H went out of his way to walk me through and where and how to turn the appropriate valves in the right direction in order to fill, run on shore (RV PARK WATER) as well as dry camp and use the water pump settings
THANK YOU MATT!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a 2022 Primetime Sanibel 3802WB from General RV at the Hersey PA show Sept 2021. Paid to have the 5th wheel hitch installed in our brand new 2021 RAM 2500. We scheduled our appointment on November 13th 2021 to have the Harrisburg PA location install our 5th wheel hitch. Our appointment was at 9am. Matt (the Service tech Manger)took our truck at 930am. After waiting all day for them to finish installing the hitch, at 530 pm Matt came and said that we are all set! Good to go! Thank god we did not hook up our 5th wheel 14k pounds. Matt installed the wrong hitch, installed the rails in the wrong direction and only used one (1) nut! We videod this and sent it to Robin Kind who sold us our unit at the show he works in the Brownstown MI location. We could have seriously hurt someone or ourselves! We asked to be refunded for the hitch installation $2500 and still have not been refunded. We have had the correct rails and hitch installed. And because of his incompetence we now have multiple holes in the bed and in the frame of our brand new 2021 Ram. This is due to General RV not training anyone in Harrisburg PA location!
**STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUNDS! DONT BUY FROM GENERAL RV! NOTHING BUT HEADACHES, DISAPPOINTMENT AND THEY LIE! **

The modern finishes on the interior are very attractive and the number of windows allow for great lighting on the interior. The basement is huge, we have two awnings, and we're very happy to have the poly-matt rather than carpet. This is a super nice rig with lots of features including much more counter space.

Called Forest River in April I've done everything Matt has told me to do and still no parts no repairs nothing!!! Unless their warranty dept or lack of starts following through in a timely matter I wouldn't recommend anything from them

Purchased a new 2012 Sprindale. The black water holding tank doesn't drain completely, took it in and was told it good. Still not draining. The bigger problem is that the paint started peeling in spring of 2016. I realize the warranty expired, but I was told by Keystone rep. that it was a rock chip or extreme heat problem, which in my opinion, is not the case. After months and a string of emails and mentioning CEO Matt Zimmerman, I received a phone call stating Keystone claimed no responsibility. Highly recommend looking at other manufacturers.

I had to go 400 miles away to Collier I94 RV in Wentworth Ill. Good experience with Matt Wagoner in sales and his mngr. Greg. Better trade deal than offered elsewhere. I would recommend them as square shooters. Only got better from there. My local dealer of choice,Ketelsen Rv in Desoto Iowa, while not selling class c’s or Coachman is a Forest River certified dealer and were more than helpful with a few early warranty issues. I did have a large slide seal issue they weren't comfortable with. My service rep fixed me up with Ron Ross, class c service mangr. For coachman products. Factory vist this las week. 3 hours and back on the road. Rons service team is top notch. They have also indicated they would cover my fuel expense to and from. $320.00 Hated to make the trip, but could not be happier with my Coachman Concord experiance.

The RV industery is very fortunate to have the customer pay for their mistakes. We have always bragged about our Grand Designs, but not anymore. What a shame!

Terrible Keystone retail service people have flat out lied to me and dealer I bought it from. This trailer was bought in Concord NC. The dealer has had very little success with Keystone getting issues resolved Plus other customers of the dealer Golden Gait Trailers are also having a time with Keystone. Plus this trailer has been in shop for over six weeks and same issues exist. It was sent to camping world and they have same issues with Keystone Everyone that has these bad issues with Keystone need to rally together and all visit town where people built these poorly built trailer. Matt Zimmerman needs to have his family stay in these trailers and have their bank accounts depleted by paying for these pure sorry built units. Pretty bad when people who sell them can't get them fixed. Lot worse then car dealers.

I'm the second owner of this RV; The floorplan has the most storage of the gas models. I hate the fact that Newmar put the generator under the rear queen bed, so that the noise reverberates up to the bed. I lifted the bed and put a double layer of rock wool insulation and plan on installing "Fat Mat", which is a sound deadening material. The 400 watt modified sine inverter is virtually useless and will be replaced with a 1000 watt pure sine. Quality of the interior is good and the base oak cabinets are very good. Typical Amish attention to detail. I've met both Matt and Pam Miller of Newmar and they are very nice people and are willing to listen to owner suggestions. I hope that Workhorse comes back to life with the GM Vortec engine as an alternative to the Ford chassis/engine. I'm pleased overall with the coach and I'm always on the lookout to upgrade to a newer year.

The Revel is great. I just wouldn’t bring one to Main Line Overland for modifications. My experience with Main Line Overland was very poor. Unfortunately they appear to be an unprofessional company that is not equipped to deal with any problems beyond bolting on parts. I gave them every chance to make good. When I was asked to leave an internet review I contacted Taylor Kronuch, their Customer Service Manager, instead. I asked for her help rather than criticize the company on a public forum. Unfortunately Taylor ignored me. I ordered almost $2,000 of stuff in September of 2022 for a new Winnebago Revel. I worked everything out with Don Cote. I told him that I need it completed by December at the latest and now it’s February. The plan was to drop the van off to mount all of the upgrades at once. I live in Maine and have to travel to New Hampshire to get this done. Don Cote said everything would be in by late October. Then I never heard from them. Don Cote had left the company and Main Line's IT department isn't equipped to have the email bounce back. Todd Ireland got back to me on 12/5 saying everything was in and had an opening the next day. On 12/8 he emails me and says they had the wrong brackets for a light bar. Todd blamed everything on Don Cote. He, and another Main Line employee, Luke, said they were still recovering from when Don worked there. My expectations may be high but if Todd thinks Don has caused so many problems why wouldn't he double check the order? Why would a client ever hear about an internal issue? When I picked it up I asked Todd directly if he would take care of the cost of the mounting of the light bar/brackets. He said he would. The brackets came in and I asked Todd if I needed to drop it off or wait for it. His Reply (cut and pasted from the email he sent me on 12/13), "I will put you on the books for the 21st. You can surely wait, it may be a couple hours". I came in on 12/21 and wanted over eight hours. I missed two important meetings that afternoon and I was not pleased. When I asked what the holdup was Todd and Luke told me that it is an all-day job and that I was wrong to expect it to be done in a couple of hours. Not only that, he still charged me for labor after saying he wouldn't. It's bad enough that my day was blown but to have these employees, who based on my experience are inept, give me a hard time and charge me when they said they wouldn't is unacceptable. I showed him his email proving what he had said and all he could say was sorry. I explained the issues (also a ski box they had mounted improperly and needed tightened), in an email sent to Taylor Kronuch January 3rd and copied both company principles, Tom and Matt Henwood. Taylor replied "This is not the customer experience we strive for, if there is anything you are interested in adding to your van in the future please reach out to me directly and we will do our best to make this up to you". I told her since Todd told me he wasn't going to charge me for the installation of that light bar I thought it's only right that Main Line cut me a check back for that charge and if she really want to do the right thing and compensate me for the day they caused me to waste, and, to send someone to me to fix the poorly mounted ski box. I asked her "Please do the right thing and take care of this". I sent her a couple of emails over the next couple of weeks with no reply. She called me on January 13 and told me she would do nothing to help me. She also clarified that she would "make it up to me" if I bought more stuff. The low level of professionalism shown by Taylor and the lack of response from the two principles, Tom and Matt Henwood, speaks volumes. The funny thing is that the Revel gets more attention than anything I've ever owned. This includes antique sports cars, modified BMWs and Audis...a Corvette...a Shelby. I will let everyone I speak to know exactly where not to bring their van or truck for modifications. That said: If Main Line does decide to act in a classy manner and do the right thing I will let you know.
