the best. Spacious floorplan, extreme comfort and the quality of the Newmar is outstanding. We have had no issues or problems except for our outside TV that we broke. We would definitely recommend Newmar as one of the top Class A motor home manufacturers.

We currently own a 2015 Newmar Ventana 4002 for 6 years. This motor home has been a blessing. Newmar is one of the top motor home manufacturers and has certainly stood up to it's good reputation. We have not had any problems at all with this unit. We previously owned 2 other brand motor homes and had nothing but problems with both. We finally upgraded to this Newmar Ventana 4002 and it was the best thing we ever did. We even lived in it for a month to test it for retirement full time living and it was perfect! Since we have owned 2 other motor homes that were not Newmar, we realize the quality of the Newmar motor home to be outstanding.

Newmar makes a quality coach, they are very helpful if you have any problems, you can call and someone will help directly over the phone. They have all of the parts for the coach, but have found their prices to be on the high side, but they have them. Would recommend a Newmar to anyone looking for a quality diesel pusher-

This is our 4th Newmar (Bay Star, Canyon Star, Ventana) and now another Ventana. Canyon Star (gas) at 40 feet just didn’t have enough power for our needs. Had a few minor problems but all fixed on the rigs but we have talked to lots of folks over the last 15 years on the road and every brand has their share of problems. There is not a brand out there without issues. Some are production problems, some like a/c units are model problems and some are definitely owner caused problems. We have not had problems with getting it serviced but we did have a service writer that did not listen to us (twice,)but you will find that anywhere. Yes, next one will probably be a Newmar unless Winnebago management ruins the company. Yes, we have friends that swear by their Winnebago Horizons and others that swear at them!

My coach had tv satellite problems from day one. I have on this coast now for 30 days and I still don’t have satellite nor does my Blu-ray work in the living room . Several Newmar service centers advised me they will not work on your coach unless, you bought it from them. Newmar does not make these service centers take care of their customers. I have driven from Florida to Colorado through Montana Wyoming and Idaho and have never found one Newmar service center willing to help without 23 weeks prior notice. Secondly, they don’t extend the HDMI cable far enough into the TV box are Newmar does not make these service centers take care of their customers. Secondly, they don’t extend the HDMI cable far enough into the TV cabinet and mine broke off. It’s going to take seven weeks for me to get that repaired so I will not have TV satellite for seven weeks. I called the nearest local dealer in liberty Lake Washington and they told me the earliest I can get in is eight weeks from now. They said they don’t have to service me because I did not buy my Newmar from them ! Unless Newmar lays down stringent rules that all Newmar customers must be serviced immediately or face the consequences of potentially losing the dealership , I would never recommend nor buy Newmar !

My wife and I are fulltime in this 2015 Canyon Star 3914. We did have some problems when we first bought the coach but that was the dealer mostly. When I called directly to Newmar and talked to Bruce, he took care of everything. My wife is a travel nurse and Bruce never asked us to bring our rig to a dealer. He sent someone to our campground everytime we had a problem to get it fixed. Every new rig will have problems...and Newmar fixed this rig of our every and anytime we had a problem. Now that we have had it for over 8 mos we have had no problems since.

we researched the RV market for over two years narrowing down our choice to two coaches, a Newmar King Aire and a Newell. We really liked the Newell but it was over twice as much money and, to us, was worth just about the same as the King Aire. After owning our King Aire for 20 months and traveling 19,523 miles, we know we made the right decision. We have had very few problems and those we had were quickly corrected by the dealer or Newmar. This is a coach we are proud to own.

Had our 2015 Canyon Star about 9 months when we started having problems with the driver side living area slide out. It either would not come in or go out. It was "repaired" several times at the dealer and twce at the factory and worked fine while there but it failed again the first time we tried to use it after repairs. Newmar has worked on it and supported the repair costs so far but seems unable to get to the root cause and cure. VERY FRUSTRATING and Newmar attitude is sort of blase. BUMMER
