Bought A Lance Camper brand new , took it out once to discover all the problems with it. The workmanship and quality control from Lance is horrible! It’s all warranty, however it’s been at the dealer for a month, long story short I bought a brand new camper that was not usable they took my money and sent me out with a POS .So here I sit with no camper waiting for them to fix their problems I’ll never buy another Lance ever again. Our Lance 1575 has been with the dealer for warranty repairs more than we’ve owned it. Premium brand, premium price, lousy quality and lousy service. Our four season camper has become a no season camper. If there was a lemon law for campers we would exercise that option and get rid of it. Sky light leak lead to roof problems, stove top burners fell apart, power awning was installed incorrectly, big ass fan fell apart. Kitchen faucet broke on first trip, outside shower had poor water pressure, refrigerator had loose wiring. Enough already. Going on 4 months in the shop and have no idea when repairs will be done. I saved all my life to buy a new camper and I thought Lance was one of the top of the line. It started with poor service at the dealer and has become a nightmare ever since. I'll go down the list of things that broke. First the rear left Jack did not work properly took it in twice for repair was told there was nothing wrong with it it's still ratchets and does not work properly to this day next trip out the molding around the stove fell off the molding around the slide out started falling off I took it in for warranty they used in air nailer and left holes in the trim .the awning broke on the slide out the RV lock broke after 2 years and have to be replaced the first time I use the outside shower the lines blew off and sprayed water everywhere in that compartment. After 2 years the decals are falling off. The inside sliding garbage can fell apart and needs to be replaced. One of the window blinds fell apart the shelf above the sink fell off. I've had problems with two or three of the doors not closing properly. The exterior door has never worked right it has to be slammed real hard in order to close. CO2 smoke detector failed after 2 years. The carpet is fraying and starting to come loose in different parts around the slide out in floor the kitchen faucet broke I replaced it twice it had the same problem. The quality control of the Lance camper is definitely subpar they look good but they fall apart fast. I would stay away from Lance until they get a handle on their quality control Show less

BUYER BEWARE -so is airstream another american corporation gone by the wayside, living off its past reputation? because I sure am not impressed; I thought we were buying a quality item... boy, was I wrong... our Lance camper never had a problem in years of Az summer heat/sun -pending further review due to multiple post sale problems -missing parts, ALL laminate (every laminated item (EVERY) with sticky backing)falling off (EVERYTHING) -within one week of buying? ... ($100,000 2017 airstream) -makes you question the integrity of the manufacturer. -and now(get this); it is "my" "warranty" problem...-so nice! -do you EVER think for 1 minute I would have bought a new $100K airstream had I know of the at least 12 pending factory issues of this unit? -ya gotta be kidding me . -another complaint to BBB BUYER BEWARE Show less
