Keystone Springdale 282BHSSR Con!! GARBAGE! SINKING SHIP! LEAKY. PATHETIC DEATH TRAP. LEMON ON WHEELS! The true description can fill this page. Within 2 years, the slide floor rotted out with water damage. The entire bunk corner and rear rotted out with black mold and water damage. The entire roof above slide rotted out with water damage and black mold. As I removed the wallboard, the handfulls of black moldy fiberglass insulation about choked me out. I could see that only one half of the staple shot into entire aluminum frame was in the frame. Total death trap. ALL OF THIS HAD BEEN REPAIRED BY MANUFACTURER. LOL!!!! They put in epoxy plugs that shrunk, and broke away. There is do much more. DO NOT EVER BUY A KEYSTONE TRAILER. !!! Pro: I have an awesome 04 ram 1500 hemi that will pull this joke to the dump nicely. I'm being asked to list pros. THERE ARE NONE!!

We are going on 2 years of having this camper. Nothing but quality issues, It is very low end. We have had to replace faucets, shocks, water pump, get front painted, and issues just keep arising. We also have water damage from leaking. It leaked above closet in bedroom and 2 of the slideouts have leaked causing damage to trim & entertainment center. I believe the leaking is due to the seals, they seem to not lay correctly against the sides of slideout/camper. When I bring in slideouts in the rain a river will run across the front of my camper. I will never buy Keystone again!

Our 2024 Coleman Lantern 17B developed major water damage and delamination within the first year. Keystone RV’s handling of the warranty claim has been frustrating and inconsistent from the start. Their representative initially said they wanted to “do what’s right for my family” and acknowledged how serious water damage could be. But they quickly shifted to blaming me for “lack of maintenance” — with no proof. Then they demanded $6,500 out of pocket for a replacement unit. I was forced to accept a buyout — until I submitted an updated payoff that was less than $1,800 higher. Suddenly, Keystone dropped the $6,500 demand and offered both a new buyout and a replacement. This flip-flop proved they were never negotiating in good faith. They missed multiple deadlines, ignored my final offer, and went completely silent. Keystone’s customer service failed my family when we needed them most. If you’re thinking about buying from them — be careful. Document everything, and don’t assume they’ll back their product when it matters.

My wife and I purchased this park model in 2019, at 1st it was acceptable. You can definitely see the skimping on workmanship amd quality of products used. Our 1st problem was the TV which was replaced, power inverter replaced, last season we noticed water leakage from the bulk head above the kitchen windows, only to find there was no sealant around the 2 exterior lights. This season spring of 2022 when we opened all seem fine, than I noticed water damage on the carpet near the fridge. I pulled out the fridge only to find the carpet soaked. I proceeded to pull off the walls and pull-up carpet to find significant water damage and mold growth. With little time left on the 3 yr structural warranty and started my claim with Keystone to just have it declined. Declined due to improper maintenance on my part. So no I would not recommend Keystone as a reliable option. Now I must cover the repairs and now I will be cover my trailer with the proper trailer covers in the off season.

We purchased our trailer a few months ago from a private seller. It is our first trailer so we were very happy with it until our last camping trip in the end of last month which we noticed water drops coming down the walls. We have a major roof damage. After we came back from our trip we decided to take it to Camping World so they could contact Keystone 3-year structural warranty and we found out what a scam this warranty thing is. Keystone declined to cover the damage and we were left with at least a 6k bill to pay. Second opinion would be to sell it for 6k, less than half of what we paid for. We are so sad. I would not recommend this trailer brand. They treat their customers terribly and do false warranty advertisement.

Owned less than 2 years. Table kept falling over had to file complaint with attorney general’s office to get Keystone to fix the design. Black water flush doesn’t work have read valve could be in backwards haven’t checked that yet. The closet slide out roof was damaged from leaking oil from the motor had to argue with Keystone to get it fixed under warranty even tho it was a known issue. First time using the furnace and it isn’t working properly keeps cycling on and off Keystone said warranty was up. Trim keeps falling off and the kitchen cupboard doors don’t stay closed so one got damaged when I opened the slide out. Shower drain leaked and caused water to leak in the bottom storage compartment. Fortunately we found it before it did any damage. Cargo shelf bent down when we tried to put two bikes on it. Would not recommend a Keystone product.

I am extremely disappointed, unhappy, disgusted and angry with Keystone and it's affiliates. There was a manufacturer's defect in our Denali that resulted in water damage. The dealership discovered that the awning and drain spout were improperly installed at the factory which resulted in water wicking in and delaminating the flooring material. This was all discovered long before our warranty ran out. Now Keystone is declining to rectify this problem. In the words of their voice mail, "We decline to participate", in other words, not honouring their warranty. We have not received a detailed explanation as to why. We did our due diligence by bringing it for repairs in a timely fashion. So fellow RVers, stay far away from Keystone products. If I could have given them 0 stars for service and warranty, I would have!

I bought this unit new and had several problems staring with the toilet leaking and pumping the tank full of water on the inside. Didn\'t think the cabinets were water socked at the time but now show the water damage. The refrigerator cools when it feels like it! Now the worst it had developed a crack in the gel coat which looks like a weld has broke on the frame. I have had several RVs but no more Keystone products.

We picked the 2021 Cougar 27RKS and after purchasing, we noticed the exterior walls was bulging in spots and water was coming in a compartment. Also, we noticed that the floor on a slide out was coming apart from water damage. We contacted the dealer Camping World and after a month was scheduled to bring it in. Keystone requested a moisture test on the camper and after months has yet to get it from Camping World. Let me say that new Keystone campers are junk and Camping World is not worth dealing with.

Our 2019 keystone bullet has been really a POS. From day one we had issues. A water leak and the fresh water supply cause damage to the floor which supposedly had to go back to the factory to be replaced. They said it could take 6 to 12 weeks. Unacceptable. Within the first year the AC went out. It took almost 2 weeks to get a new one installed. The kitchen table is delaminating. The vent fans are discoloring to a yellow tint. The caulking around the white sink in the bathroom has yellowed. Of course the OE tires we got we had a blowout basically on our first trip. I think the guy at the tire store called them China bombs. They have been replaced with better tires. Overall the trim work is very poor. We will never purchase another keystone product. This has been our fourth RV and definitely our last one from keystone.
