We purchase a new 2024 Alpine and we have no heat since we purchased it. It has been back to General RV 5 time and still no heat. Excuses of air in the gas line, needs new mother board .....need more review.I would not recommend General RV or Keystone Alpine as they do not honor the warrantee as demonstrated by one year later, 5 appointments and not repaired. NO NOT PURCHASE FROM GENERAL RV OR A KEYSTONE PRODUCT THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY Show less

Terrible experience, poor workmanship on RV. I bought a brand new Keystone Alpine 5th wheel one year ago this month, and it’s been in shop since Nov.9th. They denied work on RV that is clearly from poor workmanship. DO NOT BUY KEYSTONE PRODUCTS! Show less

Our ALPINE is our second Keystone fifthweel. We bought it new and had several issues on our fist night out (shakedown) run. Forced air heater didnt work, fire place didn't come on, Samsung frig didn't cool top or bottom. The dealer did take care off the issues after 3 months in the shop of the first 4 months of ownership. We have had continual issues with Samsung frig not cooling and trying to coordinate a Samsung Tech to meet us at RV sites. Have lost many $ of food. Otherwise we like the floor plan and overall quality. Keystone really needs to rethink providing Samsung residential refrigerators in their units. There are hundreds of negative issues and blogs on these refrigerators and is a direct reflection on Keystone. If you buy a new Alpine, have them swap out Samsung frig for another make. Samsung warranty doesn't help you much while on the road with a refrigerator full of food. Which we have experienced three times now in less than 8 months) Show less

The 2020 Keystone Alpine 3712KB is an outstanding fifth wheel that combines luxury, comfort, and practicality in a beautiful package. The five-slide open floor plan provides an incredibly spacious living area that feels like home. The modern features, such as the leather couches with seat heaters, fireplace, and stylish kitchen, elevate the experience. What truly sets this RV apart is its attention to detail and convenience. The large walk-in pantry and abundant storage throughout make it easy to keep everything organized. The walk-in shower and washer and dryer in the master suite are excellent additions, making long-term travel much more comfortable. The hydraulic leveling system takes the hassle out of setup. Overall, the Alpine 3712KB is perfect for luxury and functionality in a fifth wheel. Highly recommended Show less

I have had my Alpine for 1 year I really liked the RV. Till Dealer worked on Roof that\'s When all went bad the roof has been replaced 3 times last time Keystone claims it was replaced at Factory, I had a massive water leak and they just stapled the ceiling all over tried to cover it up with paint. This has become a big Headache from the very begining Show less

KEYSTONE? THINK TWICE!!! We have owned our RV for almost 3 years, and recently took a trip where our roof membrane was peeling back in the wind as we were driving down the road. We stopped at a dealer where we were told this is not uncommon with Keystone, AS well as our dealer at home. TAKE NOTE THE MANUFACTURER ONLY WARRANTIES THE ROOF 1 YEAR. We discovered our extended warranty did not cover it at all. Our insurance adjuster also said it was not covered as it was a MANUFACTURER DEFECT as the membrane was only 1.5 inches under the front molding and it should have been more. This repair costs $9,500. We appealed to the manufacturer to fix the roof as we had a letter from both dealers and our Insurance saying this was a defect. KEYSTONE IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND HAS NO INTEGRITY. Secondly, we had a tire blowout, and AAA told us our tires were dated 2012 on our 2014 Alpine! Show less

I never traveled but I loved in my RV 8 months a year. I cooked a lot and this RV has a GREAT KITCHEN lots cabinets a generator is a must have, get a memory foam king mattress as option ,money well spent. A washer dryer combination vented to the out side is a must for the summer to cut back on the humidity. I opted for a third air conditioner one with a heat pump it’s great on a cold MORNING believe me. I have many tagalong, motor homes, and 5 fifth Wheel Rv Non of them could compare to my KEYSTONE ALPINE. I have 60 plus years of Camping And RV,Ing I lie NOT ITS A GREAT LIFE , Plus Friends by the Hundreds TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT. Show less

We purchased this RV in March. We like the RV but it has very little insulation. Has 2 Dometic 15000 btu air conditioners, both had to be replaced. Most crown molding is not coming apart. Have a wall in bedroom that is also coming apart. Have a wall that is very hot 🥵 and is the reason we had to ad a Coleman ac to keep temperature below 86 in RV. Also the thermostat in kitchen on back wall making the temperature to read wrong. And the ac never turns off. Three leveling devices are leaking. The satellite cable is not connected through to the outside television. Xtra bathroom has W/D and commode hooked into a gray tank. Had to add drainage to a black tank. Flushers to gray tank werent hooked up correctly. There is more so be forewarned before you buy Keystone Alpine. So far there are 3 in the park with many problems. Show less

We have done extensive research on Keystone RV'and recommendations. We then purchased our Alpine 3600RS and while staying in it for 3 days the touch screen module went out. It was replaced in Two weeks, now living in the camper in Flordia the roof leaked, Not being able to live else where at the his time I had a Moble RV service do Temporary repairs on roof till we are able to get back to NC. The money we spent on repairs is being held till a certified repair Facility can confirm the peeling of the rubber roof material and exposing the wood, pictures have been sent but still under review, My opinion is the people who cleaned the camper before delivery used a costic chemical to clean with because the rubber seals around the slide outs have melted and left marks on the side of the slideouts which I can't remove, but this is just my opinion. The camper overall is a pleasure to live in but I wish they had CERTIFIED MOBILE TECH'S available. Show less
