Purchased a Laredo 303TG and loved it. I just noticed the front cap is fading really bad. This trailer has been stored inside. It's been outside for 2 months and the fading is awful. Keystone will not fix it due to the warranty being out. I started researching this and found hundreds of people in the same boat. It obviously is the gel coat used. Keystone will not stand behind their products. It's time to complain to the attorney general. I'm writing this so other people with this problem will call the attorney general. The more complaints maybe something will happen. To the people looking into buying a unit that has a brown or gray front cap DO NOT buy.

My Keystone Passport GT is a piece of junk. It is a 2021 and is a 2400 RB. Nothing but problems out of it and horrible management and Keystone could care less. This is based on my own personal opinion and experience. I also climbed the back ladder and it broke and they claim I told them it was cracked and then I did it. Not true ! It cracked because of me climbing it and no sticker on it telling the weight limit. I had a warped refrigerator door, warped cabinet door. Both sliding doors coming off the tract. Top of shower coming apart. Sharp edges on some of the wood. The bed was not the original bed. Someone switched it out and the whole bottom of it was ripped. The wood on the right side of the bed was all chewed up. Sawdust still coming out everywhere. Light covers come of everywhere in the camper after you have been on the road. The GE A/C is so loud that you can barely hear the TV. Lot more stuff I found. I find the Director Of Operations rude and unprofessional for Keystone RV. Please buy a Forest River or something else but I would stay away from Keystone RV. Please do your research before you buy a Keystone. Message me for a ton of complaints about them.

My husband and needed to have a lifestyle change and Decided to buy a 2020 keystone Montana High Country. It was very pretty. When it was time to get it they said that something in the air conditioner was recalled. Then I was bringing belongings into the camper and noticed the panels in the closet were Very damaged. Days later we found out there was structural damage. We were offered an upgrade at no extra cost which was nice to a Montana 3780rd. We put in a direct tv satellite $3500. We were told that it was completely wired for this. After we left and had direct tv come out, they said that the wiring was not correct and there were too many duplexes
In the wiring. Also the dish wasn’t installed properly. This had to be completely rewired. The built in usb chargers were wired backwards, then the batteries wouldn’t charge. We found out that the cable from the power center to the battery was bad. They have to cut the underbelly out to replace this. I really don’t think that the manufacturer has qualified people building these rigs. I would not recommend the Montana to anyone. For 3 months now the problems haven’t stopped. I have made my complaints known to the dealership and Keystone. Keystone has no interest in compensation for all the time and trouble I have gone through. Do not buy a new keystone product

We purchased this trailer brand new in May of 2018. It was a piece of garbage from day one...from the toilet paper holder to the awning leaking and tons of issues in between. We called the dealer we purchased from and had no response. In June of that same year I had a heart attack and my husband fell and broke his back. By the time we got back to the trailer the 1 year warranty was expired. The manufacturer said "sucks to be you".
The dealership was a little kinder as they didn't respond to our original complaints, however, all they were willing to do was take it back as a trade in. I paid 47,000.00 and they offered 24,000.00. Don't deal with Keystone if you can help it!!!!

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2021 and travelled in it full time. We loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 15 months and about 15k miles. We had the typical trim popping loose and minor issues which were easily addressed. About 5 months in we had our first major issue which was a brake failure. Admittedly not Keystone's fault, and they covered the cost of a mobile tech coming to replace them. We really didn't have any complaints until we hit the 15 month mark when I noticed the floor had a big wave to it from one side to the other. After digging into it, I realized that the cross members had ALL completely failed. Every weld was broken from front to back, so the floor and the hitch was the only thing holding it together. It took 3 weeks of fighting with Keystone, while stuck in a hotel to come to a resolution on the issue.

I've been living in this exact unit for 5 years ..no complaints great Floorplan converted my back room to a huge closet .some people put a combo washer drier in there ...I live in park with laundry..only thing I don't like is typical keystone crap carpeting with no padding underneath. Couch leatherette tops started peeling but that's normal for Cali heat ..over real comfy and modifiable ..bought identical 2010 unit from my neighbor and flipped it in q day fir a good profit ..if you don't need to put toys in rear with exception of a motorcycle layout is great ..side ramps can be opened and modified or used as a sitting patio or with a little ingenuity turned into a nice screen room !..main room is super room I pulled out one couch on right side and converted to a desk and work station....it's a great man cave or couple home or get away ..suggest only pull it with a dually tho even tho I've only moved it twice

We really liked the floorplan when we first looked at this unit. We needed a toyhauler for our bike.
First time out, the furnace would not work. The dealership we bought from (Guarantee RV in Calgary) couldn't get us in "for probably 6 weeks) so we went to another dealer in Red Deer(Vellner RV) the next day and they were able to repair the furnace in 2 days.
The next time I went to load the bike, the hinge on the extension board on the loading ramp broke and I almost dumped the bike. I contacted the dealer with photos which were sent to Keystone and it turns out...OOPS...we installed the brackets backwards! Fixed at no cost but we lost the use of the loading ramp for 2 weeks.
Fast forward now-first trip this Spring when I extended the rear slide out bed, the black plastic on the underside of the slide is badly cracking. Some areas the cracks are so long that the plastic panel is dropping away from the plywood(if it really is plywood).
Again, I contacted our dealer with photos and Keystone "declined to repair as its not deemed structural".
I emailed the owner relations and was told someone would look at the pictures and get back to me. Three weeks with no reply so I called there this morning and after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I was told they wont fix it. So I guess I'm on my own.
The dealership suggested replacing the plastic panel with the same material that the hard walls are made of at a cost approaching $2000!
NOT!
As in previous owner complaints, the finishing in these RVs is crap. The corners dont fit well, the valances over the curtains fall down, the wood panelling on the cupboards falls off repeatedly, and on and on...
Going to file for mediation on this one because I dont have $2000 to pay for this repair.
My advice? Dont buy any Keystone product. IT'S JUNK!!!

bought this unit new. have had nothing but problems with it from the time we picked it up. has been back for work on interior still not done. being told now that I am to picky and that all trailers come like this. we had to have water drained from the underside cause our shower pipe was never hooked up. our stove didn't work our fridge won't go to gas when the power goes out. had that fixed still not working. awning just went seems there is a wiring problem now. battery won't charge so nothing works when the power goes. furnace went when on vacation. the interior is the worst workmanship ever. called keystone they told me its not covered under warranty and dealership whats nothing to do with us now because of all the complaints made to them. one year nothing done correctly. the work done at the dealership is even worst then keystones work but they won't fix it again I am to picky. would never buy a keystone again. buyer beware if you look at a unit be real sure its good, look at the workmanship of all the trim, draws and cabinets because if you don't like how it looks don't buy it no one will fix it. the dealership told me it would be fixed but a year later manufacturer warranty up and unit not fixed. if anyone else has had this problem and got results sure would like that info cause I am getting nowhere fast. no stars for warranty or quality but had to put something in.
